I was told by several people that Sportspectrum was the best place to shop for comfortable shoes. They certainly live up to their reputation. The workers were exceptional. McLain (not sure how to spell his name) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my first experience great!

I’m never coming back to this store again. I understand why people do most of their shopping by mail. I was returning a pair of shoes I purchased a week before. There were several people being waited on at the counter. I decided to walk to the back to take a look to see if there was a different pair that I would like to purchase while I waited. I was directed to go to the counter. I really didn’t get a chance to look. Where is good customer service? I decided I rather have my money back at that point.The cashier proceeded to count my money out on the counter with my hand held out for her to count it in my hand. No ma’am! Please count it in my hand. I’m gonna tell everyone I know not to shop there. I’m never going back. Sincerely a disappointed, disgusted and dissatisfied customer. Have a good day!

As a new nurse, I had been looking for a pair of good shoes. I FINALLY found a great pair, and I couldnt be happier!!! They were a bit pricey, but well worth the investment. . . Sportspectrum is now my favorite go-to shoe store!

As much as I hate paying that much for a pair of shoes its worth it for running shoes. The staff always helps me find the right fit, their knowledge of the stock is superb.

Go see Coach for your shoe needs! He is awesome and friendly. The rest of the staff is also friendly Im sure but Coach is the one I always have help me because of his experience with running.

Always helpful and informative for new runners. You can try lots of shoes and theyll make recommendations on what to look for.Pricey but good running shoes are. You can run around or on the treadmill for feel as well.2nd time here and it was for someone else. I just shut up and walked them through what might work for them.

I’ve been running 9 years on my own and have come to learn what a quality shoe means if you live in the Shreveport/Bossier area or even a bit further out, and you needed a lace that’s going to stock the latest best active shoes as they release, for a good price, this is the place. I’ve been coming here ever since I first started running and was told to try it out. Have spent hundreds of dollars, exclusively get my shoes here and discovered the best shoe line I’ve ever experienced.

I like SS. They always have what seems to be the best products apparel, shoes, sunglasses, etc. They have a wide variety of athelitc shoes. The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I will continue to shop there whenever the occasion permits.

They need more staff. My mom and I waited literally for 30 minutes before we were asked have we been helped. When we finally got the help that was needed the young lady was really nice and knowledgeable about the shoes and products in the store.

OMG, best experience ever getting fitted for shoes!!! My cousin is a runner and he recommended me to go here.Seth was very knowledgeable and a super nice young man. He filmed me on the treadmill then slowed it down and showed me what to look at.I left with new shoes and very happy.Ill be back.

I wasnt greeted upon walking in even though there was 3 or 4 people behind the register talking. I looked at shoes while staff walked all around me and I left again without anyone saying anything to me. Shoes werent that expensive but Ill spend my money at a place that acknowledges my existence.

Been put off by the mood of this place for nearly 30 years. Honestly, why are all the workers always disinterested and aloof as if they have better things to do - - active, runny things - - than to help out patrons? The place is like if Mean Girls was a running store. Try to shop elsewhere. Better to make a trip to Dallas.

The customer service was good, but my complaint is that when you return there merchandise and if you use your debit card you will not get your money immediately nor within several days! I wouldnt suggest using your credit or debit card at this store if you have cash then thats the way to pay ! Its a shame and then they tell you they deal with a third party so no telling when youll get your money ! Sounds like fraud to me. Soooo you have to file a complaint with your bank to get your money back .

I was in this store today looking for shoes that would work with an insert that my doctor wants me to use. The salesperson was condescending, rude, and made me want to get out of your store as quickly as possible. Put it this way-I’ve never taken the time to write a review. The experience was that awful! I’ve taken the time to tell the first 5 people at work how bad the experience was at Sportspectrum. I like to support local businesses, but can honestly say I will never go there again.

I was looking for mens Chacos and their selection in store was pretty limited, but they said they could order anything that Chaco had. Would recommend shopping here for running shoes. Also have large selection of various outdoor accessories.

I had a fabulous experience at Sports Spectrum Shreveport!!! I went in to buy a pair a chacos for the first time (thinking I knew what I was doing). But when I got them home and walked around in them, my feet hurt and were sore, and it felt like j was trying to get bruises on the sides of my heels and toes. I went in to exchange them for wides because I thought that would fix the problem. However, those are special order. Stephanie called me the next day 2 different times to discuss with me the way they felt on my feet, how they fit, and to discuss options for fixing the problem. She had me come in and try on different sizes, soles, and styles until we figured out just what worked for me! She spent about an hour watching me try on and adjust shoes, and never once seemed like she had something better to do. I will always go to Sports Spectrum FIRST from now on when I need shoes!!!
