Super quick and easy to upgrade, surprised I didnt have to wait hardly at all. Maria helped me, was very great! They have it set up really quick for transferring your phone now I was really impressed. However, very pricy, not specific to this store but in general Verizon remains the highest quality and the most expensive price. If you want more affordable service, try Straight Talk from Wal-Mart. Still 5 stars for this experience at Verizon! And for Maria, super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. :)

Took a good 30 minutes to buy a phone case because they didnt take cash. Absolutely ridiculous, so ended up having to purchase a gift card with the cash too use to buy the phone case. Never going back here.

I went in to purchase a new phone and wasnt quite sure what model to go with...the girl was semi helpful but just a sales rep....Im not tech savvy as a lot of older people arent....come to find out this store will not help you get things downloaded to the new phone, it is expected now to know how to do it!!! They lost a sale and I walked out!!! Pay good money for these phones and dont get the personal help that may be needed...Ive been a loyal customer of Verizon for a very long time and it sucks!!!
We did an online order. We were notified injust minutes that our order was ready. When we got to the store we were helped immediately. The agent who helped us very helpful without being pushy.

I have been a Verizon wireless customer for over 15 years. We went to this location and was treated awful. No help with phones or setup. Tried to use a card but lady on the other end of the phone was declining it as soon as it was processed. Also had cash in hand, would not accept it either. It was like they did not want to deal with helping a customer with any questions. I left and went to the bank and put more money into account. We went back to this location and was approached by manager about me being upset with the customer service I was receiving from this location. Was told to take my business elsewhere. So I did take my business to Verizon store on e Blackstock rd. We were treated fabulous. We were able to get 3 new upgraded phones and accessories too. We had the option to pay cash or card. My daughter was happy to get her brand new iPhone 12 pro max. My new Samsung galaxy s21. I will not never go back to this location.

I used to go to this store every time I needed help. For the most part, theyre wonderful to help me. But the last two visits, one of the managers was rude and the person who helped me was eager to get me a screen protector and out the door. It was an easy commission sale. I told him I came there because I couldnt install it myself and they always did. He came out with the most expensive one and told me that was the only one they sell. After he sold it he said, oh we dont install that particular one, you have to do it yourself! If course I couldnt get it on and that was over $ 50 down the drain. I had also asked him about two particular cases earlier and he said they didnt sell them. I left there angry and mad because I lost money. A few days later I had a problem with my phone and decided to go to the Westgate store across town. They were absolutely wonderful, the wait wasnt that bad and they had every case you could think of plus more had a variety of prices. They were super helpful in fixing my phone and taking care of what I needed. I had already gone to Best buy to get my screensaver and they installed it, for less than what the original store charged me that I could not put on. I still have my original packaging but Im not going to deal with that store ever again. One more thing, during this time of covered and special rules, stores have the front entrance set up to where you wait to go in. At this Hillcrest store, they had a small tent set up, right in front of the handicap spaces. They had it tied off with yellow tape where handicap people could not walk up their ramp or use a wheelchair to get in. You had to walk down a few spaces and step up on the sidewalk in order to get inside the store after you waited. To me this should be fixed immediately because it took me several minutes to find something to grip to to get onto the sidewalk and back down when I left, which is dangerous when you cant walk very well.
Got phone, we needed more time for information but the clerk got up and said she had new people to wait on and left us before we were finished.
Was told my phone does not operate properly and I should turn the speaker phone on to correct my problem. This is unacceptable. I wear hearing aids as well as my phone conversations are no longer private .I will be talking to T mobile and AT&T as soon as I can.
Went in to replace a broken work phone was on my way within 25 mins.
My family and I are long time Verizon customers. I usually go to the Greer store but now that my favorite employee moved we had to follow her to this location. Lorrie S is the absolute best!! She’s kind and understanding and always makes time to help. Today She helped my mom get her new phone after a lot of confusion trying to do it on our own. Can’t thank her enough!!

Dont waste your time purchasing a Google nest or the new pixel 6. I was not told when preordering the phone that you had to sign for the package or that you wouldnt have it the day that it was available to the public! It doesnt work over half the time and its clearly not worth $100.00.

