They were honest with me that the repairs I needed would cost a lot more there because they dont do welding than if I went somewhere else. Treated me fairly rather than take advantage of me, they continue to give me good service.

I bought tires from here 1 year ago and got a warranty on all tires. After 1 year the tires are already starting to dry rot. The customer service guy came outside and looked at my car. He said there was nothing they could do. He said it would be a manufacturing warranty. He said my warranty only covered road damage. Why are they buying tires from a manufacturer that supplies low quality tires? This place sells low quality tires that dry rot after 1 year and they wont take responsibility for it. I will never go to belle tire again and tell as many friends and family as I can to never go here. LOW QUALITY. LOW QUALITY. LOW QUALITY. LOW QUALITY.

1 week ago i put 2 new tire sensors they programmed it and everything was fineThe day after i went there to program my other car tire sensors and they told me they can’t do it and i have to replace all my sensors which they said it will cost me $60 for each sensorThat’s ridiculous they were mean and gave me short answers for all questions i hadI used to go there a lot because i have 3 cars and they never respected their customersThat place is a shame people don’t waste ur time and money on that place

I was on my way to work when I got a low tire pressure signal on my car. Wasn’t until after work I noticed the big bolt sticking out of my tire. I called the Southgate location and they were able to patch it up and get the bolt out for free in an hour and a half.

The air pump is very inconveniently placed in a high traffic area. Delivery trucks blocking access and employees driving in and out with customer cars.

Went in to get a slow leak plugged. The staff was very friendly, helpful and super quick. To top it off, they call my name to let me know my car is ready and didn’t charge me a dime. I understand the service was simple but the gesture was very appreciated and I will be certain to return when my car needs further repairs.

I am shocked that I went to this Belle Tire and patiently waited an extensive amount of time passed what I should have because incorrect parts were delivered when they were about the changes my brakes, rotors, tires, as well as complete an alignment. Unfortunately, after over 4-5 hours they didnt even use a relearn tool. It is sad that a woman walking pass my house had to explain that when tires are rotated the TPS requires a relearn tool. I ordered one from Amazon because it appears no matter how much you spend and/or wait, things still are not done correctly. I have bought tires from another Belle Tires in the past and can say that is why I chose to use the company again. Now I understand that I really have to drive to the Lansing location to expect their accommodations.

I am getting a flat tire fixed today, but have always gotten great service here over the years. They are definitely my go to for new tires and tire repairs.

In the past 7 years we’ve used Belle Tire in Southgate and we’ve always been extremely pleased with the service and quality of their work on our vehicles. Jeff the assistant manager is very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! All the mechanics and customer service guys are wonderful. We’ve had brakes fixed, shocks fixed, actuator fixed, many oil changes, new tires, power steering fixed, alignment, and the list goes on! The wait is never too long and the waiting room is comfortable, spacious, and I feel safe there. Thank you for always taking great care of our cars and going above and beyond in customer service! We appreciate you. The quotes are reasonable in my opinion for the excellent work they do.

Quick service but poor quality almost crashed my Jeep due to them not tightening anything down!

Very LONG wait hours...MEAN, RACIST attitude towards certain customers and NICE, CHEERY attitude towards other ones. Which is weird and NOT fair because a customer is a customer. I waited THREE HOURS for a simple alignment with my baby daughter. They need to hire some nice, SMILEY women in there and more helping hands. Travis the manager is HIGHLY unprofessional and there is another guy I didnt get his name he is older with his nose up and he treats people even the cleaning guy like they are second hand citizens. I will NEVER use you guys again be blessed!

I had been going to this Belle Tire for a while, for oil change and tire checks. They were helpful and pleasant. But one day I when to have my heat control unit fixed. They told me since this was located in an awkward place it would cost a lot, but they fixed it and charged me about $500 for this. A few month later the unit went out again, the same thing. I was upset, after paying $500 they should have done a decent job, but no, it was broke again. They tried to tell me it was another part that had to be fixed and that would cost $200! They never mentioned that it was in a awkward position. I refused to pay anything since I had already paid almost $500 the first time, they should have gotten it right then! $700 for the unit is a total rip off! Beware people!

I originally had an appointment scheduled at another location and was told that I didnt (even though I had email confirmation). I immediately went online and placed a new one at another location. Not even a minute after completing the appointment a representative called me and asked if I wanted to come in earlier to make sure my vehicle was serviced completely. The guys handled everything professionally and were apologetic for the terrible experience at the other location. We will soon be adding a third vehicle to our household and needed to make sure that this vehicle was road ready for a teenage driver. Im so thankful for this experience and look forward to years of continued business.

