10/08/2021 There wasnt much selection on the hot bar for items at lunch. At dinnertime there were no additions. Just the same items that were there at noon. The dining area inside had a water dispenser and cups. Plus there were outlets so you could charge your phone, tablet or laptop.
Clean store, great food selection, terrific wine selection and helpful staff. Honestly, Id be shocked if I didnt have this kind of experience at a Whole Foods. This store is a bit smaller BUT still had everything I was looking for and I few things I didnt know I needed. Will be back!
Came to town to see my in-laws from Southern Oregon. I heard Whole Foods served the best of the best so I went to shopping.I got a Roast beef, cheddar, Horse radish sandwich and my lovely wife an arugula Caesar salad. The beef had far reached the end of its lifespan. It didn’t taste like roast or like beef. It was like paste. 👎🏼The Whole Foods arugula Caesar salad had more stems then leaves. All for $10!! Yuck!If you’re going to charge premium prices, have premium products.
They make a pretty decent sandwich. The ciabatta bread is a little overwhelming for the ham & brie sandwich....I would probably ask for a lighter bread if I were to order it again. But I thought it was really decently priced.
Great organic selections and the prices have gotten much better now. My favorite bakery now.
Ordered two cold sandwiches at the deli and watched while four others after me got their sandwiches before hearing one employee tell the other ‘oh - I forgot about them.’ 30 minutes after ordering, I receive my sandwiches. No apology, no acknowledgement of the wait, charged full price. Truly poor, poor service.
Get the pizza. Super good.
Where else is there to buy food worth eating?
Amazing store if you know how to shop. Employees are over-sensitive regarding fear and Terror around virus. JT
Bought datesBut they had fungus on them. They looked hairy!! GROSS
Great good. Quick service.
Cool store. Wish they did more on the remodel like every other whole foods store does when it is a purchased property rather than the epic new builds. This store seems to have been forgotten as navigating this place is as hideous as the ran down Albertsons and the worse off Ralphs that used to reside here. Not enough real-estate or sqf to accommodate the obnoxious amount of product they stock. Great products but The Nuggets store, Sonoma Market blows this place out of the water. Thank you Don and Dale for leaving that with us as it is!😍
One of the best Whole Foods that Ive visited. Clean, friendly people and not busy! How can you beat that?
Cleanliness, spacious and friendly staff. This is the best WFs I’ve ever been too. The bakery is amazing, the market is fully stocked. During the pandemic I feel safe here and I don’t mind paying a little more for quality food. Shopped here before bezos bought it, it’s hard not to stop by.
Pretty good, smaller, good produce, sales for prime members only. Caring of mask wearing but not like napa store.
I was not there and do not know why I am receiving this message
If you like Whole Foods, then you will like this one as well. Not a lot to report. Fairly standard.
Wonderful crew. Great pricing for the best goods in town.
Always a great experience shopping here. Friendly staff and an abundance of good fresh organic produce.
We were assisted by Judy in the wellness department multiple times and found her to be incredibly helpful. She is the definition of service with a smile and was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we needed help with. A couple times she even jumped in to help out when we hadnt even asked. Shes amazing, we would definitely come back.
Very helpful folk but did not have Marmite. Had it two weeks ago...Whered it go nobody knows. Unfortunately familiar story with WF and product stock/placement.
Its ok... way to expensive for general grocery shopping
Wonderful store with all the familiar from home!
Super clean. Well stocked. Good deals when using prime!
I love to spend my whole check on ten items.
Such variety and great employees.
You no longer carry the products that drew me to Wholefoods.
Does this place really need a description? Whole foods is so pricey but very top notch when it comes to the quality. $17 for a salad is a little much but the hot bar is amazing
I mostly go there for my lunch break. The prepared food always good especially their pizza and sushi
Lots of amazing workers and staff there to help, fresh foods and decent prices. It’s what you should expect going to a Whole Foods.
Fresh produce and everyone was mindful of social distancing protocol.
Excellently produce!
Great staff, products are fresh and well made, but over priced. Great deli too! But everything is over priced.
Good selection, nice range of local foods, friendly staff
Dont bother with the hot bar at least I wouldnt! Its either always dried out or burnt! Does not look good MOST of the time! Sonoma Market is better if youre looking for a quick bite to eat!
Very clean. Good selection of organic foods. Deli. Prepared food to take home or enjoy in the store. Coffee bar and bakery. Nice produce, great cheese selection. Great store to visit and enjoy. Handicapped access and parking.
JUST simply the BEST grocery store for ALL things natural and healthy. I dont know how we EVER got along without this particular store. Great place to chat when you happen to run into a friend or two not to mention running into old friends from back in the day!
Its whole foods. Who doesnt know about wholefoods?
First time in Whole Foods since Amazon bought it. I realized I could have used my Prime membership discount. The cashier wasnt having it though, he was rude and in a hurry. It wasnt his money being thrown away. Really disappointed with service.
I like this market, staff are friendly and the store is very clean. Fast in and out, they usually have a lot of checkers so the wait in line is never too long.
Great product however, the team members have no sense of what WFM, stands for. Amazon is a corporation that does not understand Whole Foods. WFM was a special place where the team members were treated with respect and care. The parking will not be anywhere near enough for the Christmas season. I will stay clear of this store during that time. Store needs some love.
Nice hot food bar, neatly organized store, friendly staff. Small amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Very nice parking lot, a little thin on shade.
Pretty clean and busy.
The butcher is first rate. Great selection.Cheeses are plentiful and delicious.Only negative I have is the produce is terrible. Only buy what you will eat that night.
Friendly staff and great prices
Good selections, good folk who work here
Just make sure you stand 6 feet are you will get yell at.
