I had a very good experience with this store. I ordered on line and scheduled the pickup. The staff was helpful and friendly. The store was clean and well ventilated no paint smell what so ever. I have been to other stores with ventilation issues and left with a headache. No such problem here.

Totally rude employees they do not care about their customers. 5 employees in the store and no one greeted us. When the female employee finally acknowledged us on one of her trips back in the store with a dolly loaded with paint which had been on the sidewalk outside for restocking she addressed A co-worker to assist us. He says how can I help you and I was telling him about the paint we would need and he answered his phone during my conversation without even giving me a notice to wait a second. The female employee and two other coworkers just went on ignoring us and the fact that he had interrupted my conversation by answering his phone. We left the store and we will never return I would much rather go to Lowes where at least I can ring a bell for service.

Employees at Somerset Sherwin-Williams store are extremely knowledgable and helpful. It is always a pleasure to go there to buy paint/etc. Of course, we have always been big fans of the Sherwin Williams quality.

Good group of people, very informative on products, good sales threw out the year, and if your not sure on what paint u need for a weekend project, or outdoor deck staining they will lead you in the correct direction recommend this store

They were nice and friendly to me. Showed me alot of paint samples. Tpld me what would work better on some sufaces better. Even gave me some wooden stirrers.

Staff is great and theres so many varieties of items to choose from.

Lack of product knowledge...

My wife and i went in to the store today wanting some wall paper and when we discribed the application for said wall paper to the store employee we got answers like you should probably use self adhesive.... But i dont know how to tell you which ones are, take your time looking, we are here every day.... Unfortunately, and yeah you should probably just go to lowes. We had already been to lowes and decided to come to sherman williams because we were expecting a profecional opinion! Not someone telling us to back to lowes! But just so you know, yes we did go back to lowes, thanks to sherman williams (even though we hate lowes) and we bought some wall paper there. We will not be going back to this sherman williams probably ever
