Front gate is broken, the doors to the climates controlled area do not close so it’s not really climate controlled, it is absolutely filthy with trash everywhere, and there is water inside the facility.Edit- the staff is extremely niceOct 2021 Edit - We went and moved out things out at the end of September. At that time the gate was fixed, the auto doors are working, and all the trash has been cleaned up. There wasnt any water on the floor but it hadnt been raining so I cannot attest to if that has actually been resolved.

Outstanding service, great location and impeccably clean facilities. Most helpful to me has been Tamika who is always kind, cheerful, friendly and efficient. In these turbulent times, it is important to do business with companies and workers who care about the customers and are eager to address their concerns. Tamika is tops in my book. She has been more than efficient in helping me understand Public Storage policies with a positive attitude.

On June 27,2021, Customer service was horrible. Not showing the storage unit, Knowing how to access the keypad and no carts????? Very unsatisfied. Gotta do better.

The staff are friendly, but the place doesnt always clean up the property regularly. Can find debris, glass, and dead mice around at times. The storage is solid and nothing ever happened to any of our belongings there.

Tamika was very helpful, answered all my questions and eased any concerns. She took her time to show me the different options available to me and covered all the extras Public Storage has to offer me.

The lady by the name of Tamika went out of her way to help me today. She even offered to bring me the flat bed to my storage unit. Expressing such a positive attitude, her customer service skills are really on point!

I went in to Public Storage and spoke to Denise about getting a storage unit and she was very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with her. She informed me of the different sizes and she was very knowledgeable. I appreciated her friendliness.

Setup reservation for unit. Go there 3 different times in one day and no one is ever in the office. No one answers the phone or calls back. Call the line and im told i can pay online. Go online and it say epay is not available. Call the line again ask if they can take payment and told no. Soo my whole day is wasted.

I came to this place and I was not expecting very much. I intended on coming in asking questions and familiarizing myself with storage. I went to Public Storage recently just to inquire about unit rates. I wasn’t expecting much but was overwhelmed by the friendly reception and customer service I received from Sheilah Morris. She explained everything in detail, she was patient, and she made me laugh and helped ease the stress of trying to get things sorted before my relocation. The facility was clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend!

I received excellent customer service from the young gentlemen Brian. He provided me with a lot of information on storage units,and even though his specific location did not have the storage space available that I was looking for at the time,he was able to look up and let me know other locations nearby that had what I was looking for. I recommend this location if looking for storage :)

The manager Megan at this location is the person to see. I always see new faces at this location but I mostly deal with Megan. She always greets me with a big smile. That’s major! Many people have bad attitudes in customer service, then I come here and she and others smile and greet me. It’s nice and I feel that the customer service alone makes me glad I chose to store at this location. I mean I needed the storage too but I’m not upset by this bill because the people are so nice. I was recently at Public Storage. My positive experience began with calling the 800 number. The operator was very thorough, polite and informative. She stated that the manager would contact me. Within 10 minutes Megan (Southfield) called to notify me that she was expecting me to come and see the storage unit. I arrived and she was so polite, kind and informative. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! She gave me insight into how to pack my storage unit and things I could do to help my move be more effective. If you have an opportunity to engage with her, you wont be disappointed.

The service I have received from this location is the best. I dont even rent at this facility, I only pay my bill here and both Megan and Bonnie know who I am. Im usually always rushing during my lunch break to pay my bill and they already have me pulled up when I walk through the door. I find this to be amazing considering they must have 100s of tenants. This is the best location. Honestly I wish they would have had the unit available when I was renting because Im sure I would have been happier storing with them.

I have been coming here for years for all of my moving needs. I know that when I walk in I will be recognized and mostly all of the time Megan (the manager) knows exactly what I need! Her ability to answer all my questions and help me with my needs is worth more than just 5 stars! Keep up the great service and I will be visiting again soon!

I had an awesome experience with this specific public storage facility. I have never written a review for anything yet I felt compelled to write one because of the exceptional service provided by Megan. Long story short I have never stored my belonging last anywhere. However, I sold my home and my new home was not ready. (As if that wasn’t stressful enough) I went to the 24200 facility to rent a space I told the guy I thought it would be to small. He said no worries you can exchange it within 24hrs. I went home told my husband the size he said no. I called public storage first thing the next morning to exchange. The 24200 facility did not have the size. I signed up for a promo and was told I could not transfer facilities and I could not get the promo I signed up for because I used a promo on the previous storage unit. ( the one I never even utilized for one second) I spoke with Dan who stated he would get it taken care of. He did just that he allowed Megan to give me the promo on the space. She takes her job very serious. She showed me nothing but excellent customer service. I love her I can really see being some ones boss in the company!!!! This is the place to go if she is in the office.

Our journey began with Megan the Property Manager by phone who exemplified the definition of amazing customer service. Shawn was genuinely pleasant and spoke with a high level of confidence, pride, and enthusiasm which gave us an open door to visit the location at 24000 Telegraph Rd in Southfield, MI. The experience upon arrival with Shawn the Store Representative was also exceptional and amazing. The customer service and concern for our visit, along with being able to insure or needs being met and going above and beyond was comfortable. Shawn amazing as well. I live in Florida and my mother has a storage unit at this location. I travel back and forth and when Im in town I take care of all of my mothers bills. Every time I go up there, Megan is nothing but nice. She helps and answers all questions and my mother speaks highly of her also.
