There aren’t many people out there that genuinely care about doing a job the right way and helping people. The owner was the only business between Milwaukee-Racine that answered my call and was willing to tow our vehicle at 3 am on a Saturday night. He also inspected my vehicle to give critical advice for next steps. This owner cares about his business and customers equally, I highly recommend their towing and auto repair. My apologies. The police information was incorrect. The company that towed our vehicle “by mistake” at our private parking area, although it has the same name, is located in the north part of town. Sorry if my post caused any inconveniences.

I tried to call them serval times, left a message and never got a return call back at all so much for 24 hours Towing Service. I mean if you are offering service at least be available for the service. I guess that is why their competitors are better. Had to use 24 Hr Towing & Recovering and they got back to me within 5 minutes. That is how it should be.

HUGE SHOUT OUT!! After what started off with a blown tire and multiple calls back and forth between at least over a dozen tire repair services and my insurance company...a couple interactions from the police putting stickers and threatening to impound after being stranded on the side of the interstate on an off ramp between the hours of 1030pm and 3am, this miracle of a company bestowed a miraculous blessing on me! I could tell immediately that this was a very seasoned driver who knew how to operate his equipment. (I dated a tow truck driver who thought he was good) THIS GUY WAS FANTASTIC! Not only was he prompt, he actually called me and let me know he was halfway there! (After dealing with dozens of calls and 3 no shows and one that showed up for literally 90secs and left) This was highly appreciated! He delivered my vehicle directly to my parking spot at home. Mind you I live in Union Grove, a good 40minute drive one way from where Brew City Auto Repair & Towing is from in South Milwaukee! After the day and night Ive had I couldnt be more thankful to be home and able to get some rest and some food!! Thank you again so very much!!💜 The world could use a few more like you! I have a 79 camaro that has a crate motor in it, pristine paint, is lowered, and has high quality wheels on it. The car is definitely my baby. My car stalled and I was nervous about getting it towed due to heavy metal chains and hooks.Brew City came and towed it. It was loaded with extreme care, patience, and caution. He even took it upon himself to put rags over the front chains to act as a cushion. At the car shop as the car was being unloaded it was getting into some tree branches. He took it upon himself to break off the tree braches to protect the car.He treated the car as if it was his very own! All this for under $100.

Literally my new go to towing company, I have an 06 Grand Cherokee, has intermittent start issues (Jeep still has yet to figure out why) got to my location within 5 minutes, hooked up my jeep, dropped it off at the local mechanic. All around just bad experience. both extraordinarily expensive and the guy i got was rude and hostile. charged me 160 bucks to only go about three or four blocks in total distance. would rather push my car home next time than use this service.

My car died in the middle of a road. Called Brew City and he was there within 20 minutes and got me out of the road. Not realizing how much of a hassle a newer BMW is to tow (car doesn’t go into neutral easily), he did a great job getting me home and my car situated.
