Ive gotten my hair cut here for the past 7 or so years and usually I like my cut. Sometimes their prices vary and Im not sure why when I get the same cut every time and my hair has always been long. They also seem to go through employees often. I was there on Friday 7/19 and a gal helped me pick out shampoo and conditioner and she was very friendly and helpful! Good prices as well.

Sad this place is closing. Also, sad that customers like Ericka assume any kind of service is free. Any style regardless of quick or slow can add time to the hairstylists schedule and should not be assumed to be free. NW beauty has one of the best prices in Spokane considering how well they cut, style, highlight hair etc. Been coming here for 15 years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

I have been going to Nicole for cut and color for years, she is amazing! I have a lot of hair and get a partial foil and she is very quick and good. I have been to a couple other stylists over the years when Nicole was out and never again, they took so long that in the end my hair was fried. My hair always looks and feels great after seeing Nicole. I have full trust in her to make me look and feel great, she listens to my input and what I want, and gives me realistic expectations if I want to try something new. I would highly recommend her for any of your hair needs.

Jessica dyes and styles my hair and she is absolutely fantastic!! Love her!! She is so sweet and easy to talk to and she does an AMAZING job. Love her!! The entire staff is kind and welcoming and it feels like a stress reliever to come in here. I highly reccomend them!!

The gal did an ok job with my hair. She asked me if I wanted my hair dried, I said yes it was cold outside. She then asked if I wanted it curled and I said I wasnt doing anything today but she could if she wanted to. I got charged $15 for a the blow dry and curl!! I have had many many haircuts at various salons and I have never been charged for a blow dry or a quick style. It is always part of the service when you go to a salon. I wont be back, it wasnt worth it.

Kristina has done our hair for years and we love her! She really cares about the health of your hair and won’t do anything that will jeopardize the quality of your hair. My previous hair person fried my hair when perming it and Kristina wouldn’t perm my hair again until a lot of it grew out and she cut it off. She did deep conditioning treatments too. She is awesome at eyebrow waxes too! She has done beautiful ombrés on my daughter’s hair as well. We trust Kristina completely and highly recommend her to anyone!! We are moving out of state and have to find someone new to do our hair, but when we come back to visit we are definitely going to coordinate appointments with Kristina! The whole staff is wonderful at Wandermere NW Beauty! Thanks so much! We will miss you!!

Stylist very reluctant to cut my long hair short. I kept having to tell her to go shorter. I ended up with a very uneven chop job that I had to get fixed later!

A little on the expensive side but definitely worth it. I had Danielle cut and colour my hair, my first short haircut in years and I love it! She did great compromising colouring, dark blue ombré, for my damaged hair (from bleaching so many times). Highly recommend.

Went in and had my hair done in platinum. When I went back to have the roots done I left looking just like I did when I went in. They took it upon themselves to do low maint when I was told I could come back in to get it fixed at no charge they TOLD me when I had to come back by and I didnt have another 3 hours that week to spare to sit in a salon chair so they said they wouldnt fix it at that point I would have to pay another 130 dollars

Terrible. Kristina did my hair. I wanted balayage. Which I already had, Meaning it was already blonde level 8. I was there for almost 3 hours and my blonde is super brassy and has orange spots. She did my roots darker and it’s not the color tone I asked for, I said ash brown but it’s red. She missed spots of the dark and got it on my blonde ends. Sloppy color application, all over my face and inside my ears. Get it together Kristina, and try to be nicer to your guest and not so cocky. Because I do not like the results.Also northwest beauty you need to fix your damn water heater. It’s not okay to shampoo your customers hair in freezing cold water.

Thank You Darcy! My first visit to Darcy was in April 2013 as a result of a referral from a friend, Leslie who, along with her daughters, has been a fan of Darcy for several years. I have been looking for a stylist since moving to Spokane, 5 years ago. As a result I have tried several but until meeting Darcy never felt a connection in terms of understanding what I want to achieve with cut, colour, and style. For me, it is really important to sense that the person doing my hair gets where Im coming from and is also able to offer up ideas. But the proof is in the outcome. Yesterday I went for a second cut and colour and decided to make a bigger change. Darcy was fantastic. She brought out the colour book and asked me to choose two that I thought would be good and then she would tell me her thoughts on the matter. We were both right on and added a third colour plus a new cut. I am thrilled! Not just because of the result, but truly because I like how Darcy relates to me. Darcy has great interpersonal skills. Friendly, personable, ability to juggle making sure the experience is good with a busy schedule. I also just brought my teenage daughter who would go to no one but a friend of mine....after she saw my cut and colour the first time she said I want to go there. The outcome, she is super happy and felt comfortable with Darcy and will go back. Darcy is a gem! She has the skills to succeed in this industry! Me and my sister took both our little girls in here the lady took 5 mins of cutting my sisters daughters hair charged us $18 for it we got home and her hair was Hacked and all uneven. Very up set about this never going back.....btw her name was Ashlee

Completely burnt my hair would only offer to give me 30$ bucks back forced me to call the owners and is debating on whether to help me after they messed up my hair
