Very professional and courteous.Had to wait about 10 min due to them being busy at 10 AM, they called by 1100AM to tell us they needed to order a part for our SRS, and did we want to come pick up vehicle and bring back the next day or just leave it there and pick it up in the morning when completed. I bought my first car here at Long Beach Honda. I want to start off by saying that I always look for the best deals/prices before purchasing something because I like to spend my money wisely. I searched for several months, since December to be exact, and went to many, many dealerships looking at used and new cars before I decided Long Beach Honda was the best. I ended up purchasing a new 2020 Honda Civic LX.The thing I like the most about this dealership was obviously the price but they also had great customer service and were honest about what they promised me when buying the car. I believe that dealerships tend to not be completely honest but this dealership really wants you to be happy with purchase and welcome you into the Honda Family. Carlos, the manager, was very patient and kind with me when dealing with my uncertainty of purchasing a new car. He made sure I was well taken care of and proved to be accountable. I really feel that he genuinely wants the customer to be happy and that buyer/seller relationships are of utmost importance to him. Since nothing is ever perfect, there was a small issue that was quickly resolved by him which is why I believe this dealership deserves 5 stars: the price and trustworthiness.I would definitely recommend this dealership for the best prices and customer service and if the future allows it I would come back and purchase another Honda from here.
Horrible experience all around. Workers are incompetent and lazy. Took 4 months to get a part ordered after failing to fix my car several times. Workers are rude and unable to accomplish the most menial tasks. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My son made a appt to get his service waited over 3 and half hours for a oil change after the prepaid services are done will never use them again. With a appt should never have to wait this long.

Ever since i purchased my car back in 2013 i been coming here for all my car services from oil changes to transmission fluid flush to programing new tpms sensors to my wheels and service has always been great there have been minor issues at times but they always make things right and therefore that is the reason i continue to keep coming back and will keep coming back for all my car services and needs. Thank you guys for making all our visits hastle free.

I originally visited the service department here for an oil change, and asked for an inspection. My initial impression was professional and friendly. They recommended a throttle body cleaning service while I was there, and I accepted. When the vehicle was returned to me, the idle would spike up intermittently to 3,000 RPM while parked. I brought my car back the following week, the person checking in my car tried to tell me this was normal, completely disregarding what I had to say. I asked them to check anyways, and the problem was fixed at no charge. After that service, I received the vehicle back with loose wires hanging down by the brakes. I asked about it. They mentioned they had to access that area of my car for past services, so they may have misplaced the cover panel. They offered to order a new part to replace it. They informed me the part delivered Dec. 15th and said to contact their boss, Bruce, when I happen to arrive. When I did arrive on Dec. 19th, he wasnt available, no one knew where the part was and went as far as to say theres no such part for this vehicle. Not sure who to trust at this dealership.
My second time here. The first time the customer service wasnt the greatest but They got me in and out so i thought Id give them another shot. The second time they never did the oil change! I waited almost 2 hours for what? I drove off checked the oil and it was nearly empty. Spoke with the Manager who tried to convince me it was supposed to be like that, and then stated if i want it to be full i have to tell them. Are you kidding me? That might have worked on someone who is incompetent about cars. I dont know everything but I can do minor repairs and i sell cars so Im not that guy. Ive only been going to dealerships because i want all services recorded on paper. Ive never trusted them. Anyways, they did the oil change while i and the Manager watched this time and refunded my money. The technicians Walk around looking shady like theyre up to no good i should Have trusted my gut. Beware.

Speedy service and prompt updates with your car. I just wish they provided payment plans that didn’t have interest. We had car trouble during C-19 and we had to postpone rent to pay. Oh well.
Hands down the worst dealer! Very unprofessional. They had me send my proof of income 8 different times took them 2 months just to close out the deal. Then they sold me warranty for $2500 that won’t even cover half of the cost to fix a seat that will no longer recline back up. This was an issue that was addressed at the time of purchase. Not only that they left a seat that wasn’t too bad and reclined it even further so now a person won’t even fit in the back! Biggest headache disappointment ever not to mention that the service department keeps avoiding and hanging up on me! I really want Honda the corporate to look Into this scam of a place! Please never buy from here!

So so disappointed the last couple of times. I really like the oil change/tire rotation package. Ive gotten it a couple of times now. Ive always been happy... Even though its not unusual to wait 3-4 hrs for an oil change.... With an appt. Time before last they left me a quart low on oil and didnt fill my washer fluid. Theyve been telling me for a year that I need front and rear brakes. This last time my service person made it sound like it was urgent so I had my son in law and nephew change my brakes. My son in law did it last time and I have a life time exchange on the pads as long as its not down to the metal. Well, my front pads had over 50 percent left. We went ahead and did the exchange for new pads since they had them off the car. Even the parts store commented on how much was left. We didnt do the back because they are fine with about the same left. Seems really shady! Really not happy that I was lied to. Im just fortunate that I have family for my simple repairs. Also, I heard a commercial for this dealership that said an oil change would be no longer than an hour. When I told my service guy he told me I was wrong that there are no commercials and no way could it be done that fast. Maybe upper management should let the service dept know! Just sayin... Rethinking about using this Honda dealership. I dont feel like I can trust them.

I have been to the Long Beach Honda Service Center several times since getting our Civic. I was very reluctant to use that facility, especially after our unpleasant showroom visit when we leased our Civic. Jerry told me to go any where besides Long Beach Honda but I couldnt resist since I was supposed to get three free oil changes. Needless to say, no ones told us that there was a time limit in order to take advantage of the free oil changes and since I dont put a lot of miles on my car, I got jipped out of two of them. But then the last time it did need an oil change the manager overa at the service department did give it to me. I thought that was pretty good and they did a very good job and did it quite quickly.
