Don’t go here. They lie to your face.I brought my car in for routine maintenance. After I left I felt a problem with the transmission. I brought it back and they told me there was no problem when they drove it. I insisted they drive it again. The “Service Manager,” Vance, claimed to have driven it himself and felt nothing. Everyone else (friends, family, and several other transmission shops) who drove the car could immediately feel the issue.I had to bring my car back to a dealership because of a recall notice and now they say I need a $5000 new transmission but “there was no problem before.”I’m assuming they lied about the problem initially because they caused it and did not want want to repair it. But regardless of the reason, they lied, and my car (my livelihood) suffered for it.

This place is a complete scam. My son who is active military looked at a truck that was advertised for 26k on their website. After being told they would give us a mega deal we test drove the truck and went in to discuss pricing. To our shock they gave us a price of 31k (KBB value was only 22k). I told the salesman it was online for 26k and asked him why it was more and he didnt have a response. I then explained to him i didnt think it was right to advertise one price online then get another one and asked to speak to a manager. Once the manager came out she tried to give us excuses as to why the salesman gave us the wrong price and after realizing i was getting nowhere with her i then explained to her it was wrong what they were trying to do (it was almost like a bait and switch) and i wouldnt recommend anyone to use them. I would also be reporting them to the better business bureau for bad business practices. Its a shame businesses still try to take advantage of people and think its ok.

The best car dealership experience. Mr. Robert Winecoff is a straight forward man. He worked around my schedule and answered the question I had. He is not the typical car salesman. I wouldnt recommend Benson Hyundai to anyone after the experience I had. I got my car on 3/9/21. The finance manager, Sidney Harris, screwed up the entire deal. All the paperwork was done wrong. He had me and my friend as a married couple on the contract instead of co signer. We told him numerous times that it was a co sign deal. He insisted that he was doing it correctly. On 3/29/21 I spoke with the finance company representative and she informed me that he ad us in the contract a married couple on the contract living in the same house. And the contract was done as a Spousal Contract. After informing him of the fact, he still continued to lie about the situation. PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. AND IF SO GO OVER YOUR CONTRACT WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB.I would never recommend this place to anyone. The finance manager, Sidney Harris, is nothing but a liar.
