Im so mad at kriket, they force you to buy their phones if you have a plan with them, but they dont have variety or color that you want to buy the phone you want, they basically force you.

I luv them I was a Verizon customer since the early 1990 an they just kept going up on my bill making excuses when I asked why they turned my camera off last year when I went for my daughter in laws white coat ceremony in chapel Hill thats something I do over this made me mad so when I came home I seen the commercial an found a store an changed my service they are great people 🤗

I have been with Cricket over a year have total of 7 family members on it plus numerous friends Ive brought over to Cricket, love Cricket service, but as far as this locations manager, I go in one day she has her daughter and son in there with her why she Is trying to help me they was maybe 7 at the oldest but was running around in store pulling cases and other things off shelves throwing in the floor as she never asked them to stop I had to hold door closed as I was trying to leave cause she wasnt paying attention to her son and he was trying to walk out, he couldnt been more than 5,next time I go in she is rude to a customer and I just looked around til customer left and was rude to me, guess having bad day, but today topped it off when I was having issues with my phone and as I was trying to explain problem she stopped me and said Ive heard enough, I know what Im doing,, I will figure it out without you telling me,, That done it for me I took my phone told her I will never step foot in the Dorman Center store again as long as she is manager, I advise everyone in Spartanburg to go to other locations, til someone steps up and does something with the manager here,, I have bought three high end phones from this store but never again with this store as long as she is a manager, and yes Ive told Family and friends not to go to this location also,, I work with the public also, and do not see how any company would have someone as smart mouth and rude working for them dealing with the public,, DO NOT GO HERE VISIT OTHER CRICKET STORES, til they find a mature respectful manager,, besides this store I love Cricket Wireless,, I hope to check back in near future and see this store has better respectful management,,

Not impressed with them blocking hotspot wifi & bluetoothe. My main reason for upgrading to unlimited data was so I could use those features on my other devices. My new phone (LG Stylo3) is not elegible for those features at all while others have to pay $10/month for hotspot. Going elsewhere soon😤😤😤

Rude people working. I was kicked out because I complained to their corp office.
