Buyer beware...asked me to send you the information on the correspondence that Ive had with Monique with Cabinet Connect. We met with her and Jay with East Coast Granite and Tile on Saturday 12-9-17. She said she would send me the cabinet designs by Monday, 12-11-17. I did not hear from her on Monday. I called her Tuesday afternoon around 2pm and left her a voicemail. She called back a little while later and said she was still working in them. She said she should have them done by Wednesday. She emailed the designs Tuesday night around 8:30pm. I emailed her back around 9:15pm to let her know which layout I liked best. On Wednesday morning I met with Chuck and he informed me that the cost of the cabinets that we picked would be significantly more than the budget so I emailed her back Wednesday at 8:45am and said hold off on ordering the cabinets due to the cost. I sent heranother email asking her about the total cost verses our budget because she had told us the day we metthat she would do her best to keep us within our budget. She never responded to me after that. So after our initial meeting, where she told us she would keep in touch with us and help us as much as she could, she has only ever called me back once and sent me one email with the layouts.Get a completion date in writing as of today she says she will call but she doesnt.

Had my Cabinets from them and used their sister Company for granite. Happy with my kitchen. Good experience. Recommend

Moniqe and Anthony were the best. Did whatever they had to to to make us happy and OH what a GREAT JOB they did. We LOVE our nre kitchen.Thanks for making us so happy !!!!!
