I wife brought her iPhone here to be repaired after she dropped her phone and the touch screen would not work anymore. Screen was replaced but it would never respond correctly to where you were touching. She brought it back to replace the screen again and she’s still having the same issues.

Carried a phone in that AT&T (next DOOR!!) couldnt help me with to get it transferred over from my son to me. CPR was able to resolve my issues with only two visits, and the SECOND visit was due to MY inability to follow instructions!!! Very professional, AND helpful for an old guy trying to adept to new technology.

So today is March 13th 2021..I brought my Chromebook to CPR in Slidell, way back in November..My ex boyfriend punched the screen, so I brought it there to have the screen replaced..It is now March 13th and my laptop is still NOT fixed, and the new screen they ordered still has NOT come in, from CHINA, of all places!!I had to pay 85$$ up front, which was half the price..If I do not get my 85$% back, then I will be taking them to COURT to get my REFUND!!I totally recommend that you find a better place to get your devices repaired!!This place SUCKS!!

The staff was so helpful in answering all of my questions and elevating concerns. John was phenomenal with helping me get my sons laptop fixed, and helped me figure out how to prevent damage in the future.Will be visiting again next time I need repairs.

I stopped in around 9 in the morning with my galaxy 7 edge with a replacement on/off button. Ashley looked at it and pulled out the bottom of the one that broke off and placed the new one in. Took about 2 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She did not charge me anything.

New ownership and management have made a world of difference. Fast turnaround time and fast responses.

I brought a phone into them on 10-14-2020 ton have a screen replacement and was promised it would be ready on 10-17-2020 then they promised again on 10-22-2020 then again on 10-28-2020. They said they were having trouble getting the part for a Moto G& XT1955. They wont let you speak with the owner you simply get the quick shuffle by employees. Today I am picking up my phone and they would not refund my deposit.I went to iSupply around the corner and Nemo found stripped screws and additional damage caused by CPR (should be called DEA repair) but was able to repair it in 1 day as he had the parts and they were much more reasonable with the price. I highly Recommend iSupply 100% they are superb.

This place is amazing! We took my sons iPad Pro here to get repaired. The customer service was excellent and they completed the job really fast. I was upset about having to spend the money to get it repaired but being able to go to a place like this and get great service made the ordeal a lot less stressful. These people are awesome! I came in with an old shattered iPhone, a new iPhone not connected to my iCloud, and was locked out of my apple account bc of how many times I tried to log in. They put a temporary screen on my old phone to get it to work ( I didn’t even know this was possible???) & helped me for about thirty minutes get everything fixed. They were personable and made me feel like I wasn’t an idiot. 10/10 recommend.

Paid for a repair, and ordered part as requested. They later called to tell me that no repair was needed, it was just a cracked glass protector ($8 fix). They refunded my money and I was happily on my way. I love that integrity and honesty in businesses still exist!

Two weeks ago I walked into this store and gave them a five star rating....why? Because they offered me a 40$ discount to write a good review. That should have been the red flag right there however I still paid an outrageous amount and low and behold the phone had a bad digitizer that worked a whole two weeks and they refused to fix it.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I shattered my phone at the movie theater the night before I went. I went late in the day on a Sunday, and they fixed it by the time they closed. I even said I was alright with having my phone stay overnight and to be fixed the next day (New Years Eve), but they assured me he would try to have it done that night. He was SO nice and friendly. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Ill drive from Covington to get my devices fixed here. This is the place to go, Slidell.

I brought my wifes cellphone into have its battery replacd.While they were repairing it I asked how much it would cost to get a new ear speaker installed on my phone.One of the staff members asked to see my phone and informed me I did not need a new speaker but instead, just needed to have the ports cleaned.She cleaned my phone and saved me a unnecessary repair bill .The staff were professional, friendly and honest, I will definitely will be using them in the future .😊

Had a very pleasant experience with the staff, and Im pretty sure I met most of them through the past few days. I have an older-ish phone (s6 active) and the screen was completely busted. While they didnt have the screen on hand, they were able to order it overnight and sure enough it arrived the next day. When I came back in to have the screen repaired, they had it fixed in under 20 minutes and I was back on my way. Everyone there was very professional and knowledgeable about what to do and I will certainly be back if I have another phone issue.

Charles, the owner of this establishment, worked on my phone and was very interesting. However, when he said do you want to join the club at $9/month to get discounted rates in the future, I should have said NO. This charge appeared on my bank statement for the next 6 months, so I literally paid him for doing nothing. When I asked for it to be taken off, he said you know, because youre cancelling this, your phone is going to break. Nice. The next month, the charge was on my statement again. Even though I had spoken to the owner and he sent me an email confirmation of the cancellation. This business has no ethics and is not worth your time.

After paying for screen replacement and new screen protector I found out my microphone was broken from falling. There was nothing they could do. I would expect better technicians for the premium pricing. You should be able to foresee a broken microphone and not allow the customer to pay $180 to repair the screen. Since after all you did say it happens “all the time” 🤔

Took my phone in to have the cracked screen repaired. Within an hour and a half, my phone was as good as new. Staff was super friendly and helpful. All of my questions and concerns were answered.

It took three phone calls before anyone was able to answer whether they could repair my tablet charger port. It was repaired quickly but the glass was broken in the process. They replaced it with a poor substitute for the original. It feels flimsy and pops up slightly on the sides. They have failed to provide a screen protector for the new glass despite numerous calls and conversations with staff. The staff has failed to return ANY phone calls whatsoever and when called are overly casual giving an unprofessional encounter. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Went in to here to get my iPhone 6s screen fixed and was told there was a 90% chance my thumb print would never work correctly. The quality of the part is not acceptable and has terrible responses to the touch. Also was a higher than most other repair shops.
