Brittany helped my visually impaired 91 year old neighbor switch out of xfinity bc they were charging him too much. When we were signing up, there was an issue with the system on T-Mobile’s end, and Brittany got on the phone with customer service and did a workaround. A few weeks later, Samira Miranda helped us with billing issues that came about bc of the workaround. She too got on the phone and made sure the issue was resolved before we left the store. We were very glad for their help and hope this review sheds some light on their efforts to make sure we were treated well.

The worst ever T-Mobile store. They say one thing when they sell some service, then they say different things when you come for that service. They want you to keep paying for nothing. They simply want your money.

Went in yesterday with my dad. An employee named Chad helped us. He was very nonchalant about explaining the 2yr contract deal with us and just threw words and numbers in really quick manner without a care over whether the customer understood. I had to ask him to repeat parts of it a few times to get an idea about the deal. Basically what he said was that T-Mobile needed to buy the phones from us which they give us credit for in the first month, but then we have to pay the spread out version of it for the two years. He did say the iPhone 12s we were eligible for were “free” but that it was $30 to activate each of them. And that it would be about $107 tax. We were still about to get the deal given all the little hindrances they had kept hidden, until he brought the iPhones and said “Oh your dad has good credit, we can extend it to 30 months”. I told him “That doesn’t make any sense, shouldn’t we we able to be done faster if he has good credit?”. To which he nonchalantly responded, “I dunno, that’s what the system says.” No sense of empathy or respect for the customer at all. We would recommend having a talk with this employee about being more empathetic/maybe working somewhere different where interacting with people isn’t the main focus. Francesco, the employee that originally explained the deal to me the day before was way better. But by that point we were done. “We’re good” we said and walked off the store

I went in a week ago to the 1816 Jonesboro Rd location with my father and an employee named Stanley helped us set up our lines on our new IPhones.My father greatly appreciated the quick and easy service from Stanley.

Every visit had a problem with card terminal. Couldnt help me properly for several visit so I had to call T-Mobile support (that helped me instantly).

Friendly environment! The employees do their job well and treat all customers in a good manner making sure they leave satisfied. Ive been going to only the twin city plaza location for nearly a decade because of how good I feel walking in.

Christian was great help. I needed assistance with getting a new LAN Line router and since it was such an old model he helped me upgrade to the Line Link. I needed the LAN line up asap and he was able to call into T-Mobile to get this situation sorted. I was up and running within hours of the same day. Thanks again Christian!

They never solve the problem they just like to send you through a big run around. Other store say the get people complaining about this store all the time and they get stuck trying to fix the problems that they create. Theyre happy to try to sell you a bunch of extra CRAP but if there is a problem you shouldnt go to this store!

PATHETIC SERVICE...I go in with a beyond simple question. What are you offering for service change from Verizon to TMobile? and with 4 employees and 2 people ahead of me I had to wait over 20 minutes before I decided to walk out because ai couldnt deal with the ineptitude.

0 Stars if i could, HORRIBLE!!! Melissa sold me a Galaxy S7 but put on the receipt that i bought a Note 5, i go back the next day to return and get the original phone i wanted which was the LG G5 and they tell me they can do the return and not charge the restocking fee. I come back with the S7 to do the return and they tell me the system wont let them process the return, call me and say i have a 72hr ticket for them to fix the system. I called 611 from my phone and they tell me that it seemed like they were just trying to give me the run around until the 14 days were up.I contact the manager Tuesday 4/12/2016 and the manager says they are gonna take the trade on my phone for the LG G5 and she will call me in a hour be no one calls so i call when i get off work at 5pm and the tell me the the manager had an emergency and left for the day. I call 611 and they call the store with me on the phone they say they were about to call me and let me know that they were gonna trade on 4/13/2016 and they do that while they are being recorded on the rep call.Here it is 4/14/2016 and no call no credit to the bill that i have received for a phone that i never got out of the store (They say they cant find the Note 5 in the store so someone must have sold it, thats what i was told), IVE BEEN LIED TO, THEY WONT CONTACT THE DISTRICT MANAGER BECAUSE HE IS ON VACATION FOREVER AND AS THEY GIRL TOLD ME HE CANT DO ANYTHING ANYWAYS.DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SELL YOU THINGS AND TREAT YOU GOOD TO GET YOU TO BUY ACCESSORIES BUT FOR ANYTHING ELSE DO YOU SHOPPING ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. BETTER YET GO TO THE GALLERIA MALL OR SAUGUS MALL BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY HELP YOU!
