Poor customer service, called to see if they had a certain item said they did not have the item. Went there to check for myself and the item was on the shelf. The lady was very rude when proceeding to check out.

Delivered with 53 trailer in t680, easy if you take the second driveway, off Heritage, go around South side of building (right) go in between the tractor supply and building next door to the east side and pull up past the movable dock and straight line Back! Leave via Colorado, right turn only..freeway couple miles up the road. Employees fast and efficient.

Employee name Matt was super helpful but I tell u what the employee named sunshine needs a wake up call on how to talk to and treat customers. Went in looking for fire brick. Matt even had a cashier run the sku number I had found on the website. Its for a 4 1/2 x 9 x 1 thick firebrick. Sunshine says their in the middle warehouse. Matt and i run up there to find like 4x4 bricks of compacted sand and he thinks he saw them in the top warehouse. So we go back inside to get keys to the top warehouse. Where we are told that she is the reciever and she knows that those are the ones while I was trying to explain the difference... takes one bad apple to ruin everything. But kudos to Matt for trying and hope sunshine doesnt run more valuable customers out with her attitude and lack of the ability to listen. Will most Defineatly go back but if she is the only option for service I will walk right back out.

I needed a bag of coal and Rapid City didnt have it but Spearfish had it and not only had it they brought it to Rapid City that is awesome customer service. Thanks to all of you that made this happen. Mel

It was ok. Customer service could be better. Walked in store and nobody said hello or anything. Wasnt totally sure anyone was working. Got my one item and left.

I love tractor supply always. This is a smaller TSC and there home goods/gifts are spread out and sometimes harder to find. Employees are always great and helpful.

I had a good experience with tractor supply. The guy that helped me was kind.But they do send a lot of emails. I dont use email very much.

You want excellent cat food, & horse feed this Tractor Supply, in Spearfish, SD & Tractor Supply in Gillette, WY. The places to go, get more product per lb. Than most other stores, 44 lb cat food bags. You get lot more for price than Walmart per lb, cats will eat where mine wont eat Bomgaars cat food.
