The people at fx.marcotte are very helpful and understanding and have tired to accommodate me in the purchase of a chair I originally bought some time ago only to find out the chair didnt fit me and they were kind enough to replace it and have another style delivered in September of this year. Let me be clear this is not fx.marcotte fault but the manufacturer of the product IMG of Norway the Boss Large Recliner the mechanics of the chair works well but after sitting in this chair the seat doesnt retain its support and you tend to sink in and is just plain uncomfortable. I do not recommend this product IMG Of Norway it is not worth the wait or the cost. But fx.marcotte are very nice people to deal with.

I couldnt tell you about the quality of the furniture, as it seems unlikely it will ever make it to my home. We ordered a couch in December and were told it would be 8 weeks to delivery. I have called several times and was always told, It should be here soon. We we told today 2 more weeks which will be a total of 13 weeks. We will never purchase from this store again.
