When you need something done call kevin.

Called last week to set up appointment for Friday. So today being Friday I called to get my van in and I said my name and car he didnt respond so I mentioned the work needed and he responded very sarcastically uh yeah u were supposed to have it here yesterday I said no we agreed Fri he cut me off and very childishly said noooooooooope and hung up the phone!!!! I cannot tell u how shocked I was by that disrespect towards a POTENTIAL customer. I can tell you he will NEVER have my business nor will I recommend to ANYBODY, I wouldnt let that man put air in my tire!!! I picked Kevin originally because he had such good reviews on here but let me be the one to break that cycle. He didnt even look at car and he lost a customer for life, thats horrible business.

When it comes to a Honest Good quality mechanics this is the only place I will ever go. My 1st car I had Estimates as high as $1200from other places to fix my car. Kevin laughed when I told him. He charge me $250 I ran that car till the motor Quit years later. Now 16yrs later. Put it this way I live in waukesha and still only use RTS. For any auto work.
