Used the storage units and rented a truck from this Uhaul a couple of times. The staff is very professional and helpful the unit and trucks are well kept. 👍🏼👍🏼

This place is laden with people who do not communicate well. After coming to this location, I found out for a four hour rental window, one may not park their car here. They do not have parking available. In order to park a car, one must walk down the street and across Eight Mile. Eight Mile is a very busy street with cars flying and without pedestrian crossings. The building design and staff are certainly lackluster. I suggest, if you need a uHaul, go to the location at Greenfield. Ty is friendly and they have a lot of parking available.

Rented the truck at this location. Picked up at a different location with more inventory. Highly recommend making a reservation.

As I pulled in to make a phone call I go to cut my carcon to leave and the battery was dead and they were very helpful and friendly! Even though I didnt have a storage space with them. I started right up though after I fixed the issue. Just showed the goodness in people!

Dont think about parking here to use their truck and get your credit card out too no debits

Easiest 5 star rating ever. Renting trucks stinks, but if you have to do it, come here. First class customer service.The General Manager, John King, knows how to make you feel appreciated. There are a million places to rent a truck and I go out of my way to rent here- I recommend you do the same.Although I do not rent trucks often, when I do, I know where I am going.

Customer service was great. John, the manager, offered great advice. Helped me sort out my options when we discovered that I couldnt do what I initially set out to do in the first place. Great little store!

Today Im here renting any other truck I give them a second changes from my move in to my storage unit watch was a so bad. I upgraded same day from a 58 to a 1010 they had my money but know one knew how to transfer one unit too the next, three hours without getting it done, I had to go to work. A whole week went pass no call I go to my unit and theres a lock on my unit for none payment they had 149.00 dollars of my money so for 39.00 they locked me out for a issue that was there problem not and they was calling my emergency number over this place. Today one person working five people in the back of me three in front of me I asked manager if it was anybody to help us he replied NO while he stood in the office doorway of the office talking and listening to another worker on the phone Im going to use my buy one month Get next free and never use U-Haul again. The ladies taking orders are nice and friendly

Rented a uhaul by phone. Friendly service reps...uhaul was ready when we arrived. No problems.

Things started out good with John but it ended horribly as they rented a damaged unit to us. My guess is that they knew the unit was leaking and damaged prior to us renting. Water damage ended up destroying our couch and many of our clothes and shoes. Over 3k of damage. When i approached John he said not his problem you did not get the supplemental insurance. This is total bs. You pay for a dry storage unit, not for a damaged unit. DONT GO TO THIS UHAUL FOR STORAGE IF YOU NEED TO PROTECT YOUR POSSESSIONS. You pay for a service to protect your things and you get nothing for it with this place but damage. Photos will be posted. This place needs to fix its customer service and offer just the basics. Protection from the elements. UHAUL MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STEP UP WITH THIS GUY.

John K the manager here is so polite respectful and very nice to deal with i did my reservation on line he made it really easy for me. I recommend this place its not as busy as the orher places i went to maybe its because its a storage place but john was great keep up what your doing sir!!HT

John King always provides the best customer service. Ive had a storage unit for a total of 3 years. The storage area drive way, hall ways always neat and clean. I recommend this uhaul location for your short or long time storage. 😃

Needs a after hour bathroom. And it has a tri level layout which is not good. The plus side is the staff is GREAT. Always are able to help. GREAT staff.

Great service both times I used this location for truck rental and moving supplies. Storage prices are a tad high, but theres something to be said of the convenience of cheap truck rental right where you store your stuff.

Charged me for a unit that wasnt mine and I did not authorize the charge. John is extremely unprofessional and so is Stephanie. I called and let them know what happened and I never received a call back from John and Stephanie could not tell me when I would. Thankfully, American Express is in the process of taking care of it. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