Verizon at east Spartanburg is the best and the only one my husband and I will go to. We can always get help above and beyond by Lorie Sheridian. She began helping us at the Taylors office and was sent to the east Spartanburg office and we followed her over there. Even though we live closer to Greer, we travel 45 min to see Lorie. We can always depend on her and know she will be here for us. She is very smart and knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing. We were in the office today and Lorie introducedl us to OB Roberts and he went above and beyond to help us. Great personality and very smart. He was there to answer all questions and he helped my friend pick out the perfect phone. It means so much to have Lorie and O B there to help us. Verizon wireless would be much better if there were more people like them.
During this supposedly pandemic they want to discriminate against who they serve and who they dont. When u say you have an underlying health condition they seem like they dont want to help you. They act like you are a disease. The mandate plainly states that im exempt. They wanted to help others. Ive been a customer of Verizon from when they were Bell Atlantic Mobile. So if u have any condition u will be discriminated against
Went to Verizon on E Main, due to problems with the Verizon on Blackstock. Miss Jennifer was very friendly and professional. She took care of our problem in less than 10 minutes and made my wife very happy because she can now use her new phone. THANK YOU Jennifer ! !
Went to purchase new iphone in July on East Main location in Spartanburg, SC.. Service was awful. Rushed me in and out. NO customer service...told me I when I received my new phone I would have to handle all setup myself. NO HELP from this store. Will never go back. Canceled phone order and went to location on Southport Rd, in Spartanburg, SC . What a difference. Cant say enough about their customer service and all their help. A+!!
I made a financial decision based on information given to me by one of the associates. Today I waited around 30 minutes to get help and was told the prior associate gave me wrong information. The manager was not helpful and basically told me that since she was not there she has no idea of what the clerk told me. This is the second time I have had a less than adequate response from this store. Employees need more training and the manager needs continuing education in professionalism.

Came in yesterday wanting to switch from Straight Talk and purchase a new phone. Ta-Cha (I hope Im spelling her name right), the associate who helped me, was very helpful and went above and beyond to not only help get my things ported over, but even called Straight Talk to expedite the process. Beware of what youre getting into. They will tell you one thing, and youll get your first bill which will be double of what they tell you Make sure you ask a lot of questions and understand everything before you walk out the door . I would stay away from Jessica and ask for Justin. Justin fixed Jessicas mistakes and negligence in about 15 minutes. If I could give Justin 5 stars I we would.
Great service and knowledge. I recently bought the note8 and had trouble with it so they replaced it for me along with the screen protector. I was still having the same issue with the phone so they called tech support and had to rebuild the line. I been going there for 8 years and everytime they take the time out to make sure Im satisfied when I leave.

One of the worst verizon stores ever with just 3 people ahead of me two which were being helped already I was told 15 to 20 minutes and I waited for more than hour. Absolutely ridiculous! I was told night time is usually busier but yet they have only 2 people helping customers and one just putting the customers information in. This store should hire more employess since they cant keep up with the customers coming in and leaving due to the absurd wait time. Leslie however was very sweet . I had a very difficult time transferring information from my old phone to the new phone that I purchased today at a different Version but Lorrie S figured everything out for me. Now I am apple to use my new phone. She saved the day.
My dad brought a new phone in and requested that they put my mothers old sim card in the new phone and upload all of her info to the new phone. They lied and told him they couldnt do it. The employees said the phone was an older model and that they didnt support that phone anymore. No room line is she was very unhelpful and useless. We took the phone back and my boyfriend was able to get it working for my mom. All Verizon was trying to do was get my dad to upgrade to a new phone. My parents are older, and I feel it is disgraceful to try and take advantage of older people.
5 stars for the awesome sales staff at Christmas. Sold us phone, case, and screen protector for my son. She said that the screen protector was under warranty and if cracked, would be replaced, in store... just bring it by. Then she put the screensaver on for us.Sales staff today... lost any stars you had. I was going to purchase earbuds and get the cracked screen protector replaced. But when I mentioned the protector, the sales associate huffed and said we dont do that. When I attempted to explain to her what the last staff had said and done, she interrupted condescendingly, with I understand... we dont do that and explained that I should contact the manufacturer. I told her there was nothing she could help with and didnt even mention the buds. Went home and ordered 2 pairs of galaxy earbuds off Amazon. Its disappointing IF a policy changes (I am assuming thats why they dont do that, she didnt offer an explanation). Its disgraceful to be rude and not listen.

