Ruined a perfectly good car. Battery drains dead and mechanics cant figure out why. I will have to hire a wire chaser or spend $800+ at the dealership to find out why. Went back to them twice to fix the issue after replacing altenator and starter. They have no idea of what they are doing.

Bad business! Brought a pair of speakers to get tested ($10.00+tak), I was told there shot didnt seem right so went to bayou in slidell $85.00 later fixed and working great. I honestly believe TOS didnt even look at them just charged me for nothing.

Went to TOS to get 2 baby bags monogrammed, lady told us she would only be able to do one of them bc the material on the other was too thick. We were okay with that. Well it took 3 days to get it back and when we went to pick it up, the first 2 letters on the name were HORRIBLE! The other 5 letters were great. When we asked about it she said well the material of it wouldn’t hold up and just started giving us different reasons.... So it happened to only 2 letter but the other 5 came out great??? She then told us that she couldn’t fix it and that they don’t do refunds but could do something else for half off! I don’t think so! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

A while back I bought a white Memphis 1000watt amp. for almost $600 and something ended up burning up in it. So I brought it back and it was only a few months old. They told me it was my fought and they would have to send it off to get fixed. I called every month for 8 months and they said that the parts are on back order. Finely they gave me store credit and when I got there they gave me a cheep planet audio amp. They said thats all they could give me. They price difference was more then haft what I paid for the Memphis amp. They ripped me off and smiled about it. Im so pissed out about this.

Well I have tried calling them and no answer. I have a 2002 hyundai accent gl. It was 245.00, she did give me a little discount, but I had to take my car to a mechanic. The alarm system shorted out my cars engine. I believe I am going to have to find a lawyer because it cost me 600.00 to get my car fixed.I sure hope they had a good Christmas, because I sure wont with having to spend my Christmas money to fix my car.

Someone I know is very dissatisfied with their service and failure to stand behind warranty work! Shame on you TOS for not standing behind your warranty!! Very sad day for ever trusting TOS!!!

Absolute rip off!! supposed to have a 1 yrs warranty on work. Over 1000 dollars spent. Only a few months passed before our video bypass stopped working. Returned to get the problem fixed and right before we left they charged us more money only to find out 2 minutes after leaving that the video is still not working!😠😠 They will not refund any of our money and became aggresivly rude and hung up on me as we went back and forth about the price and how they have ripped us off. Please do not waste your time and especially your money. Nobody deserves this treatment.

I spent over 750 bucks and specially told to speed lady that I want it done right and that I want the old wiring taken out bc I didnt trust it. She smiled and raced off like shes on drugs. After I picked it up my bass wasnt hitting the way I wanted and I had a 1600 watt American bass amp and a sundown audio 12. The sold me a box way to small for one I had to build a bigger box for what the sub calls for. They left all the old wiring just there zip tied up. And they mounted my 6x9s crooked making my back dash poke up. When I pulled the back dash up I seen they put the screws through the surround of my 6x9s. I called and she gave me an attitude and said it was my fault bc I messed with it. I asked for her to just simply replace my 6x9s and she said no bc its my fault. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GO TO TOS...THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND ROB YOU BLIND!!!!!!!!
