The store was clean. It wasnt too over crowded with stuff. Good deals on certain items. Definitely have to look around all the store to find the really good deals tho. Overall would visit again.

Like this store very organized & clean

Very messy and nothing is ever stocked. The only great experience was the security guard... he was very pleasant and he went above and beyond to wipe down the carts before and after each customer... hes the only reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of giving them zero.

The clothes need to be more spaced out and could use more servers but their good.

This was the most orginized and cleanest Forman Mills I have ever been to, they also had a larger selection of big mans clothing compared to the other stores. Lastly but most importantly, they had a larger selection of Everything. They also had all of the home team appearal....

Was not thrilled about Foreman mills. First of all I get that they are trying to being cautious but I didnt like being greeted and that door by a worker who just automatically came up to me with some kind of sanitizer which came in a bottle that looked like rubbing alcohol but based on the smell was not. She didnt ask me if I wanted it. Although, I couldve not taken it I just kinda felt like it was a requirement to enter the store. My issue with that is using the sanitizer should be optional. Also, for all they know I could have been allergic to something in it you never know. The other thing is the store was kinda empty not alot of merchandise at all. Literally, I went in and walked right back out they didnt have what I wanted at all. The best thing about the visit was that it was nice to see everything organized and spaced out for once.

Its str8. Nice range of clothing items. The lines are always super long with only two workers at the registers. Great location too.

Good news is if your on a tight budget and in need of cheap clothes at a discount price then this is the place. Prices are better then Burlington and Big Lot. Bad news is that you get what you pay for. Cheap quality and the customer service and store cleanliness is at a discount too. Burlington got them beat there.

School shopping. First tine in 7 years we didnt have to buy uniforms. Trendy clothing for preteen and the prices were exceptional. I still have my arms and legs.😉😁😁

This is an ok place for cheap clothing. I wouldn’t recommend going unless you have plenty time on your hands to shop because many people come any no one puts items back where they originally were so everything is all over the place. The sections as in men’s, women’s and kids are coordinated but the sizes and matching items are always spread out.

Place was nice and clean. Clothes on the other hand where a mess. Everything everywhere. They had some good deals on little boys clothes. Love there sets for my 6 year old boy. You get your money worth going to Forman Mills.

Horrible customer service.... The workers dont know what they selling inside the store n thats only if you can find one smdh...The most I can say is the store is clean and organized

I love the prices I love the fact that they have a lot of options but the Clutter is ridiculous. They make it difficult to shop because they cram everything out at one time. I think if youre trying to save a couple bucks and find a cute outfit its a great place to go but you better have a lot of time to dig through the Clutter. I wish you guys wouldnt cram so much on those racks that you cant even see what youre offering.

I only rated this location a 3 because theres no sales associates on the floor to help u if u have any questions, your just lost and have to figure things out for yourself. This location and most of their locations have variety and unique clothes and u can find at great prices. U get decent quality items most of the time and sometimes good quality items for a cheap price. So when im looking to get the bang for my buck. I choose Forman Mills!!!!

I found the few good things but it was very hard because the store was very cluttered and disheveled. I was looking forward to it because I thought this was the largest of them all. But after a while I had to leave because it was just over packed stuff everywhere on the floor and I got tired of digging like I was at some type of garage sale. The staff were friendly but it didnt seem like anyone had any concern of the Aesthetics of the store especially during the holiday season. So I probably would not recommend that as a regular thing with maybe as a last resort to someone.

This store Southfield, Mi. Southfield and 12 mile rd is the only clean, well organized spotless Foreman Mills in Detroit and surrounding area, please please get all the other Foreman Mills stores in order.

During the Christmas shopping season on a Saturday, I would have expected faster and better service. There was only three registers opened at 2pm and their was a line of customers to the back of the store.

The workers were on the salesfloor saying negative stuff about customers. The workers ignored my presence in the store. There was only one person running the checkout line.

You dont see this very often but a guy named Gary greeted us as soon as we came in the door he walked his back there to find everything we need it on the best price of the items and it also loaded it on the truck even though it wasnt part of his job description. cant beat that for service good job Foreman mills Gary is an asset thank you sir never had service like that before.

This place is crazy slow. The line is spilling into the store with only 2 registers working and one for customer service and no one moves with a sense of urgency. No one seems to know how to work and interact with customers at the same time. Just because the employees have to be here all day does not mean I do too. People have things to do.

