I bought a new phone and signed on with T-Mobile a few weeks ago. We got a really good deal and great customer service.A free phone and free third line. I just went back today on Black Friday because I am having issues getting notifications and messages. There was a 45 minute wait, but since my issues were simple, Samuel was able to help me change some phone settings right away. He was very kind and extremely knowledgeable.

We came into the Spanish Fork store and were promptly greeted and assisted by Evan. He was busy when we came in but politely stepped away when he a had a moment and made sure we were on the list to be taken care of. He happened to finish up with his previous customer first and so he helped us along the process of getting a new line set up with new phones. He was clear when explaining the perks of each plan and what all it would entail as far as coverage, cost, etc. Along with the good customer service he also had a great attitude and an “I can fix this no problem” mentality when there were hiccups in the process. If you go in, Evan is a great representative to work with.

From my experience going to the T-Mobile store in Spanish Fork, Utah, even though I myself am a customer through T-Mobile, was not good at all. The reason why I say this is because the employee who I talked with when I went there was really rude and not very helpful. Another reason why I am saying this is because if you have a warranty on any mobile device you have through T-Mobile they will only help you if your mobile device has technical issues and not if the screen or even if the phone itself is broken. So I would recommend that you call customer service from T-Mobile ahead of time so they can call the store youre planning on going to so they can actually be more nice and helpful.

My experience with Elizabeth was THE best one I have ever had in a retail store. She was kind, friendly, patient, and she made sure we got the best deal possible. We switched from Sprint to T-mobile, and Elizabeth made the experience awesome and the process was easy and smooth. Never had a better customer service experience than this!

Went in with my phone not working. As a sprint customer I was worried I would loose everything. We spoke to trevor right away. He explained the towers and some sprint customers phone are having connection issues. He fixed it quick. He also showed us alot of the options we now have open to us. Very friendly and helpful. When it comes time to buy a new phone I look forward to coming back and buying one from him.

I have had the worst experience with a cell phone company ever at t mobile. I am a existing prepaid customer with 2 lines trying to add a third. Went to the store was there for at least a hour and they could not add the line and could not figure out how to. So I paid for the sim card and left . I then tried calling customer service and probably spent another 2 hours waiting on them and trying to figure out how to get the line going. They told me my sim was no good and credited me the money for a new sim card. I returned to the store and spent another half hour for a another guy to try and figure out how to add a prepaid line only to get tho the end and says I owe the amount for the sim card even though I have credit on my account to pay for it. I just left and will never be back. They really need to train there people how to work with prepaid customer accounts. Just super annoyed at the lack of help. A cell phone store should not tell you that they dont know what to do if you want to add a line.

I moved my phones from AT&T to save some money but I had to pay $1800 to buy them out of contract. I was told by T-Mobile that they would give me port over credits and they would buy me out of several phones if I upgraded to their phones. I did all this back in April and they still have not given me a single credit. Not only is this incredibly bad customer service it is also dishonest and unethical. This is my second rodeo with T-Mobile and now I know why I left them 8 years ago after being with them for 13 years. I will leave them for good when the timing makes sense for my business account. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. You are either honest or you are not and what they have done to me is incredibly dishonest. If they fulfill their agreement with me I will update my review so, you as potential shoppers, will know.

I had hopes of switching from Verizon while T-Mobile had all of these amazing Black Friday and Christmas deals. Little did I know, it wouldnt save me money. When we compared apples to apples, T-Mobile was actually more than Verizon. Shocking right?? However, the sales rep, Landon, was awesome. He was very helpful and honest. He wasnt pushy at all.

If I could give a zero I would. Went in the store tonight and spent a half hour wandering around. The two employees were helping other customers, which is good, but did not acknowledge me whatsoever. Two other groups of people came in as well and they said nothing to them. Helping the customer you have is important but you still need to at least acknowledge those in the store. Before hand I went to the Verizon store and was instantly greeted by someone and there were twice as many customers in that store.

I went in to get switched over to t mobile and it has been such a nightmare. Everyone, and I honest to god mean everyone at t mobile is incompetent. I’ve been given run around. And transferred around for days and days. And days. Do not, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR T MOBILE. they’re a waste of time. And all their calls are over to india and it’s literally not worth your time. Don’t do it.Edit: I never finished getting signed up for their service, so imagine my surprise about a month ago when they took it upon themselves to charge me $740 for a phone that was literally returned the same day. It was like pulling teeth to get MY money back. I will never ever use you guys. And I’ve convinced my family to leave as well.

They even got a demo model from the back room to let me see a phone I was interested in. I did get there when nobody else was there so they werent in a hurry to help somebody else. The phones and plans are working as expected.

We have been dealing with a bill that was never sent to us, it got sent to collections, and I have been dealing with many unhelpful and knowledgeable tmobile employees for the past 3 days. I came in to the spanish fork location, and was pleasantly suprised that Caleb, a seemingly regular employee, was 100x more helpful than the 4 customer care employees, 3 employees and manager at a different location. I was extremely unimpressed by his manager who used him as a messenger owl instead of coming out to talk with us. I understand that he may have been busy, but when an employee comes more than twice to talk with you about an issue, you should probably get up and go help.Thank you to Caleb for your amazing customer service, and empathy for our situation.

Been in there 4 times. They never have what I need and their prices are higher than most stores Ive been to. The provo mall store has good prices and service and so does Costco. Im giving one star because the guy who helped me at the store a few months ago signed me up for a service for a phone that I never got but I had to pay a few months for before I caught it and cancelled it. I felt the price on the device was too high so I didnt buy it, never left the store with the device but I guess he still wanted the commission for it. I reported the incident but I cant believe someone like that is representing t mobile.

