Last December, we were excited about the new promotion which was going to allow us to trade in 3 iphone XRs, 1 iphone 7 and iphone 8. We were supposed to receive $800 in credit for the XRs and $700 in credit for the two others. Still almost a year later, nothing. We were promised on our new plan that we would pay $35 a month plus taxes and fees for unlimited per line. We added 6 new lines. Even if that was $50 a month, it would be about $300 per month. Nope. We pay over $500 per month for 6 lines. In addition, because we were signing up for a new business account, we were supposed to receive a $100 promo credit per new line and another $50 promo credit for a new phones. A year later, we have been charged so much more than was promised. When we call ATT, we are on hold forever and then we get hung up on. We had a double charge of $1200 twice in February. Still not fixed. We dont know how to get help. We were working with Eddie from the Spanish Fork store and he does not respond to us. We have never had such terrible and dishonest service.

I came into the Spanish Fork Att to upgrade my phone. The lady by the name of Elena, that was the only employee at the store told us she didnt know how to go about upgrading one of the lines and that we should wait for the store manager who will be getting in the store within 20 mins. More than an hour later, manager Ben finally showed up and he was very rude during our conversation. Zero customer service. Very frustrating, and zero desire to even work with him.

Went in to get a new phone and Eddie + Trey were the kindest and most helpful humans. They followed all the covid safety precautions while showing and explaining to me my options for phones. Set up was painless and Trey put on my screen protector PERFECTLY. Literally it’s the straightest it could ever be. Thanks for a painless and great experience guys!

The wifi at this particular store is lacking. I waited 2.5 hours to transfer my information from 1 phone to the other. The staff was apologetic and decent. I was 1 of 4 customers in this same situation. They should have notified me of this problem before I committed to an upgrade.

Trey was awesome. Greeted us as soon as we came in. Was very knowledgeable in what we were getting. The only thing is the system they use needs updating or fixing. It kept freezing. Again Trey was great and I would return in the future.

Horrible Service! I was told to call Customer service and have them put a note on my account. After completing the phone call an hour later, the staff then told me they were unable to help me. The girl who seemed to be the night manager (or at least everyone was going to her for questions) decided to argue with me. Very abrasive. She told me that she did not tell me something when in fact she did. I did what I was told, to solve the problem ONLY to have them tell me they could not help me and they never told me to do that. I think the 3 staff members were too busy chatting on their cell phones and to each other to help customers. I could not believe how unprofessional they were. These children working there have absolutely no work ethic! I guess they are collecting a paycheck and that is the only thing that matters. I will never visit this store again. I will drive out of my way to find customer service that is professional and courteous to their customers.

I am so frustrated right now, I came in here a couple weeks ago and switched from Metro PCS to AT&T. My initial experience in the store was great. I was helped by a young lady, I forgot her name. I asked her specifically what my bill would be after taxes every month which she stated $158.00. I asked if it included my installment plan which she responded yes. She did mention that my first bill would be a little higher because it takes time for some credits to kick in. I now have an auto payment scheduled for tomorrow for $322.00. I only have 2 phones and one was buy one get one free, on an unlimited plan. I spoke to customer service over the phone and luckily he explained things in more detail to me. If I didnt call my bill would have been $217.00 every month not the $158 that I was told. On top of that the person on the phone could only get my plan to $180.00 a month, thats after having to cancel insurance and other things that I wanted. I dont know if I was deceived on purpose or if the young lady was just so new to her job she didnt know what she was doing. Either way, this made a very bad experience for me. If I would have known that was going to be the cost of my bill every month I would have never switched to AT&T. Now I am stuck because I am paying an installment plan for one of my phones. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Our service was impeccable, we just had the worst experience of our lives from Verizon and we went to AT&T hoping to get help and they made us feel important and the gentleman was very sympathetic and did everything in his power along with the manager to make us happy! We are so pleased that he worked a miracle to make our day got us the best price we could ask for and changed everything over in record time. This might sound wierd but we are blessed that we found someone who knew what they were doing and spent the time explaining what we needed to know in full detail. Thank you and believe me they will always get our respect and I wont have a problem referring them to everyone we know!

Horrible (manager) customer service. The manager didnt want to help me because he wasnt going to upgrade me and make a commission. He told me I needed to have my phone unlocked by Verizon before he could help me. So I ran to Verizon and was told that their phones are never locked. They were extremely helpful. I went back to AT&T. The manager saw me drive up and went into the stock room. The other employee came running up to help me. He helped me switch my phones. While my phone was being switched he told another customer to go home and call customer service to get help. They asked if he could help but he sent them home. If I were rating the employee that helped me I would give 5 stars, but the manager sending me and my grandson back out on the snowy roads because he wouldnt make money off me, I give the store a 1. If I could go lower I would.

BEWARE!! Went to purchase a new iPhone. Wanted to pay for everything up front. Was told I could not and that’s not something they do at this store. So they put me on the payment plan and told me I could pay in full online after 14 days. Frustrated knowing this was my only option I agreed. Two months later I find that they had added an insurance plan and mobile protection pack?!? I denied all additional features and services with the young woman at the store. Must be a new way to make the most of their commissions.

WORST DECISION EVER!Customer service alone is enough reason for AT&T to burn.Cell service is mediocre at best, but comes with a premium bill.No joke, not having a cell phone is a better option than having AT&T. At least then you wouldnt have to jump through their hoops.AT&T can expect me to bad mouth them until they reimburse me for the bogus charges even AFTER we switched carriers. Cant emphasize enough how much I hate AT&T.

