I was in need of an afternoon pick me up, and I knew that Starbucks would follow through.I was a bit wary of their food selection due to the fact that it looked like it had been sitting out for some time. I ended up getting a prepackaged fruit and cheese tray. It was very good and all of the fruit tasted very fresh.I drinks were made quickly and as expected.We set out on the patio and enjoyed our drinks. Its right next to a busy highway, so it was a bit noisy, but we didnt really mind.All in all this location was great.

This is my absolute favorite location! It was right across the street from my old job and now its next door to my new job! Everyone here is always super nice and I have never had any issues in the many visits Ive made here. I always look forward to coffee runs and as a bonus, I love seeing the pics on the drive through window of all the dogs that come through.

It was my Mamas first time at Starbucks. Someone gave her a gift card and we used it today. She got an Iced Peach Green Tea Lemonade. She loved it! The service was good. The store has already begun decorating for Halloween. Our service was really good!

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They were able to prepare our drinks in a very fast manner and each employee we saw said, Hi or Welcome, in a very genuine polite and appreciative way. They thanked us for the visit and offered for us to come back again. The drinks were delicious. I will definitely be going back in the near future. They showed true professionalism and enthusiasm for their job and I want their managers to know they have an Awesome staff. Keep up the great work.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and service is as fast as it can be. I usually go through the drive through. The parking lot is small which makes it hard to get in and out quickly.

Messed my ordered up. They did correct it I believe they r short staffed. For how much coffee cost u would think they would hire more people feel bad for the staff

Good coffee product as always. Slow prep of the food items. Be aware that if you park in front during busy times, the drive-thru line can wrap around and make it very difficult to back out of the parking spaces.

Its like all Starbucks. You know what you are getting. But it is a clean shop with friendly people who work there.

Took too long. Messed up entire order.. then made another incorrect beverage.. total wait time 26 min.Generally enjoy Starbucks, this location did not have it together..Once orders correct, great drink. Good flavor. But for $22 for 3 coffees.. wait time extreme.

The look that you get when you walk in the store and say that you dont drink coffee...but you want to buy a gift for a friend that does! The staff was great at helping me to find the perfect gift and the smile on her face said it all!

I love this place!! The iced coffees and frappuccinos are my favorite. I also love the pink drink and the green matcha tea.. They also have the cutest cups for sale in the stores. A bit pricey but so delicious!!

I have a special order ( cinnamon roll Frappuccino ) every time I go & its always made right ! Rarely have to wait in drive thru long. Lots of stuff available to purchase inside for gifts or for yourself!!!! Their pound cake is awesome & my kids love their cake pops!

Came to this location three times in all three times. Every time my caramel macchiato taste like just milk!!! I paid 6.83 and was told in order for it not to taste like milk I would need to pay an extra. 90 for espresso! 🤯🤯 That is ridiculous!!! You guys should just advertise that you sell milk for $7

I had the BEST vanilla bean frappucino with extra caramel drizzle. It is mine and my husbands go to every time we come to Starbucks. Today was the best. Only one experience with any Starbucks has been not so well and it is definitely not any of the Starbucks in the county of spartanburg in South Carolina. All South Carolina Starbucks knows how to frap it up!!!

Awesome, and the new honey almond milk cold brew is very delicious and my favorite is the Irish cold brew.

Theyre pleasant in greeting you in however when you place your order you have to wait an extremely long time. Other people came paid got their order and we were still standing there waiting, when I asked what is going on with my order she was extremely rude saying that you have to wait in line it has to be done in order. Meanwhile others who paid after us got their order filled and they left....

This use to be my favorite Starbucks location but some of the employees are lazy and not concerned with customers order.

Starbucks on Pine Street has a very friendly and helpful staff. Once you come 2-3 times they remember and greet you. Great service!

Still over priced but Im totally addicted to the caramel ribbon crunch. EXTRA CRUNCH!....Please and thank you! Honestly they make it different every time. Sometimes they dont put the extra shots and it just taste like frozen milk. Most of the time they dont put the extra crunch and they barely put any. I just saying for $10 I should be able to get what I ordered and they should be tipping me lol...just kidding, but a message or something would be nice..lol....just kidding again. its the best when they blend the crunch in the drink and put it on top thats how they consistantly make them in Garden City SC and they are great every time! GET IT TOGETHER SPARTANBURG!!!...at least be consistantly bad if thats your thing.

Staff is pretty friendly, but they sometimes give me regular milk instead of almond milk in my coffee. Also, they are very busy during high traffic times, so be understanding of long wait times.

They will let you sit in line for 30 min when they know they are not opening. Change their times of operation over and over. Then say there is sign every where, I didnt see any signs, so unless its day time. Do not go here.

Clean cafe, I was greeted immediately with a kind smile, my order was taken quickly and within a few minutes, my order was made exactly the way it was ordered. Every Starbucks I go to usually upholds to these customer service traits. They never disappoint.