I bought brand new tires here a few years ago. Since purchasing them, I have gone back Multiple times because one tire is Continuously low on air. Every time I take it in and tell them there’s a problem they want to try and “educate” me on expansion and contraction.. Temperature changes should not effect One tire and none of the others. Temperature changes should Not cause One tire to need filled weekly or biweekly and it Definitely shouldn’t cause my tire to be completely Flat, like it is Now.. I only go back because they’re under warranty- this place is useless

Showed up at 10am had a leak in a tire, expected a wait because the gentlemen told me about 2 hour wait. I was okay with that because I ended up walking to the store. I came back about 12pm my car still wasnt taken back. Confused but okay I understand it was getting busy. As time kept going on people had been coming in after me and leaving before me. I was getting irritated at this point because it was just a small leak. By 2pm after I asked how much longer. The guy went back and brought my car to door said im all set. So just be prepared to wait longer than they say. If i didnt get up to and ask who knows how much longer I would of still been waiting.Not only did I waste 4 hours of my time my tire wasnt even fixed. I still have a nail in my tire. Thanks for nothing!

Got a quote over the phone for new wheels and tires for my 2500 Ram Truck. The price was right ($3300 - they were nice wheels and big tires) so I said Id like to test fit 1 the following morning, but ultimately if I purchased I needed 5. When I arrived (at 5pm, when they close at 6) they had all 5 wheels and tires shipped from the warehouse. Test fit great, so I bought them. Left the truck there and came back 2 hours later to a finished product. Shop stayed open an hour late to finish my vehicle. FOR REAL!My tire pressure sensors that they reused werent working that great with the bigger tires so I had to return a few days later. They had my truck for 3 hours troubleshooting and decided to install all new sensors in all 5 tires. Those sensors arent cheap, but they didnt charge me because they expected the stock ones would work. GREAT service from these guys. They really care.

I had to have my driver & passenger side control arms on my Mazda replaced a few weeks back. I left and had some issues with my car pulling to the right and my steering wheel shaking when I would go on the freeway. I didnt have time to bring it back immediately...Fast forward to today: I went to take it back in to get it fixed. They fixed the pulling to the right issue but I had to bring it back a third time for them to finally find out what was causing the shaking at high speeds!Even though I had to take it in a third time, they were very involved and concerned throughout the entire process! I felt very cared for! As long as your patient, respectful, clear, and precise about what you need. These guys will always take good care of you! Ill recommend them to my friends and family until the day I die!

I highly recommend this Belle Tire location. The staff I came in contact with here were friendly and helpful. The service was quick, even with half a dozen other customers ahead of me. The waiting area was very clean.I was helped at the desk by Don who was polite and personable. Overall the exact opposite of a stressful service garage experience.

The service writer Rich was great. I am definitely will be going there again. I am looking to buy some wheels they have there when I get my income tax return in February or March. Rich was very professional and personal with his customers. Very nice young man.

I recently had my wheels balanced and had a front end alignment done. A couple days later I went to clean my wheels and I noticed a lug nut was missing. Not only was it missing but the threads on the bolt were stripped and they just didn’t put a lug back on! They left my tire with 4 lug nuts and DID NOT notify me. I will not be taking any of my vehicles back to this location.

Im been coming to Belle tire for years and spent plenty of money here I normally have a very good experience at the Southgate location very friendly but I dont recognize the new group of guys and the manager is so rude that he needs to go into a training on how to treat women I asked if I could change the channel I was following something on another station and he said no Youre the only ones thats ever asked that I said thats not true, Ive done that before and theyve been fine with it so he told one of the guys to just turn to TV off so Ive been sitting here for 2 hours with no TV on its just common courtesy.he could have handled differently.

Staff is always polite and helpful. (See recent update below!) I have been back a couple of times in order to get either a tire fixed or something wrong with my windshield wipers and they were johnny-on-the-spot getting it fixed and didnt even charge me for part of what was wrong.Update, on 1/17/19 I went there to see if they could fix a tire that I had that was losing air. The guy that I spoke to this time wasnt very friendly and said that they were all booked up. I had to pry it out of him if I could make an appointment, and he said no. I said okay... Then when can I get in? After noon tomorrow. Okay now mind you, I have already told him I was leaving town that day. I said so you cant help me at all. No. No help no effort oh well. I ended up going to Firestone which got me in and out right away with excellent customer service and fixed my tire for free! Needless to say, I think Firestone has a new customer. Belle Tire is no more my preferred shop.

Needed new brake pads and rotors. They called, told me what the cost would be and gave me an estimate about how long it would be. They finished early. The car runs great. Ive never had a problem with them and have been going there for years.

It took about 2.5 hrs to get my car into the bay for inspection. They are honest, friendly, understanding and courteous to all the customers, and are ready to answer all your questions and check for your concerns. The reason Im giving them a 3.5 is coz of the wait time, their prices are little bit high and the worst is they dont have all the services available to offer. Like they wont do exhaust system work, which sad coz they are someone I would trust and for the second time.

Husband went for front end alignment and was told outer ball joints needed to be replaced then alignment Had a second opinion and they were fine!!! Wanted to charge him $400.00. Glad I got a second opinion! Had the tires rotated. Now it drives fine.
