A staff member named Brandon helped me out today. Gave me some positive advise on what to do for my phone lines that were stolen without breaking my pocket. Hes very knowledgeable, kind, and multi-tasks surprisingly well, believe it or not. π

BUYERS B AWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN Exchange policy I bought a upgrade phone six days later I tried to bring it back because it was glitching and it was slow and I was told by the gentleman to screen record it within the next day and then he would try to exchange it for me if he could see the problem after I described it to him and he sat there and fiddle with my phone for about five minutes and then told me that he cannot do it unless he can see the problem and now features on certain apps are not working .the contract says it says if a product is defective and brought back within seven days which I did and be exchanged for the exact same model and thatβs all I tried to do and I told told to screen record itβs used to be a really good store very polite people but itβs changed within the last two years I know Iβll be taking my business somewhere else now Iβm stuck with paying for an upgraded phone that is glitching and slow and now some of the features donβt work after he messed with it the store actually was a good store and used to care about their customers .and when I bought my phone the sales woman tells me if I leave a good review that then they would give me a 50% discount on the phone case and screen instead of doing a good job and letting someone decide to do that I find that to be very poor salesmanship to say if you leave a good review Iβll give you this vary unethical
Mandy was very helpful and very knowledgeable, she is great to work with. Even in stressful situations like today when one of her coworkers were asked to leave the store even with a store full of customers she remaims calm and helps all her customers. I would ask for Mandy personally the next time you need a phone. She is great. Being helped by her is like being helped by a friend.

Went in to change our service and the girl behind the counter could NOT get off her phone!! Told us she was playing a game because she was so bored. While telling us about the phones, she kept hitting her buttons and then whined when she died. My husband asked if we could have her full attention then. She replied for 27 seconds. When I was asked what I wanted to do, I said leave. Told her that she would have had our business if she could have stayed off her phone. So angry.

Management is friendly an courteous. Cant beat the prices on Mobile phones and they offer prepaid internet. If you want internet an you have not good enough credit for another service this is the best in town.

BEWARE: Dishonest sales people preying on vulnerable seniors.My MIL needed a new phone plan to save some money. She is not technically savvy and I live too far away to do it myself, so she needed a physical store where she could get help switching her line and phone and installing the SIM card. I sent her to this store after calling and being assured they would be able to help.I sent her with explicit written instructions on what she needed to do to transfer her current T-Mobile phone to Boost Mobile on the $15/month plan. I confirmed beforehand with T-Mobile that her phone was indeed unlocked. I also confirmed beforehand that it would be compatible with Boost.Upon arriving she gave the instructions I wrote to the sales person: Keely Conrad. Heres where the fraud happens: Keely lied to my MIL claiming that her phone was locked and the only option was to purchase a new phone. Neither of those points were true: the phone was unlocked and even if it was locked, it could easily be unlocked and used on Boost Mobile My MIL trusted Keely who immediately exploited that trust to upsell her a more expensive phone and their most expensive unlimited data plan.Again, my MIL is not technically savvy. I spent a significant amount of time setting up her phone to be easy for her to use (custom launcher, accessibility settings, easy-to-use versions of common apps, account settings, etc). So it was important to keep that phone (its a recent Galaxy phone and still very capable, a new phone was NOT needed).Once she got home my MIL called distraught that she had to learn a new phone and isnt even really saving any money. She believed Keely and thought that her old phone was obsolete and unusable.I called the manager of the store to try to figure out what happened. I was perfectly cordial but he was NOT interested in helping me. At one point without saying anything he actually set the phone down and walked away for probably 10 minutes. His offer of a resolution was a joke: return the phone with a restocking fee that was almost the cost of the device and my MIL would have to eat the cost of the plan because that cant be refunded.So now Im left filing a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General Senior Fraud department and disputing the charges on the credit card.

