Was visiting Spartanburg and needed to get my son phone repaired. So I searched google and found several places. Called around and this place had the best prices around. I broke the screen on my phone this morning and couldn’t use it because the LCD was also not working. I called to get some info - the lady that helped over the phone and greeted me when I got there was great! She knew her stuff and was sweet to talk to while I waited. The gentlemen had my phone screen replaced very quickly - maybe 15 minutes and I was off. Great service and great place. Will be back if need be and will definitely refer people there. I brought in an IPhone 7 with a shattered screen. After the repair, it looks as good as new! Phone Zone has great prices and excellent customer service. I highly recommend to anyone.

I went in to get my 6s glass screen replaced. I asked how long and he said about 15 minutes and I said ok I will come back in and just wait. The gentleman and I started a conversation as he was working on it and had a nice chat. During the conversation I told him how I broke my screen and he said that was a noble act of me and bottom line I helped a woman that was taking care of her sick husband. When he was done he said your all ready to go and I went to pay him and he said you blessed someone else I am blessing you. That was truly awesome. The man was the owner of the store. Came in to this store today with my daughter for a phone repair and decided I’d get a new phone case and temper glass. I have to say these people are amazing and super polite. The customer service is top notch including great prices. I was impressed. They went above and beyond to make sure we was happy. Thank you guys! We need more places with y’alls level of professionalism and kindness.

Was very nice, very fast, did what I asked at a very nice price. I do have to bring my phone back on Monday because my new battery they gave me is not charging and the phone wont turn on. The screen does work and the charger works. Battery just doesnt hold charge. Hopefully they fix the battery this time. Other than this minor mistake they are great.

Lady that works there is always late, went to pay a bill and had me stand there after being late to unpack phones and put in the display case.. alittle unprofessional but it wasnt terrible just wish customers were taken alittle more seriously

Fantastic, prompt service! We had been needing to have a part wed ordered installed on a spare smartphone we keep as a backup and stopped in to get an estimate. We were given a reasonable price and told the phone would be ready same day. As promised, the phone was ready to be picked up that evening and the owner had even thrown in a better battery at no extra charge! Were extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism from this business! Five stars.

I got tired of having an outrageous bill for mine and my wifes cell phones through Verizon, however, I love Verizon service. I also hated always being under contract. I was paying $220 per month through Verizon. Now, at the Phone Zone, I have my service through Verizon with no contact for $85. per month. You also earn points everytime you make an in-store payment to use for merchandise in the store. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good service at a great price. They have several plans to choose from.

Before I brought my phone in for a new battery it worked fine no issues, I walked out the store after the repair and now my volume button and screen is not in spot correctly, I called back to tell the man about the issues and he told me its not his problem and he is not responsible for damages. So now Im stuck with a phone without volume button and a messed up screen. Worst place ever . Wish I could give a zero out of 5

Very very unprofessional. It took me going to another phone repair in Spartanburg (CPR) to realize. The phone zone took my phone, threw it in the back with a sticky note on Friday, and said they would have it done Monday afternoon. Went that day, not ready. Went Tuesday, said they were still behind, try coming back later that day. Went later, guy didnt come in. Finally said Wednesday it would be ready and so I thought there was no way they could screw things up. I was wrong, both guys werent even there! It was some other lady from their store in Duncan, who then called them and said sorry they couldnt get to it to come back Thursday. I just took the phone somewhere more professional. They seemed lazy, didnt care about my business, and it seems they rank customers based on cost of repair and not order in which they come in. Terrible.

Very VERY unprofessional. Took them forever to repair my iPhone and it still wasnt done right. I went because my screen needed to be replaced. Their so called Samsung Guy tried working on my iPhone, which he had NO experience with, and lost the screws, the screen isnt even on all the way, and now the phone constantly glitches and touch whatever it wants, call random numbers, and the fingerprint unlock doesnt work. When I called to tell them about it the owner told me it had to be something that I done to it. No apology, no agreement to fix it, NOTHING. I would NOT recommend anyone go there. Please take your phone to a PROFESSIONAL shop!!

I paid my acct with my card over the phone with a guy at the store on the 8th. Woke up on the 9th and my service is disconnected. Since its a Sunday the store is closed. The customer service people say they dont see a payment on my acct bc I didnt call them to pay it. I paid through the store. Since its Sunday and the store is closed I have no one to turn my services back on. I called my checking acct to be sure my payment has posted and of course it had (like I told the customer service rep) so here I am after making my payment with no service & this is my only means of communication. I have 3 small children with no way of calling if something were to happen all bc they say The payment wasnt posted through the right channels. Plus the phoneI bought from the store cuts off about 20 times a day just out of the blue. Im very UNSATISFIED!!!!
