This place has practically everything you would need for your home projects. Whenever I shop there, I feel like its an I Spy book because they have some much product in a small store. That being said, I still feel less anxious shopping here than Home Depot. Staff is knowledgeable and can help you find what you need.

John behind the counter knows where everything is and he has everything from bicycle tubes to welding supplies. Has been in business forever. Excellent prices great service 100 times better than the big box.

If John doesnt have it, you dont need it. Ive been shopping there for 20+ years and I can count on one hand the number of times he hasnt had what I need. Youll save a ton of time shopping there vs going to HD and youre supporting a family business.

Is there an option for zero stars? Second day owning a house and in the middle of a project I decided to shop local... big mistake. After telling the owner that I needed PVC accessories for pipe that had a 2 outside diameter, he told me you dont know what youre talking about very rudely multiple times while following me around the store. After telling me to come back when you know what youre talking about I responded with once I learn what I need, Ill be getting it at Home Depot, he proceeded to tell me to leave his store in a profanity laced tirade while pegging fingers at me. Class act. Too bad, because last time I lived in the area and frequented the place, like two other generations of my family have, the girl working there (who I assume was the daughter) was always very nice and accommodating.

These folks are great. I searched for a specific GFI breaker and though I had to rummage through a few dusty boxes, these guys had it while HD and Lowes didnt. Also, the guy that helped me at HD sold me all the wrong conduit, gave bad advice, and I wound up having to rip out two days worth of work and re-do it in order to pass the electrical inspection. I say ... buy local!
