Excellent service. I reached just a few minutes before close of business but still got the truck without any hassle. Truck is also very neat.
General manager is the reason that I will only rent any U-Haul again through this location. Helpful, friendly, effective and proper scheduling. Great service.
I am writing this review after being disconnected from a phone call with customer service. Mind you, I never spoke to anyone in customer service.Several days ago I made a reservation online for a small cargo trailer rental. Simple. I also purchased (paid for) a hitch ball mount to be picked up the day of the rental.I was contacted the next day and told the trailer I reserved was not suitable for my needs. No problem, I cancelled the reservation. While the Uhaul representative was on the phone, I asked her to refund me for the hitch ball mount since I would not need it and had still not gone to pick it up. She was unable to process the request but informed me the manager from the originally scheduled rental location would contact me.Jeff left me a voicemail trying to confirm if the rental reservation had indeed been cancelled by me. He did not mention the hitch ball mount or a refund. I called back within 20 minutes and became mired in the automated call answering system. After being on hold for 30 minutes and never speaking to a human, I hung up.Today, I called again. Again, I was stuck in automated call answering limbo for another 20 minutes before a reservations representative picked up only to inform me he was unable to process my refund request. He “forwarded” my call to customer service and I ended up back in automated call answering limbo. I waited another 10 minutes and hung up.I now have to drive 20 minutes to the original rental location and try for a refund. I will never do business with UHaul again, if you can call what they’re doing a business. If I strike out trying to get a refund, I’ll submit another 1 star review.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am writing this review basically because I am frustrated. I reserved a van and when I arrived they informed me it was not available now granted the salesman tried to locate another van for me but could not find one. He explained to me that all of the customers were late returning the equipment but how is that my problem that only inconveniences me.
SCAMMERS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!I wish we checked reviews before coming here. I reserved a cargo van online for the rental rate of $19.99 plus $10 damage coverage and $0.59 per mile. We only drove the vehicle no more than 10 miles all together for an estimated overall cost of about $40. These people have charged us $129!! They claim we drove 176 miles!!! We had the vehicle for 3 hours. Majority of the time it was sitting outside our office building. The supposed manager Jeffrey Fritchman is extremely unprofessional and rude. He is unwilling to correct the amount. Either their vehicle has a faulty odometer or they deliberately manipulated it. Given their level of professionalism and complete lack of proper customer service, I believe it was intentional. DO NOT spend your hard earned money with this company. They should be shut down for the way they deal with people.
Great customer service
I rent from this location often for my events. This was my last time renting and I will not refer anyone to 9 and Telegraph or Uhaul for any rental needs. I was charged for fuel that I had already paid for and placed in the cargo van prior to returning the van. The manager was rude and unhelpful even though I told him I had a receipt for gas and a picture of the gas gauge. There are several other rental companies that I will rent from in the future.
Terrible customer service. They charged me an extra 20$ for dropping it off after hours. When I made the reservation the guy told me it would be fine if I left the truck in the parking lot and the keys in the drop box, no one told me anything about an online check in, or extra charges. You would think someone would mention that if there was a charge and you see that the customer intends to drop it off after hours. I was told the charges were final and there was no way to reverse them. I would not recommend this uhual. Very unprofessional. It is generally the businesses job to inform their customers.
I was charged for 1 extra day for my rental. I booked the u-haul for 1 day (pick up- 4/24 @12:30pm and dropped off- 4/25 @12:20pm).I have proof of the pic that I took which states the date and time of return. I talked to Jeffrey Fritchman(manager) and he said that he cant do anything and he will not refund my money as vehicle was returned on Sunday 4/26 which is false statement.I requested to see security footage as I am 100% sure that vehicle was return on Saturday 4/25 @ 12:20pm. This is a fraud/scam. I asked Jeffrey to give me contact info of manager above him and he gave me false email address([email protected]), i asked him twice if the given email is correct and he said yes.Reason of my review is I don’t want any other person to be victim of this scam. Please take a video or something as a proof that you return the vehicle. This particular location something fishy is foing on.
Got my propane filled and they were super quick with it. They even saw my pulling in so I didnt have to go to much trouble to get someone. They also let me put my tanks right back in my car so I didnt need to carry them to the check out. I highly recommend this uhaul propane center, they know their job, are friendly and personable. Next time I go I am going to first buy a reloadable take from costco because the attendant told me I can put more propane in the store bought tanks vs the rental tanks because they are rated way better. Great advice, keep up the great work!
Picking up the you haul was no problem employees were very nice using the u-haul truck was fine.The new return was a major PAINOt was raining and dark out taking pics of tha cab and box was BS it was raining .Next time Ill return the truck In the morning and let the employees check it In instead of meId like a discount for doing their work for them on the return.
Got a rental truck & a trailer. It was delivered with less than a full tank of gas, whatever ill take that one. I backed it up to the trailer and noticed one issue. No hitch. When asked I was told I would have to buy one. I drive a Ford Focus what am I going to do with a trailer hitch? I ask if they have one to rent? No they keep getting stolen. Not willing to find out what would happen on the third strike so I just cancelled. In paying ~$100 for a truck and trailer Id expect there be a hitch for the trailer I chose to rent.

