The people were very friendly and helpful. They didnt happen to have what we were looking for the first time we went but, they told us when they were getting a supply truck and might have what we wanted on it. We went back and they had what we wanted. Super people!! Well go back.

Thought i found a great stacking washer/dryer pair for a good price. Luckily i had shopped elsewhere first so i was able to compare quality as well as price. The set i was looking at was cheap junk. Plastic doors, like the kind that will break after 3 uses. I went elsewhere and paid full price for a quality set.

Selection varys from week to week but the prices are always good.

I used to love coming to this place until they started raising their prices. If I wanted to pay full retail I would go buy one in the appliance store. You would think “scratch and dent” would mean something! I just bought a griddle grill and I was unable to take it with me so I informed the cashier (owners wife) that I would be back tomorrow to pick it up. When I came back the next day I asked if it would be possible to exchange it for other merchandise inside the building (I was looking at purchasing a $1000+ refrigerator), she told me “we don’t do exchanges”. I could understand this better if I was asking for my money back! As I was there I overheard a couple guys (customers) say “these prices are way too high for them to be selling scratch and dent”. I have to agree with the customer, the prices are extremely too high for what we are taking a chance on buying, and knowing we will not be able to exchange or get a refund. This business will really need to change for the better before I go back.

From refrigerators to sinks, stoves, tubs and light fixtures, DIY has supplied us with everything needed to complete our barn loft apartment. We saved literally THOUSANDS and were provided high quality items to boot. We paid a mere $150 for an $900 chandelier, $600 for a $2,000 refrigerator $5 for a $150 mirror, & $125 for a $350 utility sink--just to name a few. NONE of our items were damaged and all of them work properly. If you cannot be satisfied with those deals--youre probably never going to be.Aside from their great deals, DIY Supply has some of the most gracious and helpful employees Ive encountered within the area. A quick mention of my task to complete our unconventional apartment put the entire staff in a frenzy. They were super helpful and excited to help me coordinate pieces that might suit my plans and ensure they worked in small spaces. They even went as far to send updates on new items in stock and allowed me to pay online. When I couldnt make it back to pick up my items as quickly as I had hoped, they understood and worked with me. One would expect them to have been a bit hasty upon my late arrival to retrieve my things but NOT here. I was greeted with super nice, kind, and helpful individuals ready to load my truck and help me get everything secured for the drive home. You dont get this service in other stores.If youve read this far youre probably saying to yourself, they must be related, or they must be friends... though I befriend everyone, I had absolutely NO prior relationship with ANYONE at this place before now. My point: buy from them...theyre truly great & so is their merchandise. You wont be disappointed.

Bizarre place. Don’t disclose fact of no factory warranty and that their 180 day warranty requires you to bring them appliance for repair.Fool me once, shame on you.You won’t fool me twice.Buyer beware.

Watch out for appliance deals. Bought a $1100 refridge. Middle drawer gets cool but wont freeze. Ice maker frosts up and wont make ice. Bottom freezer wont freeze items on the top tray. I talked to the owner twice and he said he would get his appliance repair guy to come out and fix it. That was over a year ago. To date no mechanic call or has ever been fixed. Watch what you buy. Make sure everything works correctly. Owner makes promises but does not make good on them.

From what I saw this place was just overpriced. I was very disappointed heard that it was a great place for deals. I sure didnt see any. It may be a week-to-week thing though, I am not sure. It was our first time there hoping to find some great stuff I left disappointed.

This place needs a new name, because Patriots they are not. What kind of owner hides across the street and calls the cops on people for rescuing items that would otherwise end up in a landfill? And then to brag about it on Facebook?? One mans trash is another mans treasure. Not here. The owner will try to have you thrown in jail.
