The good: A decent selection of perfume and cologne (the only reason I go to beauty stores)The bad: My friend and I were in today sampling fragrances and were rudely told by an employee to keep our masks up. Problem is, you have to put your mask under your nose if you want to smell a cologne sample. If she was going to be rude about us having the audacity to smell fragrances, then maybe they should stop allowing testers to be used (can you imagine how many germs are on those bottles!?) . Not to mention, maybe this employee shouldnt be rude if shes going to roll her company shirt up and use it as a crop top. Real professional.

All of my experiences at this Sephora have been good up until my last visit. I was on a hunt for a new concealer and one of the workers (a middle aged blonde lady) offered to help me find the right one for me. We tested about 3 brands before I found the one I liked with the perfect shade. (It was by Lancome in shade Ivorie Cool)We both agreed that it matched my skin tone the best. So she leaves to grab me one in that shade. After she gives it to me I thank her and was genuinely grateful for her help. As Im standing in line for checkout, I glance at it to make sure its the correct shade...and it wasnt. It was Ivorie Warm. I thought she mustve made a mistake so I walk over to the Lancome section to find my shade which turns out they were completely out of. So instead of letting me know they were out of that shade, she decided to give me a completely different one that we tested out and didnt work for me. I am cool toned and she knew that, but she gave me the one in a Warm shade hoping I wouldnt notice and purchase it. I tried to talk to her but as soon as we made eye contact she turned around and made a beeline to the backroom. Anyway Ill probably be going to Ulta from now on 🤷🏻‍♀️ I thought I was getting genuine help but all she really cared about was the number of her sales. I felt played and didnt appreciate it one bit.

This far besides ordering online they are the only store to carry, TATCHA. Its a high end facial product. Its expensive but worth it, I have the PURE camellia cleansing oil. I use The Rice Polish Classic for my Enzyme Powder as my Exfoliate. Followed by The Essence plumping skin softener, which has 98.7% Hadasei-3 anti aging complex. The Luminous Dewy Skin Mist. Then I end my skin care routine with the AMAZING, Dewy Skin Cream. Its also has anti-aging properties, its ultra hydrating & replenishing Japanese purple rice.Its done wonders for my skin if you can stick to a strick skin care routine. If you cant dedicate youself then dont waste your money. You have to be dedicated, to having healthy, beautiful, naturally clear skin. I even use The Kissu Lip Mask, its a must!!! I also recommend The Liquid Canvas as a primer before applying your make-up, I like to use it with out make-up because it gives you a beautiful glow!!

Love the store but shopping on their website is a freaking nightmare!! They use Klarna as opposed to Afterpay, but any time you select the option the website takes you through the whole process no problem...but then they still charge you for the entire order instead of doing the payments. Its absolute BS!

Id never been to Sephora before today. I typically wear a very simple face of makeup--concealer, foundation, and mascara only. Ive always felt very intimidated by the number of products and brands of makeup. I never could figure out exactly which ones would work well for my skin and needs.I went to Sephora in Spokane today and asked Kait simply for a little help locating where I could find a clean brand of concealer and foundation in the store. She went ABOVE and beyond to help me. She showed me the location of clean products, helped me find my perfect color matches & brushes, answered ALL of my questions, and helped educate me with the basics of foundation, concealer, brushes, and more (all things Ive been meaning to learn but have been too embarrassed/intimidated to ask about).Ive been to other makeup stores before, and my experience today exceeded all of my expectations. As soon as I realized how helpful and open to questions Kait was, I felt confident that I would be able to find the specific clean beauty products that I went to Sephora looking for today. I am SO thankful and impressed!!

Use this Sephora location!!! I’ve been to other Sephora’s (in Seattle etc.) and this Spokane location is cleaner and better staffed.

Best Sephora location in Spokane because of its larger line of products. Fun bonus items with purchase and birthday gifts that you can pick so you get to try samples of what interests you. Prices are a bit higher than other beauty specialty stores but service here is friendly and personal with a great return policy.

Just so others are aware. This store allowed someone to make a $9000 gift card purchase without id and it my mothers fault that it happened not theirs. Sad story will never receive my business again.

I always have a good experience every time I come here for makeup as the staff goes out of their way to help. Im always greeted the second I walk through the door and asked what they can help me with. I am very appreciative of how I am treated here. very few places know the true meaning of customer service anymore and this is definitely one of them!

Went about a week or two ago and the employees were TERRIBLE. They were very rude and some were on their phones. I understand that the stores circumstances have changed since the pandemic but these ladies were awful and rude. I love the Sephora in the Valley Mall but I would never in a million years go to the downtown mall Sephora again.

If you want to be racially profiled by the store manager and see all them employees in their cellphones, this is the store for you. Drove for three hours to have the worst customer service experience—never again.

For Halloween and beyond...Sephora is offering free makeovers with $50 purchase you can either get a traditional makeover or do Halloween make up which should be great before you go to a party you better schedule now though. Such great products I had so much fun. Going to take it advantage of the makeover!

I got my makeup done here for my wedding. My makeup artists name was Jamaica and she did a fabulous job! She asked what I wanted and made me feel so beautiful.

If you want bad customer service and ignorant employees who treat you like they own the place. Then you should go there. I love sephora. But will never step a foot into that store again and only shop online.

We felt rushed and the employees were really not overly helpful! The ONLY Sephora Ive been to that was this way. When one of the girls saw I was a Sephora Rouge they became a little more helpful. I dont feel that they were overly knowledgeable. Very disappointed.

It was my first time going into Sephora and omg I freaking love it! They allow u to try everything in the whole store u literally can go in put on your makeup and perfume and leave to go on a date or work its hilarious why havent people figured this out yet? U never have to worry about putting your makeup on at home again LMFAO!!!

Never helpful, almost no customer service. Not a single employee spoke to me until I was at the register paying. Then interrupted me to talk to a fellow employee on their walkie about another customer. I hate spending money here because of the employees. Definitely downhill since the one guy left.

The employees are quick to help and answer any questions. The store and products are always in season. The variety of different types of makeup and beauty products are the rariest you can find in Spokane. It is definitely the place to go to find anything in womens beauty.

Everything is waaay overpriced, but I love makeup so I buy it anyway.

Great customer service from Artem, he was very helpful with finding me a concealer and did a demo even when their doors were closing. Love this store, just wish they had the Plush lip glosses from benefit!

Strawberry spray was very deceptive. It was shaped like a strawberry and smelled like a strawberry. However it tastes nothing like strawberries and now my tongue is numb.

Always great service, an employe (Jenny) helped me find a good concealer for my skin tone, handle an exchange, and even helped me look for a perfume all in the span of about 15 minutes. Super helpful, knowledgable, kind, efficient, and polite.
