Ordered a queen slim box spring, noting it was in stock at time of order. Estimated date of delivery was July 2nd, which was ideal for the Tenant moving in. The entire reason I ordered it was because of the delivery date. July 2nd rolls around and I go to check my order tracking and I note it hasnt even been packaged, worried, I call up the local store and discover that the box spring was not, in fact, in stock. The soonest it would be here was the 7th, far outside the date I needed it by. The sales rep there worked with me to get a different one (I was assured was ACTUALLY in stock,) and a new delivery date of the 4th. Talked to the tenant and worked it out with them.If it doesnt arrive by the 4th Im going to demote my review to 1 Star. The very nice lady at the Lewiston Sales place saved them an extra star, and I would suggest never ordering online from them at all.

Well I went to this place and I picked out what I wanted and I had came into some money and I showed the guy what I wanted and I wanted delivery he said fine and so I came back and I brought him a bankers check certified check and he told me if I wanted it fast I could take it today well lo and behold I had to drive away around the back and to the loading dock take it off the loading dock and put it in my car myself with a torn rotator cuff I had to do all this of course the box was locked 50 lb but I had a little dolly at home but I got it out and then I had to get it on my bed and then it kind of expands by itself but I had it on the wrong side so I had to come deliver it and put it on the right side of it would have been perfect but I had to tussle with it so at the end of the night I was in great pain and number two they did not process the payment right where I had gotten calls from corporate offices telling me youre asking me where is the check well the guy had took the check took a copy of it and gave it back to me the bank check luckily I still had it because it was like 2 days later she called me left me a message about this check so normally I would have shredded it I shred all my papers or burn them up so I took them and send them to her and told her I would not recommend anybody none of my friends to go there or I was not going to give them a good reference to any of my friends because they didnt know what they were doing it was poor poor customer service I mean I sat in there for a good 30 minutes while he processed the check which I didnt understand but lo and behold anyway but I love the mattress that I put on and brought home haha