I wish there was another option beside Verizon, I hate when I need to go into their store, take a number and wait, and if you need to make a change to you phones, you better be on your plan date or you you will be paying double on your next bill. Then the sales people are not always helpful and you have to go thru 2 or 3 to get the answer you need. They are trying, or I would have given 1 star. Maybe the next visit will be better.
These guys are not good at all. They have screwed my plan up in the past, and now recently promised me something they couldnt do. I hate having to jump through hoops, to get simple customer satisfaction.I hope they realize, my business account will never be given to Verizon if they cant keep my personal account in a satisfactory state. Above all, NEVER buy a tablet here at this store or through Verizon period.

They had extra fees and when purchasing a phone they sold me fifty dollar screen savers and a fifty dollar case.for years I had the standard 45 a month unlimited from walmart.since starting with Verizon I have yet to get a bill under 211 with the highest 479.ido have three phones but the two with screen savers no longer have those and they have yet to replace them...STAY WHERE YOU ARE VERIZION WILL OVER CHARGE YOU

I had the unfortunate experience of having to go under contract with Verizon so everything went good got my phone turned on when I went to make my first payment I did as I have done for the past six or seven years under my prepaid account I went and bought my cards put my money on it scratch it off when it comes down to make my payment when I made the call to the operator then I was informed that you cannot use these cards prepaid cards to pay for a contract account so you had to put on a credit card lanell Im told that thats just too bad that I cant spend this money because prepaid and contract are two separate and identities and for me to figure out how to get that money off of that card theres no problem. Theres but nobody told me that I had to pay with a credit card so therefore screw me I have to figure it out. I could do nothing with it they turn my service off and I spent the last six hours trying to figure out how to get service back on even though Ive already put the amount $125 on these cards no service and Im stuck tonight with no service telling me to figure it out its my problem not theres even though they did not inform me or I would have put it on a prepaid credit card instead of a Verizon refill cardit says that I have to enter a rating before I can post this but they dont have a rating of zero so Im going to give him a 1 because I have to I wouldnt give them nothing especially my business. now I see that theyre talking about the Verizon store there those guys did what they were supposed to do is Verizon in general as a company that Im talking about their policies not the store located on East main Street those guys did with their supposed to and help me the best they could but their hands were tied to a point those guys did great

I was met near the door by a lady who promptly ask my name and the purpose of my visit and put me in line to be called. It wasnt long until they call me. In about 5 minutes with a young man my troubles were fixed and dealt with very courteously. I recommend Verizon Wireless on East Main Street Spartanburg South Carolina to everyone.
Not sure why I go here. I go in and have on the spot trouble getting to Verizon website from my phone. I leave and no problem. I ask for a phone in white, they do not have that, I ask for a different phone in black, dont have that either. I ask for a phone case but they only have the big bulky OtterBox Defender. The people are friendly enough but to the point of robotic. Just enough out of the person to get what you need and nothing more. At least from the people I have delt with. There was no, let me show you this or how about that, just which one you want, get your phone and scram. They may be number one in cell service but point of sale service could use a little work in the customer interaction department.

Went one day about a tablet issue, filed insurance claim, was told to expect a new tablet the next day. Got home and found an empty box the next day. Went back to find out why. Second sales person said that the first didnt know what they were talking about. Second told me to expect repairs to take a month or two. Not happy at all.

A friend and I recently visited this Verizon store to move our phones to a company plan and upgrade our phones.None of the employees in the store actually knew how to perform the process. After about an hour of them fumbling around they determined that we would need to come back in a few days. When we came back they knew what they needed to do (which meant them being on the phone with Verizon for a while).The whole time they were just trying to upsell us with crappy, overpriced tablets or by trying to get you to trade your existing phone in for a rip-off price.
