I go here about every other week after work and the same two gentlemen are always there to help me out. I believe their names are Connor and Blake. They go above and beyond each and every time to make sure I have everything I need.. including knowledge. I’ve been vaping since 2013 and yet I always learn something new each visit. Connor always has a smile on his face and has never once rushed me when I barrage him with questions. They give me all the time I need to make a decision or ask about an issue I’m having. They are both so quick to help in any way they can. Seriously, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a vape shop (and I’ve been to many all across the country). The store has a huge selection and their prices are low for Utah. They always have sales too. If you are around the area (or even if you are not) it’s absolutely worth a stop here.

Ive had a very good experience in getting the products I use daily and the help when I dont know how to use my tanks. They give me advice on flavors that I will taste because I have only one sinuse cavity so they help me pick out the ones that meet my meds as well as give advice on products in general. I love the friendly service they provide and feel like their friends, easy to talk to and overall thats the store I chose over all others. I can get all my needs meet in one shop and treated like a friend. They remember me and when their computers are down they give discounts because they know Im a big buyer and so they give my the money off they know I would have earned. Good business, good people, good selection and feel welcome shopping there. Thank you.

The staff is always very helpful! They are a little out of my way, but I stop when in the area. They often have sales or clearance vape juice and I save more than 25% on coils compared to other shops.

They almost always have exactly what i need and i love that the workers know what they are doing! They are super nice and have no problems with helping you out!

Friendly staff. Best prices in town. I went to the new vape store up the road from them and their items were $10-$20 more then vapor-aid. They listen to my questions and don’t try to sell me extra stuff on top of what I’m there for. Always friendly the minute I walk in. Will do business with them again.

Bought my first vape here. For some reason the guy helping me didnt fully explain the builds very good, either he couldnt by law or maybe he thought I knew enough about them, but I knew nothing since it was my first vape product ever, so I didnt know all the different brands or pieces. If I wasnt very smart I probably would have bought something I would have been unhappy with later, but luckily I was able to piece things together. They have a large variety of liquids, which is great! But the guys need to be a little more helpful explaining the different parts to newcomers.

They were really friendly and nice. The gentleman that helped me seemed too have alot of knowledge about what he was talking about. As well it was reasonably priced. Will suggest this in the future

I like that Im always greeted when I walk in the door with friendly staff. They are always helpful and willing to take the time to explain things when I have questions. They refused to sell anything to me because I had a list of items. I work at an inpatient rehab and my clients can not get out to buy their own products. They guy was very rude and unprofessional

These guys are Great!! They have sales on juice which saves me money, most vape shops dont do that, between my wife and me we go through 60ml every week, its expensive but these suckas help us out thank you vapor aid!!

Staff are knowledgeable and friendly, usually welcoming you into the store. Location is clean and appealing. The location has a good selection of mods and equipment as well as juice from cheap to moderate prices. Great youd and good location.

This has been one of my favorite Vape Shops Ive been in. The prices are always reasonable but mostly the staff are amazing to work with. They are patient when asking questions and not making me feel dumb. Its really nice to go in and feel comfortable and not like Im a burden to the staff. These guys are great! They are patient and helpful, even for someone just getting into vaping and doesnt know a lot about it. They answer all of my stupid questions and never act annoyed or put out by it. They are very friendly and have a good sense of humor adding to the fact that I actually enjoy going in and talking to them plus they never try to sell me stuff I dont need and always help me troubleshoot my problem before selling me something. I have walked out a lot more often that not with the problem fixed and a better understanding of my equipment for free. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone as their first stop.

Regular visitor to Utah on business from the UK. Been in quite a few vape shops in the state and decided to go to this one today. The service I received was first class. Really friendly and helpful and helped me pick out some amazing juice. Will only be returning here from now on.

One of my favorite shops in Utah County, the staff is very friendly, helpful and have a fantastic selection of products. The atmosphere of the whole shop is a great experience as well.. They always have good suggestions and answer any questions honestly, not pushy or trying to rush people like a lot of other shops Ive been to usually are. These guys have been vaping for a long time and so they have a lot of experience and knowledge, which is great if your ever having issues with your vape or are just getting into it.. CJ, Blake and Conor have ALWAYS taken great care of me. I would definitely recommend this shop over any others in the valley.

Selection isnt the greatest, but I got a 120ml bottle for the same price as the 60ml bottle that my favorite juice comes in. The 120ml was a knock off but I think it was better than the other one. It was kinda quick to kill my atomizer, but tasted great. (zero nic, quitting)

Theyre pretty okay. The staff is pretty knowledgable, and friendly. Shop is clean and well kept. Prices are pretty high though. Charging $1 per foot of kanthal is ridiculous, when you can easily purchase 30ft. for half that price. Otherwise, a great shop. Good to go to when youre in emergency need of supplies.

Outrageously expensive bought 2 mils for 47.53 of juice I can get anywhere else for 22 dollars I would not recommend this place at all unless you want to get ripped off I would leave zero stars but that is not a option

Bought a mechanical device (the beast) from them the other day....they where SUPER nice and answered all my questions. They also showed me how to take care of my device, build the coils and redo my cotton! I never felt like I was annoying them and they didnt seem agitated to help! Ive been to a few other shops that treated me like i was a bother but not these guys!

Lets start by saying this is one of my favorite vape shops. They have an endless selection of falvors, mods & assessories that most shops dont even carry. The staff are professional & helpful when it comes to getting you geared out and ready to vape. These guys arent going to sell you a tank that doesnt work with your mod! Overall a nice shop.

Juice selection is lacking. They havent gotten any new juices for months. They never have coils in stock. And I think two of their staff members are autistic.