The employees at this Starbucks were extremely nice and friendly. All of them seemed to enjoy being there. The cashier was very helpful when it came to us ordering. I live closer to another Starbucks but come to this one for the great service and Ive always gotten quick, friendly service no matter how busy they were. They also wanted to make sure that my boyfriends drink was to his liking! This is the best Starbucks Ive ever been in and I travel to different states but this store out ranks all the others.

I used to come here after work and on my way to my evening classes. Now they changed their hours to only be open until 2:30 PM. The other location is very out of the way, so I guess Ill just get coffee elsewhere now.

Be careful when you ask for a little extra cream what I got was a cup of hot milk, cant taste the coffee at all. Its undrinkable this morning. Usually my coffee is ok but its hit or miss.

This Starbucks seems to always make my drink a little weird even though I give exact instructions on how I want it. Nice people though and its always clean. Delicious cake pops :)

A lovely place with wonderful staff and a cozy atmosphere. I went with three of my friends to study for an early-morning final and this was a wonderful place to do it. The inside is beautifully decorated, and theres seating both inside and outside. Our group ended up sitting at both options, and the outside had a lovely breeze and shade from the bright morning sun, while the music inside was soft and calming; not at all obtrusive, which certainly helped us focus more effectively on studying. The baristas were all friendly and welcoming, and, despite the early hour and our stress levels, made both me and my friends laugh. It was definitely much less stressful than it may have been thanks to both the staff and general atmosphere, and of course the drinks and snacks made for a delicious breakfast. Definitely recommended.

Without a doubt this is my second most favorite Starbucks that I have had the opportunity to visit in the Upstate. The drinks are almost always on point, the bathrooms and front of house are kept relatively clean and orderly. The staff are kind and helpful. Thanks guys for making this place a great hangout.

They will give your dogs tiny cups of whipped cream. Genius marketing ploy. Now my dogs beg me to stop every time we drive past!

It’s still the number one place to go

Mostly friendly, conversation is good and atmosphere is a delight. Today I just got my car back from the shop and had a new transmission put in it. It cuts off on me in the Drive-Thru and the two amazing employees from the Starbucks pushed me into a parking spot that had shade in it. I was blown away by their friendliness and willing to help me in a time of need instead of just ignoring me. Thank you Starbucks for always being wonderful!

Once in a while I like to treat myself to a visit to Starbucks. Ive always enjoyed each visit. Ive never been disappointed.

Poor Service 4th Time in a row. Pictures show I ordered a certain beverage and as you can see, I received hot milk only....I have ordered the Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal, every time I got to this location in the mornings, and the previous encounter, I received just ONE blueberry in the whole pack... Literally, only one blueberry in the entire pack... you would think someone would notice this, when they are placing these packets in the brown paper bag. Also, I received a pack of blueberries that were old, and molded. I called about this the day it happened and nothing could be done... so I was told. I never usually post negative comments or experiences, but this is not the first time it has happened. I am disappointed because a lot of my money has been spent at this location, but the last several visits have been poor. I am not sure if management has changed hands, but this seriously needs to be evaluated. The night I ordered these drinks, the phone was unplugged because I tried calling prior, to make sure they were still open.... I ordered my drinks, an hour before they closed, but the guys at the store acted as if they were about to get off work, as if I was imposing their personal agendas... then I receive hot milk, rather than a hot expresso drink that I ordered.

The workers at this location need a class in customer service. My sister and I walked in, was not greeted by either of 4 (Lyn, Blake, Rey, or Sophie) Baristas working. I don’t know if it was because of the color of our skin or what, but that’s the way it seemed. My sister (a LT in the US Army) was even in uniform and was not greeted. Some Caucasians came in behind us, received the loudest “Welcome to Starbucks” and even had their drinks delivered to them by Blake. My sister and I picked up our drinks from the counter. Another Caucasian couple came in next, they were greeted as well. This is not ok! I’ve traveled around the world, being also a Leader in the US Army (Active Duty home on leave from Overseas), and I’ve never felt this uncomfortable or disrespected. I’ve been a Starbucks gold card holder for 6 years and I will never visit this location again!

I love this Starbucks so much. The baristas are the best and I hate when I cant take them with me when I visit other cities. If I ever encounter an issue, they are always so kind to fix my issue. This Starbucks is clean and newly renovated.The only issue is there isnt enough seating or parking for a coffee house that is surrounded by 3 colleges within 1 mile of the store and the countys largest hospital is just up the street.

Very friendly folk and a fairly quick drive thru. The patio has a lot to be desired though but probably difficult to do much because of the parking lot layout. What about a rooftop garden???

Super long wait at this Starbucks. Decently clean dining room but the trash can were full to overflowing at the bar where you add cream and sugar. Coffee was fine and restrooms were clean.
