This place lives up to its name, A+. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. I took in my car for an insurance claim and they did a superb job, came back looking good as new. They also have enterprise rentals on site which is a great convinience if you need a rental while your car is in the shop.

Took my car my brand new car for winter tires . The guy at the shop said he could do that work came back to get the car the rims where all scratch and the tires the owner said we’re family and that I could store the tires at his shop . Came back to get then 7 months later they were stolen out of the shop . He says I picked them up but that’s an excuse cause his workers knew exactly what happened to them . Everyone at A Plus is professional, friendly, and they do great work on my car. They always look out for my best interests and go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are satisfied. As a woman, bringing my car to any auto shop is intimidating since you never know if youre going to get a bad deal or tricked into paying too much for unnecessary things. I have never worried about any of that at this shop. They are good, honest, generous people and I cannot recommend them enough.

I smashed my side view mirror pulling into my garage. They ordered the part and did the job in 1 day! They even buffed out some minor scratches I had. Lightning fast turnaround and vert reasonably priced. I will use them any time I need body work!

My roommate used their services after a cement truck ran into her car. She says they were extremely helpful and courteous. The turnaround was very quick and the car looks immaculate!

The customer service was absolutely amazing. This was my first experience needing work on my car, and John made the process extremely easy. He was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process. And on top of that he was lovely to chat with! Super personable and pleasant. My car came back looking good as new, and my interior was even cleaner than when I dropped it off. I cant recommend this place highly enough.

Went there to pick up my buddies car. The Spanish guy in charge was on a power Trip. I stated to the gentleman that since he couldnt fix the issue, would he be able to call the owner to get an answer. He says no, he came up with all kinds of excuses and wouldnt take any suggestions on how to fix the issue. Then he goes and try to talk to my buddy about me, spreading all sorts of false accusations, making the situation worse. After making a big deal over nothing, he released the car. I have never dealt with someone so unqualified for a position. I will never go back there, I will forever give them a negative review.

I recently used A Plus Auto Body for an exterior auto repair on my vehicle. I will say the entire process was fantastic. The quality of work, communication and thoroughness was at a gold standard. I would highly recommend them.

After getting in a small fender-bender with minimal damage, I chose a local shop out of ease. Id have to say I was very impressed with how friendly they were and their professionalism. I let them know I was paying out of pocket for the expense and they did everything they could to keep the price as minimal as possible. What I found most impressive was that despite a slight miscommunication with the staff due to staff vacation, the time and price quoted wasnt effected at all. Im very happy with the work they did. Id definitely take my car here again.

I had an appointment at 8am, which was made last week and I called to confirm the appointment last night. I showed up at 8am, walked in and no one was there. Tons of cars, car keys and what not, but I didn’t see a human till about 820am and they knew nothing about me or my repairs. Super annoyed, being new to Boston, this lack of professionalism seems normal here. Whoever I talked to on the phone was very nice, but I’d recommend going somewhere else because this place was unlocked and you could literally go play in people’s cars. I’m also very pregnant with identical twins, so I hate most people right now. I bet if I wasn’t pregnant, I’d give this place two stars...

This auto shop is the best they explain everything before they start during the process and after and deliver their promise. Im so happy with my car looks brand new again!

My experience was first class. Customer Service was incredible from friendly face-to-face service as well as regular text updates of progress and status of repairs. If you need to rent a car you can do it right onsite which is super convenient (unfortunately I didnt know this before hand). The workmanship and attention to detail were second to none. They went above and beyond to make sure that no incident that resulted from the accident was overlooked to return my car to me as if nothing had ever happened.

They took very good care of me and my WRX, fought with my insurance company to make sure they could fix as much as they could, and really went above and beyond on my bumper repair. Will definitely go back if Im ever in need of body work!

Not only did they help inform me about how the other drivers insurance operates and the process behind when and where money changes hands, but they went above and beyond with their service and surprised me by redoing several nicks on the front of the car that werent involved in the crash. Not to mention the finished coating looked absolutely stunning.The only down side was that I felt a little rushed when I dropped off my car, but it is a fast paced business after all, so I understood.I would definitely go back there if I got into another situation down in Boston! Great place to get your car fix

These people are not honest! They are trying to STEAL from me. First of all, they took forever to fix my car; always giving me excuses and even made me go couple of times telling me it was ready and when I got there, it was not.They have tried to CASH A CHECK three times now, since last summer and are giving me headaches with my bank.They deposited it through Mobil, then tried to cash it and now they did it again a year later.They are FRAUDULENT

I had work done two times, and the quality still de same, great.I recommend to any one.