Needed some pants for work and found three cute on the clearance, that ended up being cheaper then I thought. Only ended up spending $13

Good place to go if you need something cheap to wear once or twice. Dont go looking for anything specific they have what ever the left over truck has droped off. Lots of irregular clothing with the price tag strategically placed over it or stuff other stores could sell. Kinda like a warehouse store. How ever if you need clothes for a growing child thats just going to ruin them anyways perfect.

Sometimes you can go in there and find alot of good pieces I got a nice jacket.

Tonight i went to the southfield rd location of foreman mills with a couple holiday returns. I entered the store around 930 and they said that the store closed at 930 and i couldnt make a return because customer service was closed down. I had googled the store prior to coming an online it said that they closed at 10. A young lady with great customer service skills said she would take my returns and reopened the register to do so. I i asked for her name and title because i was so impressed with how courteous and polite she had been. I even called two of my friends after to tell them all about it. See me and my friends are all amazon prime members and are always saying how customer service is dead.In a world where shopping is as easy as clicking on a cart and storefronts are closing everyday you need more people like her. Janelle Floor Manager for the southfield location. This experience ensures my return visits as well as my friends that are avid online shoppers. I implore forman mills to take note of this young ladys work ethic. I certainly have!

Dig deep very nice #deals be patient in line at peak times, everyone is doing the same thing. Try clothes on, sizes may be a tad off, they are durable

I use to love this store. Yes it can be a mess. Difficult to look for things. But i have found great deals in the past. But todays experience was very negative.After wasting an hour of my time picking out bras to try on. They told me I couldnt try them on. Too many people complained about others trying on bras. What!? As a woman. Most of us need to try them on. You cant just go by size. Each one fits differently. I can see not allowing you to try on underware. But bras? People try on swim suits. People try on hats. Even though thats a risk of getting head lice. I spoke to customer service to confirm their store policy. Ok fine. But if you are not allowed to try on bras. POST A SIGN. Dont waste your customers time. I will never shop there again. I use to tell all my friends to go there. Not now.

The cashier I had was stupid. Over charged me 3 times. Didnt know how to put the money back onto my card. She was rude. Didnt say hello. No smile. U could tell she didnt want to be bothered. was coughing & hacking everywhere. Didnt even bother to say excuse me or even cover her mouth. AND NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THEM TO GET MY MONEY PUT BACK ONTO MY CARD!

I didnt like this particular store!!! And Ill tell you why!!! I dont carry purses, I carry bookbag purses because its easier for me to fit all of my belongings inside like my wallet, makeup, gloves, car keys, just gives me more room. And its easier to carry. So me and my husband walked in for man mills. This old woman said you cant carry that bag in here. I said this isnt a bag, Its my purse. So the other worker beside her was cosigning. I was about to take my camera out and record them because thats a lawsuit. Deformation of character. Your assuming that I had a bag and I was coming in there to steal. I work at general motors. There is no need for me to do that. My point is I will be contacting corporate office and reporting that location and I will be calling the store manager!!! That is poor customer service and if you dont like your job than quit!!! Because the next time I go in there and this happens I will record it and put it on YouTube!!!

The prices are wonderful. However, the restrooms are not for customer use (employee use only) ... that was very annoying and disappointing. I should have access to that service... after all, Im spending my hard earned money at your establishment.

Browsing. Has a lot of kids and mens clothing to choose from. Mostly winter wear for women. There are plenty of underwear for women. Has a small selection for houseware. Organization ok and clean.

As an overweight guy, I have to shop at big and tall stores. Most of them can get expensive. This store had a decent selection of clothing in larger sizes. Be prepared to search, as everything is on racks and not necessarily in any order.

The forman Mills at 12 and 1/2 and Southfield road in Southfield Michigan is clean, well-stocked, and in general the staff is fairly courteous. Most of the stuff is knockoff Chinese or factory seconds but you can find authentic name brand even designer clothing at amazing prices. I got a pelle pelle tracksuit jacket that retails for 89 bucks at Macys and I got it for $3 at forman Mills and it wasnt a knock off or factory seconds. You just have to look real hard but you can find good deals at this store. I mean lets face it forman Mills is so people that dont have a very vast income can afford to go get a fresh outfit for a night out for twenty bucks or less. A lot of this stuff doesnt wash up real good after a dozen washes but what do you expect for a $5 hoodie. Its also a great place for accessories belts, hats, socks, underwear, ties, etc....
