I was hesitant about writing a bad review but unfortunately its deserved. First off Ive purchased 2 trailers from this guy. One last year and one this year. I bought the trailer brand new for over 8k cash. However less than a month later I had a problem with the trailer and the owner did come pick it up and fix it.. However I was very unhappy about this but understand he didnt actually manufacture the trailer. Out of convenience I was going to go against my better judgment and purchase a plow from these guys. UNFORTUNATELY the owner acts like you coming to his establishment is a burden. Customer service plays a big role in any establishment and for me to spend my hard earned money with you Id like to feel as tho myself as well as my money are valued.... UNFORTUNATELY I DONT GET THAT FEELING SPENDING MY LITTLE $ THERE..

Jackie and the team saved me when my U-Haul order was canceled. She was able to install a hitch same day and it only took 30 minutes. I am incredibly grateful.

They were very professional and personable from the phone call to the service. Special kudos to the lady at the counter. Id suggest creating a small waiting area, but I still give it 5 stars.

My husband dropped off his Chevy Blazer on a Sunday night for plow removal. When he was called Monday and tried inquiring about maintenance work, he was cut off and berated by the man on the phone. I also encountered a rude person in the store. They might provide good work but their customer service is lacking. No one wants to deal with rude people, taking our money and 5 trucks elsewhere.

The manager was very rude and disrespectful! And when called out on her behavior, didn’t bother to even apologize. I do NOT recommend a business that treats customers that way!

They went above and beyond to help me in my last minute need for a plow. What great people to work with. Can not thank them enough for helping me out.

Incredibly rude.. was trying to get a quote and basically was left to feel as if I was bothering him. Wouldnt give them a dime of my money. Guess business if booming for these guys they dont need your business.

Always great for parts and quick in and out

I scheduled a hitch installation on my pickup truck the day before 4th of July. I had my 8 month old daughter with me in a stroller. They took my truck right away, gave me a seat and nice open area for the stroller to move around and an ice cold bottle of water. The work was done in 20 minutes (was told it would take an hour) and they left my truck running in the street with the A/C blasting so it was nice and cool for when we left. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any hitch/tow work you need. Great customer service and very pleasant experience.

Had a blow out in my trailer. Popped in hoping to have a replacement done quick in the height of thier busy season with plow work. Tire was mounted on the rim within minutes of me walking in the door! Great business and customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I went to Central Jersey Trailer and Hitch on the recommendation of one of my neighbors. I checked all the reviews and saw a couple really bad ones. I chose to go anyway. Well, Dave, Jackie and Andrew could not have been nicer. Originally I was told that the hitch for my new RAV4 Hybrid would need an adapter and a new lock to accommodate my bike rack. Upon arrival I was informed that I would not need the extra pieces and the hitch installed would accommodate my rack. I was also told that it would be approx. 2 hrs for installation. Installation took just about 1 hour.The folks here are professional and very customer oriented. I will recommend these folks to all my friends who need a hitch, plow or rack installed on their car.

The staff are extremely friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. When I called in asking for a replacement wiring harness on my Meyer plow, they knew exactly what I needed and had it in stock. I picked up with 30 minutes. Plenty of well-stocked shelves of trailer and plow parts.

I called to purchase a part. I asked if they had the part in stock. When I went to confirm what he said he cut me off and rudely told me I had to listen then he laughed at me. This type of attitude is exactly why I will purchase the part I need on line and move further away from brick and mortar retailers.

Everything expensive

$60 more than competition for a hitch installation. On top of that everyone in that place has an attitude. Improperly installed the hitch after I over paid for it. I recommend going somewhere else.The way they spoke to me on the phone and in the store was especially off putting. When a business acts like they are doing me a favor and I am inconveniencing them when I pay for a service I tend to stay away for life.
