OMG! I booked The Glamatory for my sister and everything was amazing! They came to the location prepared and punctual. The quality of service, consistent communication, and the hair and makeup was amazing! My sister loves it! If you are looking for a hair and makeup stylist, don’t hesitate to book them for any event or service! They are awesome! We will definitely be booking The Glamatory in the future.

Robin did such an amazing job with my makeup for a special event. She is very detailed but, gets you in and out. At my event, the entire night I received compliments on my make up! Thanks Robin for making me feel like a star!

The Glamatory is such a cute store with friendly staff and great makeup artists! I like the store because they offer a variety of makeup that you cannot find anywhere else. The store is super fabulous too! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get their makeup done by great professionals, where you can have a great time as well.The best thing about The Glamatory is that its one central location for you to get your makeup done. It can be tiresome to have to travel to the mall and fight through the crowds just to get your makeup done at a counter with everyone watching. The Glamatory is intimate, easy to get to (just right off 285) and youre not forced to purchase makeup just to get your own done. :)

I arrived just as the store was closing because apparently the owner switched up the hours just after New Years and didnt update their site, google, or their sign even though its now been more than a month. I would have given them a lowish rating if not for the lovely woman closing up shop who did allow me to come in and swatch a few products because I drove all the way out there from Midtown. I truly appreciate her kindness and flexibility, and leads me to believe that this small business really is out there to take care of their customers! She even tried to get in contact with the owner to see if she could reopen the register in case I needed to buy anything, but I really didnt want to take up too much of her time since she was obviously just leaving the store. But if the owner reads these reviews, please extend my thanks to this employee and if you give anyone a bonus, shes the one that deserves it!

Fantastic! MiMi, the owner, is an A-rate pro. I went in for a one-on-one makeup lesson, and left feeling a lot more enlightened. MiMi helped me to understand where I was going wrong (why I looked like a raccoon after doing my own smoky eye), and how to correct my mistakes. She teaches everything from skin prep to the best lip shade for whatever look youre going for. The environment is upbeat yet relaxed, and offers a thorough set of services. Lots of talented people in there.Loved it!

Ive only gotten my lashes done there, but the lady Tammy who does lashes is really unprofessional and has a bad attitude. She was two hours late to a mobile appointment that she scheduled before she worked at the glamatory, and then she made me wait an hour at the glamatory while she chatted with another client in front of me. I never said a thing and when I was late due to traffic one time and couldnt make our scheduled time she charged me $25 fee...even though I had never said a thing any of the times she was late.Just terrible customer service for someone that referred multiple clients and was a loyal customer.
