This business took me in very quickly to look at what was going on with my tire after poorly-done services I received at Advance Auto. The owner was very friendly & professional. He showed me exactly what was the problem and was quick to fix it. This local business is my go-to now; the good care, quick service, & value can’t be beat!

Had a very positive experience today at this establishment. Tire going flat and was lucky enough to pull in there. The owner/operator said he could help. He stopped what he was doing and immediately addressed our issue. Had us on our way again in less than a half hour. Kudos and thanks much for saving our day!

Awful service. They fixed things on my car that did not need to be fixed (and charged an arm and a leg to do so) and gave me my car back worse than when I recieved it. I took it back asking for repairs and they said it would cost another $2,000 to fix (after charging 1,500 for the first set of repairs that they claimed would fix it). I refused, sold my car, and recieved a call from the buyer that the real issue only cost $75 to fix and the car ran like new after he fixed it himself. South Milwaukee Automotive wants to fix your car for as much money as possible, only to make you turn around and need more expensive repairs. Dont go here if you want honest results or a good deal.

Worst experience ever...I took my truck to get serviced first he acted as if he didn’t remember telling me to come in...then before even looking at my car he tells me I may need this and that done (RED FLAG) I had him call my warranty he gave me a quote on what my warranty would cover(which didn’t seem right) after calling my warranty company I found out the dude absolutely LIED so when I confronted him he got upset and told me to come get my car....sorry I was too smart to be ripped off I don’t know if it was because I was black or a woman but if you want HONEST work I don’t suggest this place at all

I won’t go anywhere else, the man turning the wrenches owns the place and cares more about a having a long term customer then a quick buck