So last night my phone just shut off and wouldnt come back on i even tried charging it but no luck! So this morning i went to 3205 n divison st. (Boost mobile store) and brook the salesman helped me i told her what was going on handed her the phone and i stepped back away for social distancing purposes and i watched her plug in there charger( what i should have done was tell her to let me see the screen) instead i trusted her judgement. She said she didnt have a. cluelong story short i brought another phone and a few hours later i plugged my new charger to my old phone and it worked. now i feel like they took advantage of me and my trust.
So I went to the n.division store and there was a really nice guy named justin that helped me out with just paying my bill. He was very kind and courteous. I had a bit of a wait, but he greeted me and my experience there tonight was good... please give him a raise and kudos. Thanks

Boost has been my phone service over 2 years now. They have gone through a change in ownership, which is a positive thing. The new management is very helpful and makes sure youre happy and satisified before you leave the store. Hard to find good employees work here and youre always greeted when entering the store with a word and smile.

Im beginning at my 4th or 5th hour (total time spent on and off the phone with my previous carrier U.S. Cellular before porting my Out of area & Out of State Cellular number. Ive owed this number for a couple decades.) Brandon happened to be the lone representative in the BOOST MOBILE (on Division St. In Spokane Wa.) store at the time of my visit. He happened to be helping a family of NOT SO Tech Savvy customers at the time of my visit. See, I had already been in the store prior to this particular visit. So, I was not 100% sure I was going to switch providers yet, but, after dealing with the customer service of 2 separate companies at once, BOOST MOBILE took the Bull by the Horns and took complete initiative to make sure that I was taken care of even before I had fully committed to the Port/Switch. Brandon was fully engaged with the process from beginning to end and surpassed ALL expectations from a telecommunications employee handling a family of 4 and bill paying customers, and of course myself that was a Problem Child. He was able to ensure my needs were taken care of and I walked out with a Brand new Top series Galaxy Device at discounted rates, with the necessary accessories for a new phone owner adjusting to an unfamiliar company for (me) the consumer.I didnt disclose to Brandon that I had worked for the Telecommunications company that I was leaving only that I had worked in telecommunications for over a decade with a few companies. With that said, He passed with flying colors, handled himself very professionally.I returned the next day to tie up a few loose ends pay my next bill as I didnt have time the day of the sale (my personal prior obligations), and he was patient and supportive until the end. H even added my screen protector that was sold the day before onto my new device.I will be writing several reviews for both BOOST MOBILE & Brandon. The staff were totally incompetent and very deceitful. Theyll do anything to sell you up into something you dont need. I had to go back several times to get my phone working because of their errors. Ive been with Boost for several years, and Im done now. This has happened multiple times. Dont even bother calling Boost - youll talk to someone who cant even speak English and will give you wrong info. Theyre just awful.

I just got a killer deal at Boost Mobile on North Division In Spokane, Wa. I got 2 new phones and got to keep my numbers. I just switched from prepaid plans at Straight Talk and Total Wireless where a $45 plan was almost $50 per month after taxes and fees. It also seemed that the 30 day plan was getting shorter and shorter automatically being refilled at 27 or 28 days. The phones were cheep and my husband and I had lots of problems with reception and technical glitches. The 2 new phones we got from Boost MObile are easy to maneuver, big enough to see well and have great reception. I was skeptical about the service but the coverage is great! In addition to the 2 new phones we bought a 3rd one for our son. We are paying just $5 dollars more a month for 3 lines of unlimited talk,text and data than we did for 2 phone lines. The staff were so awesome and really knew their products and the plans. I was especially impressed with Alicia. She was so personable and was able to answer all my questions. I am not a fan of trying new things but she made the experience extremely pleasant! I dont know why it took me sooooo long to switch carriers. Wish I had done it MUCH SOONER!!! Horrible services, I came in over the weekend to bring my buiness lines over and they told me thats too many lines to do were all about to go to lunch. I told them 4 months ago the manger reached out to me and told him it would not be possibly till march. They said that manger is no longer here and besides you need to go get your Verizon account number and since its a buisness we need to charge you 40.00 dollar activation fee. I said it shows 25 and they responded thats for regular customers. Then they said I have to leave anyways so just come back later when you get the information from verzion. I walked out and decided to stay with verzion. I will never be back and seemed like I was breaking up their party so I do not suggest to go here. I thought this was going to be a easy experience like the manger told me 4 months ago. I give this store a negative 0.