Unfortunately, I have had multiple reasons for having to go to this location. Most of the staff members there are good. But there is one guy in particular who is not. I had to deal with him twice and each time was not a good experience. I’m one to let things slide and not make a fuss, but when something is bad multiple times, it’s worth noting. I don’t know his name, but he is not one of the younger guys. He’s mid/older aged, blonde/white hair. Kind of short. Maybe his name is Danny?? The first time he helped me he was not friendly at all. I can deal with an unfriendly person, but he made me feel really dumb. Like he was annoyed that I asked questions. But isn’t that his job? To educate his customers on the product he is selling? He made me feel extremely belittled and looked down upon. The next time I went in, he was the one to help me again. Same thing. Not friendly. Looked at me like I was stupid because I didn’t have the same knowledge he does about a certain product. But this time, I was trying to submit an insurance claim for my phone. He input the needed information and told me it would take 1-2 business days to receive my new phone. After three days past, and no phone, I called the at&t store to which they replied “I can’t really help you”. Once I finally got in touch with the right people, they told me that the insurance claim was never submitted. Spectacular. I have a broken, unusable phone, and at this point it is now late Thursday, which means I would not receive my new phone until next week. All because the at&t guy didn’t click submit. I am so annoyed.

I have been to this AT&T Authorized store a few times. The customer service it outstanding. Only once have I made a purchase here to get my child a new iPhone.Recently we called AT&T to switch our phone numbers over to new devices we had purchased online. The representative at AT&T told us they could not do that over the phone, that we had to go to an AT&T store. Rather than argue or call back to get a representative that knows what they are doing we went to the Spanish Fork AT&T authorized store. I felt bad that we were taking up their time but not making a purchase. The staff there are professionals. They handled the transfers quickly and with the same curtesy I had received when buying a new iPhone.We will be returning the next time we need phones!

UPDATE: AT&T below asked me to send some info via the given website, but filling out all of that information turned out to just be yet ANOTHER waste of my time as clicking the Submit button there just scrolls the page back to the top and doesnt give any indication that theres any sort of problem or that the form was successfully submitted. Unending nightmare.Im completely and totally frustrated by my experience with this store, and AT&T in general, after this last week. I walked into this store and told Gustavo I wanted to add a new line to my account ONLY if we could retrieve my moms old phone number that she has used for 35 years as a landline here in Spanish Fork and then for her own AT&T cellphone until she moved to Oregon last year. He told me that wouldnt be a problem at all, just that he didnt know exactly how to do it but that if I called AT&T general customer service after activating the phone they would be able to do it for me no problem.First thing the next morning I chatted with an AT&T support rep online and very clearly told him I wanted to change the number Gustavo had assigned to the phone to the one I was looking for and was told it was all done and he was just sending a replacement SIM for the phone and as soon as I put it in the phone would have the new number and Id be all set.Fast forward several days, weve now missed both my moms birthday and Christmas for this gift, and the new SIM finally arrives. Only it doesnt say anything about either the old number or the new one, its just labeled as being a replacement for a totally different number on my account. My mom has already shut off her other phone and told all of her friends and family that she got her old number back, so I jump on the phone with AT&T to find out whats going on. The first agent tells me its definitely fixable, he activates the new SIM, its the wrong number so he transfers me to somebody else. Who transfers me to somebody else. Who transfers me to somebody else. Who tells me theres nothing they can do for me and that everybody else was wrong. So now Ive wasted hours and hours over the last week chasing down false promises and a very expensive phone all for nothing.Super super frustrating. When I get a license plate I can just ask for pretty much anything I want and they can make sure its available. AT&T cant manage to look up a single phone number they definitely own and give it back to us. Weve had multiple accounts with them for over 15 years and bought dozens of phones and other devices, but were probably done when these ones are done being paid off.

About a month ago my boss dropped my phone off to get the screen cover replaced, because we were told that if you buy the Black Ice protector from them, they will put the replacements on for us as a customer service benefit. Over the past 5 years, this has been a helpful service until now. The manager is great, but watch out for some of the other employees. Today the employee in store informed me that its not their responsibility to guarantee their work. The replacement had significant dust on the under edges and has caused the edges to start peeling. He offered to try to fix it making it clear that it might not help, but I was pretty sure it would make it worse and he wasnt friendly about it. Super disappointed.

Their service sucks. Youre lucky if you can service in your own house. I have to use wifi on my phone 95% of the time if I want to do anything on my phone. Plus Ive had so many problems trying to acesses my At&t app its not even funny. Guess they dont want me to see how much data Ive used or when my bill is due. Should have just stayed with Verizon.

As i sit here for the 20th minute, watching all the employees sit around having personal conversations while the new employee struggles Im baffled at how terrible they are treating the trainee also that one of the rudest employees didnt even wash his hands after using the restroom. Who the hell runs this place????? Poor trainee. Also, poor people that this guy that didnt wash his hands is helping now.

Horrible service, I went in to get a new phone, took over 4 hours just to upgrade my phone. After I got my new phone, the blue tooth connection never worked and the phone wouldnt turn off, over heated the battery and fried the phone. Come to find out they had set the stay awake feature on intentionally damaging the phone. I went back tho the store and was told no one there could help me, the store only sells phones, wasted 2 more hours waiting. The store cant help with warranty or billing ( what business hires employees they think are too stupid to make basic decisions?)The warranty process is ridiculous, 3 more hours on the phone, you either have to wait a week for a used phone or drive tho salt lake to get a used phone and your original1year manufactures warranty gets reduced to 90 days. Basically its a total scam tho sell more phones. The battery still overheats and the blue tooth still dont work on the new phone. So after a total of 9 hours and over $1000 dollars later I still have a phone that doesnt work.

I went for a prepaid plan. I gave them all my information including my ss. My email and my private password. That worries me ..... Beforehand I had investigated the plan I wanted, which was the $ 65 plan per month they said they did not have the plan I wanted. They offered me a more expensive plan per month. I went to another at & t store and there you have it.
