Always love there stuff. Wish they had more selection and I would buy more
A few months ago my husband and I purchased 2 North Face backpacks for a upcoming travels. On one of our recent travels the backpack strap buckle, on my husband backpack, broke during flight transportation in the checked baggage. We arrived back to Spokane from our trip, and my husband was sent to training the following day. I returned the backpack to the store the following weekend to order a replacement. I filled out paperwork, only to be told it would take 6 weeks for us to receive the replacement. Sadly, we will not be here in 6 weeks, we will be moving out of the US and dont have our new address yet. My husband would also like his backpack for our move. Jamie went above and beyond, and spoke with the manager to arrange something. Jamie was able to find my husbands account and receipt and she did the replacement/exchange that day. I was able to walk out of the store with the replacement! Our circumstances were unusual and everyone understood that, I was very appreciative that the transaction went so smoothly and my husband is ecstatic to have his replacement for our move.
Management working on 04/02 around 5:00 PM was very poor. I came in to do a return on a pair of pants that had only been worn once and threading had come loose on it (reason for return). The floor supervisor who was a middle aged lady came over and started raising her voice saying “excuse me you can’t do that” as if I’m trying to pull a fast one on them. She raised her voice, talked over me, and wouldn’t let me explain my side of the story. I had to talk over her just to get my side of the story out. This supervisor had zero customer service skills. I have spent well over $2,000 here in the past year as north face is most of my wardrobe and they have lost me as a customer after this. If you want north face just shop online and not this store. Eventually they told me I could send it to north face and see if warranty covers it but that may take 4-6 weeks and that’s even if warranty covers it. Shop at other places downtown like Nike where they have good customer service and staff that are effective communicators.
Worked with Mark and I believe Jamie as well they were both professional and friendly. Mark took care of me through the entire process of doing an online exchange and making sure I got the best deal on my purchase. Thanks for a great customer experience. Accidentally ordered the wrong item online and couldnt cancel my order, even immediately after placing it. Figured it was no big deal, Ill just return it at the store downtown. Ive now been here multiple times during normal advertised business hours and nobody is there. Tried calling and they have no answering machine or anything. It just rings and then hangs up on you. Google says the hours were updated less than a week ago, yet somehow theyre still not open (AGAIN), this time at 11am on a Monday when the hours state they open at 10.What a joke of a business and a waste of my time.
I was treated very rudely by an employee here I dont remember her name but she treated my gf and I as if we were theifs. She kept following us around and kept asking if she could take anything we had in our hands we had like three shirts each. My gf went to try something on and she came out to get another size and the employee chased her down to tell her she can only have three items in the dressing room and that she cant take anything else back she can get it for her. She was sarcastic and trying to kill us with kindness I didnt appreciate her at all we ended up just leaving because of her instead of spending the $700 we were going to spend on new apparel there.
North Face sells great clothing.Lifetime guarantee. I choose to use a lot of it. Great stuff. And consistently of the best quality.

Awesome store, awesome staff, and the Store Manager Stacey is outstanding. She is very helpful and always out on the sales floor helping customers and answering questions. She helped me at length trying to find birthday presents for family members. The store is always extremely clean and well organized. Definitely a favorite store for me.
The team at North Face is great. Even though they were very busy, they helped me exchange a few items I had received at Christmas and even applied my military discount to save me more money! Thanks for all your help.
This is the store that got me hooked in to the north face as a brand. The staff is courteous, helpful and very friendly. The store carries a good stock of outdoor clothing and shoes. They have student and military discounts. The store is clean and organized. It is located in downtown Spokane
Staff in the evening was great and friendly to my family. Genuine conversation and offered to help multiple times. Bought some great merchandise. Omero was a great associate.
A lot of cool selection and stuff. North face is way over rated though, they showed me jackets there were over $300 and totally not worth that. I asked one of the sales associates a bunch of questions like whats on sale, how long your sale last. Basic stuff he had no idea terrible time helping me and with the price of their stuff not even worth my time to go back in there.
The staff always helpful! I have been using North Face products for 30+ years, it is well worth the extra money!
I went into North Face Spokane and the service was great. Multiple employees tried to help me. I ended up buying around $650 worth of assorted items and continued to shops downtown. I accidentally forgot the entire bag of stuff at Nike down the street and left town the next day. When I realized I was missing the North Face stuff I called them and they were amazing. They said they would walk over to Nike to get the bag full of clothes and ship it to me at NO COST. I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone about this great experience and continue spending money there. Thanks North Face!
Helpful friendly staff. Good selection of clothes. Prices are market. Convinent location at the heart of Spokane, I drove from Moses lake to shop here. Store is pretty big with a huge selection of everything northface sells.Found everything I was looking for . Will return again next time Im in Spokane. D
The service at River Square mall in general is extremely poor,very snooty.makes me never want to shop there again.The selection is very poor.And you dont feel welcome.

