Went in with order from doctor for Covid booster shot. Grumpy tech at pharmacy counter proceeded to grill me on my condition, meds i was taking, symptoms, questioning if i really qualified - with customers waiting behind me within earshot. Not cool. Doctor trumps pharmacy tech. Pharmacist (who was very nice) came over and told her to go ahead with paperwork. So now i get back to the isolated area for the shot. Pharmacist was preparing the site when inadvertently knocked CAPPED needle onto filthy floor. Relieved it was still capped, she kinda blew any lint off, removed the cap, and proceeded to give me the injection. Not confidence inspiring. Wont be going back.

I called for a prescription, the pharmacist said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I went in an hour later it still wasnt ready. I had to wait another 20 minutes. I have called today to see if a prescription was available....no one answers. Im changing pharmacies.

Unlike all other stores I deal with, they do not honor any prices published online! I tried to buy an item in the store at the published price and they would not allow that.

This store would usually get a 4 star rating. Why a lowly 1 star? Rite Aid, Walgreens, and many other stores now demand that they scan your drivers license as age verification when purchasing some items. In Washington, you need proof of age ONLY to purchase certain items. Nothing else.What does Rite Aid gain by scanning licenses? Heres what is available to them to store in their database when they scan your ID: Your picture, name, DOB, home address, weight, eye color, sex, restrictions, signature, organ donor status, corrective lens information, and in some cases, your phone number and social security number. Hundreds and thousands of identity theft cases, data mining breaches and crimes have been committed nationwide due to companies such as Rite-aid scanning licenses instead of simply eyeballing a DOB on a license and punching it in. Be smart. Protect yourself. Decline the license scan.

The staff in the store are fine but the pharmacy staff is not friendly. They dismiss and ignore customers at the counter. I have stood at the counter for up to 3min while the staff was on the computer. I could tell she knew I was there but not even a glance, a smile, a Ill be with you in a minute.

Now that they remodeled the store it’s a lot more clean. Customer service is always great.

I Like rite aid. Friendly imformative staff. A wide variety of things i use daily. Easy access parking, restaurants and coffee places in the same area. Have a coffee while waiting for your prescription.

The folks that work here are always friendly and helpful. You can count on things getting done efficiently here as well. They are very organized 🤓Oh, and generally much quicker than most other pharmacies.

I just moved from out of State and had a RX which was written from a dr within my previous state. It was written by a Worker’s Comp dr. I had been told by my dr that it probably would not be honored out of state but I decided to give it a try. Christine from Rite Aid in Lincoln Heights greeted me with a smile and asked how she could help me. I explained the situation to her. Still with a smile and pleasant demeanor she said, “No problem, I will give the dr and your Worker’s Comp a call and then get back to you with an answer”. And she kept her word! She called me first thing in the morning the following day and let me know that my RX was approved and filled! WOW! Not only was Christine pleasant, caring, thoughtful and cheerful she was also a woman of her word! Rare find these days! Thank you Christine for taking the path of pursuing an issue, for me, which I know was not an easy one to tackle! I am extremely impressed and grateful.

Very good pharmacy. Everyone in this store is so nice. I dont go anywhere else. The Pharmacists can be a bit stiff but always helpful.

I just moved to the Spokane area and stopped at this pharmacy rather than my normal Walgreens! The staff went out of there way to help me.Very nice, patient and eem to truly care! Because of the pharmacy staff i am now a Rite Aid shopper!!

This the second time I have called in my prescription for my inhaler, indicated a time that its supposed be filled, only to have to call back days later and find they have only processed it, but havent filled it. Since I need that to BREATHE, I dont think there is any viable excuse for it not being filled when promised. And if there is a problem, I always include my phone number for the pharmacist to call me back. Its a good thing I compensate for their incompetence by making sure my current inhaler will last and not wait till the last minute to call.

Fast checkout and typically friendly staff. some more than others but they always open another checkout of there are more than two or three people in line.

Cheers to Carol for helping and working with my doctors office and following through to get me what I needed! She stepped up, the others should learn something from her! What true customer service is!

The pharmacy is very slow at filling prescriptions. I have been using their phone refill service and still whenever I go in to pick it up my order, it is not ready. Be prepared to wait.

Normally have a good experience. But today the younge blonde, was as rude as could be. I will remain coming here because its close to us. But learn some damn customer service.

Staff is hit or miss from my experience, but its conveniant for quick trips and easy to find things within the store.

It was my first time there, I had to get my prescription transfered from Walgreens. They had it within the hour. They said they would call me and never did, I called them 3 hours later saying they had my perceptions ready. When I got there they had the wrong ones, they had to do it all over again. THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I ended up waiting there for 3 hours. Very displeased with how they operate will never return
