Blueprints Etc purchased a new 2014 Silverado 2500 HD plow truck from Shearers Chevrolet, now Key Chevrolet. On February 21st, a Sunday, the power steering went to complete failure. There was fluid everywhere at the top and bottom of the engine. The leak could have been anywhere. I assumed i had a major problem that would be very costly repair. I called Monday morning and was told to bring the truck it in right away. I added 16 oz. steering fluid to the reservoir and drove 2.5 miles to Key. The leak was so bad I could barely steer into Keys parking lot.. I got a call early afternoon and was told it was the main pully drive that hooks up to the transmission reservoir. Only $620.00 in parts and labor repaired it. They are a truly honest repair shop and fixed the truck in one day. I assumed I was looking at a $2,500 power steering repair job. Lucky for me, Key Chevrolet has kept the excellence and honesty that Shearer Chevrolet has always maintained.

Brought my Conversion Van in for an inspection right before our family trip they dropped it off the lift and totaled it within an hour. Went without a vehicle for four months and had to finance a used van now in debt for three years.

Called to inquire about buying a lease turn-in. Gen Mgr said it was available to purchase. Next day I went in to buy the car, they told me I couldnt because GM was picking the car up. I called GM financial lease department about policies and they told me lease turn-ins are available to purchase from the dealership its turned in to. Total fabrication. My father told me to stay away from these guys. Clowns!

Fast, honest service. Good group of people

Terrible service, transferred multiple times.Waited all day for a call back.I finally got one and the person I was referred to wasnt able to answer a simple question.They transferred me again hung up on me. I called back and they did it again. It took 2 days and multiple calls and they never answered or booked an appointment. They are very disorganized.Keep in mind I bought my vehicle from them so this is their top tier service.I would not recommend them for buying or servicing your vehicle they are overpriced and they under delivery.

Watch out for addtional repairs that are not needed yet.

Went in for an oil change, they left the filter loose and when I got home there was a huge puddle of oil under my truck. The oil was black, making me think they never even changed it. I called to complain, but they refused to return my calls or let me speak to anyone who could refund my service. Watch out for this place, I feel like I was scammed.
