Brad was so awesome and talked me through the process and was great in communicating any updates about repairs. You wouldve never known the passenger corner was destroyed! Cant recommend them enough! BTW. They only take cash, or money order place.

I cant give a high enough rating. Jim & Brad provide excellent customer service. They do a great job communicating every step of the way and explaining what they are going to do.Our van came back looking completely new. You couldnt tell there was any damage. Theyre magicians!

I have new car, had it less than month. I come of the store and there are stretches on my drivers side all down the doors. Of course, I am livid!! I go to the police department to make a report and the policeman reccomends Auto Palace. They were wonderful, use rubbing compound and stretches are gone. May I add it was done free of charge!!!

The staff is extremely cordial and empathetic to the customers needs. They immediately made me aware of the delays experienced duue to the pandemic. The repairs took two weeks but the outcome was phenomenal. My car looks like it just came out if thw showroom, both the exterior and interior were detailed beyond my expectations.