Its your typical northface store but the people who work there really make it worth that fifth star. The people working there are incredible to talked to and ask questions. If you can, I would recommend going there to try the styles on, but then order online if you want different colors.
The staff is always so knowledgeable about the product. The dont always carry the entire new product line but can get it ordered online for you.
The staff here is what makes this a great place. They are always friendly, knowledgable and will find answers to any of your questions about their products. They have a good selection for this location. The store front has its own entrance from Main Street, but is also connected to the River Park Square Mall from the 2nd floor of the mall via an elevator that lets you out in the back of the store, so if you park in the mall parking structure or if theres inclement weather its convenient. Overall, great location and staff.

Awesome experience all the way around. Sent a pack in to The North Face last month for warranty, they ended up emailing me an egift card for a replacement because my original was unrepairable. North Face in downtown Spokane joins Apple and other high end stores to make RPS a high end shopping destination. Clean store with helpful staff! I love their coats!

Really want to give this no stars!!! Went into the TNF store this afternoon and had one employee walk right past me not even saying hello or ask can I help you. The couple of employees I saw working were interacting with each other and I heard them comment to other customers about a sale that they had going on but wouldnt even talk to me. I will start to look at other brands that pride themselves on better customer service in a retail setting.
Staff is always friendly, contrary to popular belief you actually can save money here North Face has a sale once a year when they clear out the winter stuff about early spring time. Check it out!
Bought an item in the store that turned out to be the wrong size. It was faster to order a replacement online due to local weather conditions. When I returned the one Id bought in-store, I was chastised by an older woman, who seemed to be the manager, because I negatively impacted the stores sales numbers. Some of the employees here are actual outdoor enthusiasts, others obviously only care about the bottom line.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a jacket for my daughter one week ago. She wore it twice and noticed the color was fading on part of the jacket. The jacket was also not as warm as they promised. I had the receipt and the card I used and they would not give us a credit on another jacket bc we took off tags. Unbelievable! Then we went to Nordstrom and bought a proper winter coat and donated the POS to needy kids. I will never shop there again or buy another North Face product. If a company does not guarantee their products you can bet you are getting China made garbage.

Buyers beware!! I must share my horrible experience at the Spokane store. Three weeks ago I went shopping in The North Face store and when my wife and I walked into the store there were only a few customers. We were totally ignored by the very young staff (they were too busy talking among themselves). We had to go up to a young man and ask for help. We purchased 2 jackets and a pair of shoes for just under $500 total. When I gave the employee my credit card he could not get it to work on his pad he was using. I assured him my credit card was good and should not be a problem. He said that he had a work around that should work. The work around was for him to sell me a gift card and then use the gift card for me to pay for my purchase. It seemed a little strange but I agreed to try it and he made it work. Please keep reading because you wont believe what happened next! After wearing my $145 Ultra Fastpack II Gore-tex shoes for 6 days they started to come apart at one of the seams so I took them back to the store for replacement. The same young man that sold them to me said they will have to send them in for repair and it will take 4 to 6 weeks. I found that very hard to swallow but I had no choice so I am still waiting for my shoes after 3 weeks. After the way I was treated I made the decision that I was going to return the 2 jackets that I had not taken the tags off of yet. When my wife returned the jackets with the receipt to get a credit on my credit card for the return she was told that they could not give a credit card refund because we used a gift card to make the original purchase. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Now I know why the young man could not get his pad to accept my credit card for my purchase but he could get his pad to accept my credit card to purchase the gift card. BUYERS BEWARE. . . . . . THE NORTH FACE STORE IN SPOKANE HAS SOME SERIOUS TRAINING PROBLEMS! I am sure not all TNF stores are this inept!
