I try to avoid this store nowadays. But today I decided to stop in. Their phone says they open at 8 but online and on the store says 9. No big deal. I get there at 9:30 and watch 3 people come and try to get in, its locked. I was busy on my phone so I waited. Come 9:45 a car whips in and 2 employees run into the store. A man pulls up just as they get inside and tries to get in but they had locked it. After he stood there for a minute they let him in. I still waited a bit. But when I went in there was an employee behind the register bragging about how hes getting stuff from the trash while, I assume, a manage is telling him not to get caught. While I was in the back of the store theyre loudly having a personal conversation that can clearly be heard throughout the store. Then I go to check out. Another employee, who I didnt hear this entire time, cashes me out. But the male employee is still talking so loud that were having trouble even hearing each other. This isnt the first bad experience Ive had there, just the worse so far. Another time I was waiting at the register, no employee in sight. Another customer even walks the store trying to find someone. I called the store multiple times hoping someone would hear it and come to the front or even answer it from the back so I could let them know customers are waiting. I waited 10 mins before I left, leaving my items on the counter. But just imagine how easy anyone couldve walked out with anything.

This Family Dollar is definitely a notch above the other locations. The store is pretty big and very clean. A wide variety of items and the shelves were fully stocked. The staff were friendly and quick, just excellent customer service in general. A great experience all around, highly recommend this location.

Very nice staff and well stocked store, will return soon to grab a lot more snacks and movies from their selection. Worth the visit.

Workers are always friendly and helpful

Every time I go to this location the doors are locked during business hours and can see employee just standing there, so I’m not sure what’s going on. 3 times in the last few months.

Always stop here on my Wednesday recycle route for lunch. Get some snacks. In and out. Friendly staff!

This is hands down the nicest Family Dollar I have ever been to. Clean store, stocked shelves, friendly service. I drive past 2 other locations to go here!
