Maria (name on the receipt) helped us today with adding another line to my family plan. She made the process go smoothly, was professional, and a pleasure to work with. I hope Boost has a policy to reward their employees for excellent customer service, because she outshone all other interactions I’ve had at your branches. Thank you! This was at the E. Great women was nice with a caring way of doing things she didnt guess if she didnt know about something she emittly called her boss to ask him so she got thinge done right we were past time she could just told us were closed and descide tp stay and help us

I switched awhile back from family mobile to boost mobile and im very glad i did. Service is so much better and its just as cheap as family mobile. Sprint has come a long way from where they used to be. If you stay with them for a few months you can start getting upgrades which you cant at family mobile.

Very good customer servive

After only having the service for 20 days the data connection in the Spartanburg area is completely horrible for Uber and Lyft drivers. I do not recommend this carrier. When I went to the store with my issue the only thing they could tell me its called customer service which I did. Come to find out boost only has a couple of towers in the Spartanburg area. When I went back to the store a second time the customer service representative was very short and rude with me over the issue.

Went in to switch phone service and join Boost. Even though the 2 ladies were assisting other customers, they didnt acknowledge us ipon entering nor did they let us know someone would be with us as we browsed the store

I purchase the phone at boost mobile store for convienance and wide selection. Fast and good service, I had my number ported from verizon and they took care of it in 15 min. Also they got it to where my $50 plan goes down to $35worth every pennie. Thanks Boost.
