Great Company to work for. Good People. Great company culture. Honestly my favorite job I have ever had. There is something comforting, being a person of color, working with and for other people of color. Many of the guys in the office drove trucks for years and they are very knowledgeable. One of the owners will waste no time hopping in one of the junkier daycabs to help out when we get busy.Their shop is competant and they do a great job keeping all of the equipment maintained. The fleet consists mostly of older, but well maintained Freightliners and Volvos. They are always investing in their fleet of chassis. They definitely roster one of the most comprehensive chassis fleets in the Chicago area. I have been trucking for 4.5 years now, 2.5 of which Ive spent here. I have learned so much working here, its a great place to cut your teeth. I dont think I will ever be able to go back to a mega-carrier after working for a small-ish outfit like this one.

Kiswani is a solid company for any owner operator that wants to make money.one My favorite things about the company is they offer multiple services flatbed stepdeck reefer dryvanAnd main source is Container work. Second thing I like is they take safety very serious and their willing to pay for it for example Level 1 inspection is $500.00 Level 2 $450.00 Level 3 is $400. Great company to work with.

My husband worked there and they are very dishonest and deceitful they do not pay what they promise in their contract 67-70% only half of that for owner operators and their reputation is very bad among all drivers and companies they are a horrible horrible company

Love this company!!!! Very nice people and always willing to answer questions. The dispatch team are very reliant and down-to-earth. My favorite dispatcher who stands out is Sally, because she is always willing to put in 110% on getting things done. She also picks up the phone right away and stays in touch when it comes to updates, which is essential for any trucking company. Kiswani really have outdone theirselves by hiring such great personnel.

Thieves and liars

Ive been using Kiswani for the past year and I have to say, they do a good job! Sometime the final invoices come in a little later than I like, but I get my updates, my deliveries of containers - whether import or export - are on time and Ive never had a complaint about their customer service.

Wouldnt even rate 1 star but I had to at least select 1 star in order to be able to leave a post. KISWANI is one of the WORST trucking companies in this area!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY SIMPLE EMAILS WOULD GO 3, 4 HOURS WITH NO RESPONSE!!!!!!4 DAYS BEFORE CONFIRMATIONS IS RECEIVED.BEWARE.....OF THIS AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!IF YOU DO GOOD LUCK BECAUSE YOUR EXPORT CONTAINERS WONT EVEN END UP AT THE CORRECT DESTINATION.PHONE CALLS GO UNANSWERED AND UNRETURNED.WORST PART the manager does not even have the decency to respond when this is brought to their attention.

I work here for six months and I have been asking for my 1099 for the past 2 1/2 months and every time they till me oh next week tomorrow next week a lot of time they don’t answer the phone. This is the worst situation I have ever been in trucking business for the past 10 years

I work at a logistics company that is forced to use this company by SSL for their door moves. They have the worst customer service in my 30 yrs in the industry. Missed appts, cost customer additional money, fail to update on their delays, rude when questioned about their service. AVOID them if possible. Fyi I never write reviews but this company deserves and F!! 1 Star is 3 too many!

Worst place to work! Never give you any paperwork you need and there is never anyone in the office. Will always cheat you! I would give zero stars if possible.

Took 8 days for someone from their safety department to return my call about one of their drivers running a car off the interstate and driving extremely dangerously, absolutely ridiculous
