I would recommend Sherwin Williams on Blackstock Rd. in Spartanburg, S.C. They have a great product and competitive prices along with a great selection.

Customer service at this location is lacking. They dont act like theyre glad you came in and they dont invite you back again. The basics of customer service. They have the knowledge and will do what you ask. They just dont act like they care. It is my local SW store so I will shop there.

I recently bought a new home and the paint evidently came from Sherwin-Williams. I was given a pamplet and told that I could take that to the Sherwin-Williams store and they would give me a free gallon of our interior paint. I found that there was a code on the back that I had to print out and take to the store. When I took it there, the sales person pulled it up and said that the coupon only applied to their premium paint and that our house was painted with a contractor paint. The sales person was able to get me a gallon of our paint. I asked for a quart of the white trim and he charged me $20 for that quart of paint. Im sure that I got scammed because I seriously doubt that the builder would use a trim paint that cost $20 for a quart or $80 for a gallon. Seems like a shady way to treat a customer. Probably wont be doing business with that Sherwin-Williams again. UPDATE: Since I wrote this review, I have looked back on the experience. I realize that it was not what I portrayed it to be. I was somewhat perturbed at having to pay $20 for a quart of paint. I blamed the experience on the employee and the store which was wrong. The employee actually went above and beyond to honor the coupon and it was not the fault of the store that Sherwin-Williams did not make sure that the coupon would be interpreted correctly. My apologies to the store and to the employee. This Sherwin-Williams store is a good store. It is clean and the employees are knowledgeable. Please dont let my previous rating be your guide. Thank you and my apologies again to the store and to the employee.

Went in to get some paint and Daniel helped me find exactly what I was looking for he knew the paint I needed had to be mixed just from showing him a picture of the can.. only took him 5 mins to get it mixed up and checked me out. Highly recommend this store!

Excellent quality paint, with a large selection of colors. Quality brushes and rollers and other related items. Great help in making paint and color sekections. Great 40% off sale.

Treated like an idiot with no advice. Waited patiently while paint contractors where took care of. Only to be walk away from as soon as another contractor entered the store. No paint purchased. Although this store is closer I will see if I can get better service at a different location.

Everyone in line complaining about waiting so long today because they only had one person working. I believe there should never be just one person working. Mostly, whenever there is just one person at a retail business the customer service begins to fail.
