They neglected to return to me my ATT sims card while changing over my phone. Went back to the store after getting the runaround by phone (manager promised to call me back twice and never did). Drove all the way there only to see the posted store hours stated 8pm closure. Arrived at 630pm doors were locked. Unbelievable!!! Lots of drama and my time poorly used. Would not recommend this location.

Biggest rip off ever!!! i went to see how much 4 new iphone 8+ we’re and they said my bill would go up too 300$ that’s insane! i went to sprint in west bloomfield on haggerty and got all brand new iphone 8+ (red,silver,black,and gold) each 33$ a month and our bill is going to be $250 instead on 350$!! i recommend going to the one in west bloomfield on haggery if you can!! do not go to this sprint you will definitely be ripped off!

This store is horrible! I signed a contract thinking I was purchasing my phone and later found out that I was leasing. The employees here also just make up ur security code with out asking you what you will like to use. They are lists beware!!!!

This is by far the best sprint store Ive ever came in contact with the staff was very welcoming, I got greeted by them in unison and it was just a wow affect. Getting down to actual business I came in very upset with sprint due to my last experience with another store earlier that day. The sales rep that actually helped me was Ron. When I say he did everything plus more I mean that. Now my situation was beyond complicated and something that Ive been dealing with for about a month at the time. I explain everything to Ron he chuckled and said I got you. Me being a pessimistic person I did not expect anything than what Ive been experiencing. Ron handled my situation with ease when I have talk to multiple sprint reps as well as people on the phone i was here no longer than 10 minutes before my situation was solved. So I decided to upgrade my phone and get one for my baby girl. If you need anything dealing with sprint or a phone go see the little homie RON!

I dont like my experience here when I need phone repairs. The phone tech lady always seems to have an attitude. I prefer the Sprint store in Livonia off I96 & Middlebelt on the Schoolcraft service drive. Scott the repair guy is great at fixing phones promptly & has great customer service.

Website says the store opens at 9:00 A.M. on Mondays. The sign on the store says it opens at 9:00 A.M. on Mondays. I waited in my car until 9:30 A.M. and still no one arrived to open the store. This is completely unprofessional. If you dont open until later, that is fine, but change your hours online and on your door. Thanks for wasting my time. I will not be giving you my business.

Amazing staff, they went over my bill and broke everything down made sure I was on the right plan and all of that was done by the amazing girl that works there her name is Ashleigh.

I guarantee those other reviews for this store are made up by the employees and especially the manager Joey. He is a downright schemer he will tell you that charges Will be on your bill without telling you what they are for. He tries to play mind games on people if they are shopping with someone else. He yelled ultimatums at me when I went to the internet( which I was told wasnt available in the store) on the iPad in store in order to answer a question he dodged about 6 or seven times. Dont say yea of course charges will be on there and then when asked what they are for you act dumbfounded about what they will be. Then he asked about who pays the bill to the person I was with not realizing he was talking to the person who pays the bill(mind game). The service is disgusting and the employees under him dont want anything to do with customer unless they are being pressured by him to destroy your pockets. Avoid the store at all cost go to the corporate store on telegraph or any corporate store. They were better for me even offered free sim change when third party stores were charging 30 dollars even the website said only 10

I went two times to this location. The first time was very frustrating. I was lied to and treated VERY unprofessionally.The second time I went in, I only wanted to activate an old phone temporarily until the new Note 4 came out. Because the old phone was not very valuable, I would never even consider paying the total equipment protection $11/mo. However, without my consent they signed me up for it. I called back to complain and I was told to call Sprint directly. If you have a choice, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION.

I went into the store a few days ago,and i was VERY PLEASEd with the level of care that i recevied when i was there. I was ask right away how can i help you everyone was smiling very friendly place to vist for phone services. I went in because my phone was not working at all i then walked out the same day with a new working phone,also i recevied a discount on my case and a FREE! screen protactor. I was very Happy with the way i was treated i am making the store my NEW Sprint Store from now on Thanks to the one rep that was VERY helpful.