Had a bad experience second time I order a sandwich the l last time I returned the sandwich try manager she gave me my money she acted like she didnt want to be bothered how many go outside and dump it whats not very happy sandwiches full of salt I explained it to her it just seemed like you didnt care
Good selection.
Good parking and nice store layout with wide aisles. Produce display is very nice, and looks fresh. Much is sourced locally. Good health and wellness section with full range of Boiron Homeopathic remedies. I didnt actually shop there, so I cant give it more than three stars.
Good market for organic choices, especially their produce. Its also really easy to find parking.
Great shop, fresh, good selection, good service
This is a pretty standard Whole Foods. The selection and speed of service in the deli need improvement. I always get my sandwich ingredients elsewhere.
This store is great. There employees really care about it being a nice environment for the patrons. Someones always readily available and friendly.
Love the Zeek Bars ;)
Its Whole Foods. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the prices are outrageous.
Whole Foods is always a great place to visit, but rather expensive. High quality food. I love the cheese selections.
Juce store and out of all the Whole foods Ive been too the clientele in this store are a bit uppity
Great prepared food options. Many healthy and organic options. Large selection of wines and cheeses.
Super quaint coffee/breakfast spot.
Whole Foods - Amazon Prime prices have improved on some items, but not all. Decent produce and meat selections.
Nice whole foods with samples gallore. Nice that its so big, and that they can house more than just a few supplies.
Great place to get fresh foods very courteous service and easy parking as well.
Selection is a little light but they have the best king crab, both price and taste.
Nice sized store with everything! Love the produce and specialty depts. Super casual vibe. Friendly staff. Im a fan!
Regina has the best customer service and she’s genuine!
Its all ways a great place to shop, good customer service, very clean, its a wonderful atmosphere.
Never had a bad experience at a Whole Foods store, I go there at least once a week (mostly on Tuesdays, when it is discounted for seniors). I noticed some prices have gone up though.
As expected in Sonoma, this whole foods had a fantastic wine selection as well as knowledgeable staff. Store was very clean and had a great selection of everything.
Went shopping with the grandboys to get their mother a birthday present and whole foods had a great selection
Smaller footprint Whole Foods Market, yet friendly staff, diverse selection of prepared food, produce, dried products, dairy, drinks and more. Even bought fresh sheeps milk.
Sandwiches are marginal
Great variety of produce and household goods.
As I entered the market I was greeted, it was a very clean environment and even though Im not from around here I felt as I was not looked at nor treated differently. Very nice place over all.
Great market, bakery items are very good, loved the blueberry scones.
Really great place, best store with healthy options. Really good customer service.
One of the few options for real food in a country where healthy food is more and more just a commercial slogan more then a real option. Prices are human if compared with the over priced San Francisco
You are helping volunteers during the fire and we really appreciate it! ☺
Love knowing how much is Organicbut am concerned about what Amazon will change products & pricing .The staff is ways courteous. I asked about 1 product & found out it was discontinued...I wrote a comment about why they shouldnt have discontinued that product because it was the only one in that category that was Organic & had the active bacilious which increased the benefits to our bodies. I have a lot of medical issues so try to only eat Organic foods. The one negative of Sonoma store is the cart issue....because of my medical issues I can only use the carts that have 2 levels & this past year you moved them to the L side of the store none close to the entrances ...when I complained I was told that decision came from Corporate but after I complained a few times I was told that I could come into store & ask a team member to get one for me but with my pain level that doesnt work. Its all I can do to shop for myself (I even asked if a person who helps me could shop for me on Senior Tues & they wantex a note from my Dr....do you have any idea how difficult that is ...when I saw my primary Dr. at beginning of the mo for regular 3 mo. visit I couldnt even get thru my list of medical issues so there was no getting a note). They did move some of the 2 tier carts by where most of the Disabled Parking is Sonoma & then it was back around the side of the building & when I asked why they did that they said that they were losing those carts....poor excuse- put up a camera! Sonoma is a mixed town with a lot of older people for whom reaching down into the old fashioned carts is hard. Buy more of the 2 tiered carts, Sonoma Market, your biggest competitor, has lots of the 2 tiered carts readily available but I like that you have more Organics but depending on my pain level I may go to Sonoma Market just to be able to get a cart that works for me & get in & out fast. YOUR LOSS!
5 stars when theres food on the shelves.😁
Going down the drain: Whole Foods in Sonoma has changed from OK to terribleOur last 3 experiences have been very poor. The salad bar used to provide a good choice of product: bay shrimp, greek salad, artichoke hearts, heart of romaine, Caesar salad, and moreThe sandwich bar had some interesting salads as well and a good choice of salumi..Now, the salad bar has plain veggies, beans, spoiled romaine and old spinach leaves that call baby spinach...I spoke with one of the prep cooks and he explain I can get all these items pre-prepared in the fridge across the isle...You guys must be kidding ...it is like sending me to a cheap food market...where is the service promised by your CEOOn each of the 3 occasions we asked for a manager, each time we were directed to a service team leader AKA NO SERVICE, NO LEADERSHIP.TO BAD...WE ARE STOPPING PATRONIZING WHOLE FOODS.
Wonderful selection and staff, awesome that Amazon owns now and prime members can get a discount but still very pricey!!
Stinks of rich people.
Pretty good size Whole Foods Market, with their usual great selection of groceries and produce.
Great selection of craft beer, and the burrito/sandwich bar is good too. Very clean, and the staff is always very friendly.
Trying new foods, Silva sausage pretty good
Great ready to go food!
Hot food sub-par
Great place to buy juice at
Looked wonderfull as I drove by👍
