I had to suddenly cancel my other phone service (Hello Mobile, do not get Hello Mobile!) in the middle of a trip to Colorado so I had to stop by and get a new phone and service. The employee there (Im sad I never got his name) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! He got me a new service and a new phone in less than 30 minutes at a pretty good price too. I was in a very bad mood and his friendly demeanor, good attitude, and helpfulness helped me turn around the day 😂 And so far I love the new service and phone!

They set me up with service I did not want on a device I didn’t buy or own because I couldn’t afford it. I paid 20 per month extra for nearly a year before I caught it. Pretty sure they are commission sales and extremely dishonest. They want you milk you for every dime they can. Then they want to steal more.

I went I to the Spanish Fork location and bought a phone Today. Damian was the associate who arranged service and activated my phone. He was very knowledgable and thorough. He knows his bussiness and patiently walked me through all the pertinent information I needed for my specific transaction. I highly recommend this location as I have been to others who were not prepared to offer the efficient and professional service that I received this afternoon.

The girls working in the store were super nice and easy going. They were very helpful and helped me pick out a phone that was right for me. They had a clean store and nice music going on in the background. They were patient and helpful when I asked if they could help me transfer my contacts and photos from one phone to the other. 10/10 Will be coming back to get my son a phone and would recommend to others.

I live about 30 miles from the nearest location. I recently switched over to Metro. I loved this location when I got my 1st two phones. The girl was nice, explained everything. However.. now.. there is a new rep and I am not pleased with the outcome of my visit. He was very hard to understand and AFTER I paid he told me my bill would be 5 dollars more for insurance. I said I dont want it, he told me I could cancel after this month.. I know its only 5 dollars.. but to just add it without asking is WRONG.. I removed it myself.. but I feel that is something I shouldnt have had to do to begin with. Very bad customer service.

Stopped to ask about getting 2 to 4 new phones. Sales rep had one customer. Waited ungreeted for several minutes. Three more customers came in together, whom he immediately greeted and said hed be right with them.Huh. Weird.Grabbed pamphlets off the wall and left.My advice:Get more employees working out front. Greet every customer warmly and immediately. Ask what theyre in for in case its just a quick question. If they need more help, bounce back and forth between customers and multitask a little. Also, get *more* employees working out front. (worth mentioning twice)

They messed up and wont fix their mistake... They wont even answer or return phonecalls to fix their mistake.... Long story short they were supposed to switch our old phone for a new one at a discounted rate and instead they put service on my wifes phone. When i pointed out their mistake she said she oops and couldnt do anything about it at that point. I left a note for the manager. He didnt call me- i called him. He said he needed to talk to employee and would call back. Never dis and stopped answering my calls as well. Ive been calling several times each day sonce it happened. Very extremely dishonest. Mistakes happen... But not fixing your mistakes- thats horrible. We called customer service and theu advised us to go into store again until they do acknowledge us and then call customer service while at the store so thats what well do. We just want our phone....

This use to be my preferred location, they recently got a new rep and I am not impressed. He has poor customer service skills and added multiple features to my bill with out permission! Im very thankful customer service is so helpful and very dissatisfied with this location now.

This location only had 2 phones in stock and neither were 5g capable which they were advertising hard to tell if this was true or they were lying to sell off unneeded phones, even though this is and has been my preferred store I think Ill stick to corporate stores further away from now on.

Only reason it got one star is cause I had o in order to leave a review.now they guy that used to work there that now runs the Lindon store is a great dude and amazing service but the kid in Spanish fork doesnt care about hi customers and rushes everything.i bought a new phone and upon him taking it out of the box I notice the start of a crack I the screen and was worried and he insisted its nothing to worry about and two days later went back in cause in grew alot bigger and he said theres nothing he can do.so in a month Ive gone through three phones and will not go back to Spanish Lindon is worth the drive from santaquin.

I like the new promo the metro by tmobile has put out. I was paying 60 dollars with 10gb of hotspot and now im paying the same price with now 15gb also with google one which back up my pics, message and contacts and now dont have to pay for my memberships for amazon prime because now it includes it in my plan thank for the guy for tell me about the promo and helping me set it up.

Was in store for more than hour and half to get phone fixed they told me I needed new phone so I bought one then it did the same thing and refused to refund my money as it was a upgrade still I have a new phone and cant send pictures if I could give no stars I would so I need to go back to store with hopes of getting a new rep
