What a mess. Delayed refills- by days. Incorrect information from “automated service”. Put on hold for 30 minutes, and was hung up on- twice.They’ll tell you a prescription will be ready and when you get there and wait in the ever-present pharmacy line, you find out, “Oops, it’ll be ready in 30 more minutes”. What a nightmare.
Division pharmacy is usually great but when it comes to a patients particular needs such as small bottles of nitro rather than one huge, dont expect them to do it. Most pharmacists pay attention to the patients meds, not this one. Make sure your doctor is on her toes or you need to be.
Go anywhere but here. Literally. Waited well over an hour past my appointment time to get a COVID test. They are unapologetically chaotically slow. Never ever again.
I scheduled a vaccine appointment online, got a confirmation email for the appointment, and chose the last appointment of the day (5:50). Got to the pharmacy and they said they close at 6 and despite my appointment, refused me. Rite aid is out of stock on the vaccine.
I will never come back to this Walgreens, the pharmacy is slow with poor directions, I waited for more than 20 minutes to get to first in line and I was only the second person in line. I recommend going to a different Walgreens with better service!
Why dont they have a chair to sit down on near the register or front door? No more shopping there!
I used to do alot of shopping at Walgreens. I guess it just depends on the location. Today I stopped at the one on Lincoln and division. My son has allergies, I needed a humidifier and some Sudafed, the real kind that you have to go through the pharmacy for and have your lisence ran through some database to make sure you arent buying too much and making meth with it. I havent had to buy it in a very long time, like years, but this lady decides to inform me that I can only buy a certain amount at a time and the time period and all. I guess I look like I needed that explanation. So she cant sell it to me, said a paper would print and tell me why, the paper never printed. Irritated and confused, I stopped at Safeway on my way home just to see if I could get some sort of answer. There is no reason whatsoever that I should not be able to buy 5the smallest amount that they carry!! Well the lovely people at Safeway went through the process and quickly notified me that the system was doing an update and there was nothing to worry about, it just has to update from time to time. I called Walgreens to see if my paper ever came in and she just said nope I took the time out of my day to fill her in on the system update but she just said is there anything else I can help you with? I didnt say it, but I wanted to tell her she could take a moment to learn about updates and maybe that should be the first thing on her mind instead of making someone feel and look like a meth addct to everyone around. People are so quick to pass judgements these days and not take the time to think of how that person might feel. By the way lady, I usually take navage saline and humidifiers with my meth. And thanks fit the wonderful service, glad you have a great job that makes you better than everyone else 😀👍
They seem to always be incredibly busy, but no matter, they continue to move quickly and support their clients!
Horrible customer service. The drive thru pharmacy takes FOREVER!!!!! They have no one working. Ridiculous
These people claim that they are doing vaccinations for free however when you walk in there like my friend it with an appointment they turned him away for no apparent reason
Walgreens helped us when I had given up on hoping Spokane could grow a beard to share with their pharmacists. Its nice to see a team of professional, mature people.WARNING; The Ghirardelli stand is located directly inside the door!
Great Photo Department! We ordered 10 canvas prints and they turned out fantastic! One needed to be redone and they exchanged it no problems. They have great sales online and the quality turned out beautifully. Ive ordered canvas prints from other places and am very happy with the quality of these. I am so happy to see the 11x14 prints on my wall. Thank you Walgreens!

The photo shop people were amazing to me. There was an issue with my print and without me even making a fuss they offered to remake it. Justin, the manager, Tonya, the customer service associate and Holly, from the makeup area, all showed care and concern for my happiness and satisfaction with the product. Kudos to you all for showing AMAZING customer service!!
Ive been to the drive through it can be long. But your not ordering fried chicken. If the script wasnt sent in your going to wait. Just like any pharmacy. Staff is nice and attentive.
Every time I call, I am on hold for an average of 20-30 minutes. The staff is snooty and not helpful
Waited for almost 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive up with only two cars in front of me. The worker was super nice once we got there but they should have another person helping her because the wait was way too long.
So touched by one of the workers kindness towards a friend and I. It was late and we were working on a school project, and when everything went wrong, am employee let us print our work (even though it wasnt the size we needed, but the best they could do) for no charge! He seemed to really care about making us feel better and he did everything in his power to help. Thanks for making our night, walgreens worker!
The two ladies that work at night ate very rude. We were waiting to ask to use restrooms and get cigarettes. And waited for her yo get off phone. The other was just acting like she was better than me. We ended up leaving while the lady was Still on the phone. Worst Walgreens Ive ever been to. Thanks alot. You lost two regular customers.
Extremely Disappointed with this pharmacy. Went to get my flu shot, two days in a row they told me to come back because they were out. Went back for a third time, and they told me they won’t give it to me because I’m not 65 and older. Absolutely worthless.

Who schedules a dude with a leaf blower to blow dirt off their rear asphalt just on the other side of the fence from a residential area at 12:30AM? Oh yeah, this place.That is like one of the hardest pitch audio frequencies to block out.

Service is slow, disorganized, and uninformed. Only positive would be the hours, but they changed those too, and closed on friday at 11. Never want to come back

Walgreens always does a great job. Now more than ever I appreciate them, especially the staff in the pharmacy. Almost every time Ive gone there within the last year, I see someone unloading on them and saying some really awful things for often times issues that are out of their control. I feel emotionally exhausted after each incident so I cant even imagine the stress and burnout they feel. Hang in there and know youre appreciated!