No stars. Horrible experience. I made an appointment for 2 weeks out to get a hitch put on my minivan. I received a call one day prior to my appointment notifying me that the hitch tech will not be there on the day i scheduled my appointment for so i would need to reschedule which i did. I called a couple hours prior to my reschedule to double check we were OK and 1st i was told there was a part that was not checked in yet. I didnt receive any notification of this. I wouldve of showed up at the location at my appointment time for nothing. After finally reaching the location i was then told that there was NO tech scheduled to come in for the appointment time that was made for my RESCHEDULE. I am one day away from going out of town and needed a hitch and Uhaul failed.
TL;DR: 6.5 hours to install a tow hitch on a coupe, still had to replace broken retainer clips myself.I set up an appointment for 7:30am on a Saturday to get a tow hitch (no wires, just hitch) installed on my car, estimated time was 1.5 hours unless something came up. I was done and able to drive out at 2:13pm. Took over 6.5 hours, and I still had to go out and replace some of the broken retainer clips on my own.Quality of the work seems good, and they did not charge full labor because it took so long.

Horrible customer service! Darnell would not help cancel an install nor would he refund the amount charged to my credit card. Only use this location if you have 2/12 hours to wait on hold for them to correct their mistake. This is the worst location no customer service training.
First I waited 15 minutes for someone to come out to fill our propane tank. A female came out, typing on her cell phone as she took a step, stopped, took a step stopped, finally reached me. She took one look and said, yeah your tank too old, we cant fill it. You gotta take it to an exchange or buy a new one at Lowes. I asked where i could get it exchanged at, she said i dont know and walked away. I would give zero stars for customer support but she did walk out and disrupt her cell phone time.
Something always goes wrong when youre moving, but two the the best moments I had was picking up our truck and dropping it off. The lady was working friday night (10-12) was beyond wonderful, helpful, and just fun and warm. She talked me down from my anxiety and sent me away laughing and confident. When we returned the truck the next day, the man working check in was just as fantastic. I leaned more about what he and Uhaul does, and he was incredibly knowledgable and fun. And right as I was leaving, the lady from the previous night came out, gave me a hug, and asked me how it all went. I couldnt have been happier with my visits. These two individuals specifically made me their customer for any and all future needs. Thank you!
Horrible Customer Service. The person who set up my rental did not advice me on the details of my rental and it cost me more money. The lied to her boss in front of me trying to cover her self...Deplorable!!!!
I made an appointment for a hitch to be installed on my car. Arrived on time. They wrote up my order and said it would take 1 hour max. After 45 minutes and my car had not been moved, I asked if they were going to install my hitch. The general manager, Ray, jumped up and went outside. He came back and told me that they did not have my hitch in stock!!! Never again waste 1 1/2 hours of my time dealing with Uhaul!
Great service! Everyone was helpful and polite from the guy at the register to the people who hooked up and detached the trailer.
Terrible customer service. I had to get my own rental equipment from the back. Double charged me because they were nowhere to be found and checked my equipment in late. I suggest go to another uhaul like the one in Taylor because this place is horrible.
This was the worst experience Ive ever had with U-Haul. I have been using them for over 8 years. Never again. The steering was God awful. I thought it was going to swerve of the road and crash. It was raining the whole day and the roof was leaking water into the cabin so I was wet the whole trip. Ill be renting from other companies from now on.

Lied to me that the van was inspected. Wrote a second receipt 1 week later with a $150 damage fee for damage already on the van. The untrained employees didnt know how to check for or write up damage and charged me from the previous user.