These guys are amazing. Really care about my needs. I had an issue and the management to were very willing to jump on it to make sure I left a happy camper. I am so glad T-mobile open this brand new store down here in Spanish. It we pretty cool when I ran the speed test at the store and got 40 Mbps. Keep up the good work T-mobile!!!

Love T-Mobile... However employees at this store are totally disconnected with the rest of the company though. Other store location and the customer service line lets me make changes to my account using the account password. This store location didnt. Other places and the website said that I can add 6 more lines to my account. This place said that I would need to upgrade my plan to the T-Mobile ONE plan. I think I smell some up-selling instead of giving me the correct answer.

The staff here do not know very much about T-Mobile offerings. Ive often had to show them offers on T-Mobiles website myself in order to get things accomplished. Also their knowledge of devices is extremely limited. Ive tested then on device specs and so far theyve failed each time.

This location sucks!! The representative that helped me was incompetent and rude. Told me he couldnt do something. I called customer support and the representative quickly changed his mind. It was a simple mistake, it had the wrong name on an exchange package and all he had to do was check the order number. I should have just called customer support from the beginning. Dont mistake this as hating on T-Mobile as a whole. I love T-Mobile, they are always very helpful and provide a great service. Thank you T-Mobile but this locations representatives need some customer service training and possibly up training on the CMS.

Cant be trusted.Transferred lines from my bothers account to my own account. Despite the agent telling us the phones were also transferred, we encountered issues. I spoke with them twice more and each time as assured the phones had moved over.Eventually I tried to do work on the account and was blocked. Turns out the phones werent moved and I had to pay over $1500 to avoid being sent to collections.When I tried to speak to the team, I was told the store manager would look into it and work with the district manager on options, at which point I would receive a call. That too never happened and I eventually was forced to pay for the phones all at once

The reps here lie and have no clue about what products and services they offer. I had to go to Costco to get the right answers about the plans, phones and cost. Reps in the store kept arguing about what my total cost would be. I transferred over from Verizon and I had a LG gizmo pal watch and the T-Mobile reps in the store said that I could get a prepaid card and it would work. Needless to say it does not work and has no possible way of working with the gizmo pal watch. Its been less than 24 and they refuse to refund me. And conveniently the manager again when the T-Mobile rep goes in the back to call them with NO help about the issue. My advice is to go to Costco and get the right info the first time.

Came in thinking I was going to have a lonnng drawn out day at Att Sprint etc comparing... he got me an amazing 4 line plan, 4 phones, with tons of cool perks, and made it so easy to understand, and finally escape Verizon, where I was paying 3x as much!! Blic service announcement: T-Mobile is terrible!I switched from Verizon to save some money. They told me they would pay any early termination fees with Verizon (Carrier Freedom) and set me up with an iPhone 8 BOGO. As I tried to redeem rebates, they told me that I could not combine the 2 promotions. They didn’t care one bit about the sales rep lying to me. I heard a different story from every rep I talked to. They offered me a one time $50 slap in the face bill credit. Without them honoring what I was promised, I would pay $15 more per month for what turned out to be inferior service. I have canceled and will not be back. T-Mobile is the worst!!

These guys freaking rock! I ran into a few minor stumbling blocks when I switched from Verizon (so glad I did leave them too!). The phone I had ordered via telesales wasnt correct, so I came into this store and they didnt have it in stock. They did however, call other stores near by to see who did have it in stock. They also filled in the store that did have it in stock about my situation. I drove up to the store in Provo and everything was set aside and ready to go because these guys did their job so well.Apart from that time, Ive gone in a few times to ask random questions and to play around with the phones. They are always super helpful and professional. I feel they have the right mix of being laid back but also getting things done correct. They get to know their customer.And because someone included their speeds - my house is the perfect place. I get anywhere from 60-100 mbps down and 25-42 mbps up. Compared to verizon where I never saw over 25 down or 10 up.

Carlos V. Was the best sales rep here, but as for the rest of the staff, management definitely reflects here. I worked for tmobile for 8 years and the level of respect the sales reps have here is appalling. They have zero knowledge. James was pretty helpful too so I give him and Carlos 5 stars and if I was still a store manager I would put these guys in for assistant slots. I hope someone up from corporate can see this and please get ahold of me. One of the reps there would not give my wife his name when she asked, and working for Tmobile as long as I did we were required to give a first name last initial basis. Most of the calls I had between these reps the day all my issue occurred were recorded. When I told the un named rep I was recording him he immediately got scared and tried to play the policy card on my wife and I. Very unprofessional i hope the manager here is fired and they promote someone with the knowledge and skills and respect to treat both happy and unhappy customers with the same level of treatment.

The employees at this store are rude and have no customer service skills. I had a phone delivered to them yesterday, went down there and they said the phone wasnt there. So I called tmobile, the phone had been signed for by an employee but was nowhere to be found. I call there today and the phone magically appeared. I am unable to pick it up till 3pm because they have no store manager to check it in as it should have been done yesterday. Called tmobile the employee told them someone would be in at 12:30. This is the worst store I have ever been to. I would rather go to provo any day!!

They put me in the queue when I first walked in and I told them I needed a screen protector for my pixel 4a. I waited in line for a half hour just for them to tell me they didnt have any in stock and Id have to wait a week for one to be shipped to my house. This really is something you should check before I waste my time waiting.
