Went to the Northtown downstairs T-Mobile today asking about switching from ATT to T-mobile. We had amazing help and service from Taylor N. who was working. We had lots of questions and we knew it would take at least an hour to switch networks, but it was worth it and Taylor made it super EASY! Thank you.
Attractive store. The staff seemed to be knowledgeable.
My husband and I were taken advantage of by sprint. They did some shady things just to make commission. At our wits end, we stopped at T-Mobile. We were greeted by Kat and Lizzie. They were amazing! ported us away from sprint and over to T-Mobile. They were both kind and compassionate. Great job to those two staff members!!
Our salesman was brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. Very impressed.
Taylor introduced me to the galaxy buds while is in, and I bought them on the spot. Great product, great sale.
Helped me right away and got my daughter her new phone and she is very pleased with it.
The phones are financed fairly instead of paying a lot up front. When talk is cheap, you would be wise to purchase your communications paraphernalia in easy to swallow bits.We got unlimited talk and data where the bits, mega, giga, whatever, dont bite back each month.Best bet for bits better than bacon making the choice for goin with gusto is a must.Seriously, go unlimited. Our guy, Tony, took care of us at the Northtown Mall far better than the location south tried. Tony is quick and, of course, courteous. We were in and out in twenty minutes or so with a new phone all set up and explained.
Not enough employees to handle demand. Ive been standing at the door for a 45 minutes. Im just trying to get my screen protector replaced. It insured. Now theres people piling up behind me. I cant waste anymore time here. Bye.
Just inquiring about their service. Representative was very helpful and courteous.
Great friendly staff, my phone too old have to upgrade, bummer.
Having a hard time understanding our new phones and very dissatisfied with the service we received at another location we stopped in for some support. Lizzy was so patient and took time to show us so much more than we expected! We are thrilled and we will definitely make the drive to visit her and Kat in the future! Thank you so much we love our phones!!!
Katlin was so helpful during our switch over to tmobile! Answered any and all questions we had and made sure we got the best set up for what we were needing! If you need any help, visit the northtown location and ask for Katlin!
Everyone was super friendly and very helpful will definitely be back to this location when Im ready to upgrade!
I went into this T-Mobile location recently when my old phone died. I was having a very bad, stressful day. Kat primarily helped me but Lizzy chipped in. They were both professional, courteous and knowledgeable. By the time I left, I felt like I had made two new friends! I would highly recommend either one of them. Thanks ladies! Your service was impeccable!
Katy and Lizzy provided us with absolutely amazing service today -- and have for the past several months! They are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and provide candid opinions and suggestions -- and they are spot on with our desires and goals. By far they provide the best phone service we’ve had over the past 16 years. Love T-Mobile and especially the wonderful folks who work at this particular location!
Lizzy and Kat were awesome! So helpful ... they made it a great experience and not stressful. Very knowledgeable! I will be back!
My wife came into the store and were helped by Tony. Tony helped us out for two days. The first was to “unexpectedly” buy new phones, in which he was very helpful and kept good conversation with us and didn’t make anything awkward.Day 2 I came in to pay off my previous phone and there was some issues with my T-Mobile account in what I owe. Tony made sure that my account info was accurate and that there would be no repercussions in the future. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy. I really appreciate the new staff that at his T-Mobile has now.
Kat and Lizzie are amazing. If not for those two I would have changed to Verizon. LOVE THEM
New management. New employees. Our customer service rep was beyond helpful. She was kind and patient. My husband and I took 3 days to finally commit to switching from Verizon to T Mobile. They were there for us every step. It felt like they really cared. Unlike the 3 other carriers we visited. The group of employees felt like they actually liked one another and liked their job. There was absolutely no pressure and they bent backwards for us. (She actually made me a cup of tea). 10:10 would recommend.
I happened to stop in the Northtown store to waste some time before a movie started. Lizzie was so great. Very knowledgeable, answered every question I had, and so sweet to my boys.
I came into store needing serious help with my data storage. God blessed me with a lady named Katy, she was very kind and patient with me. She explained how to save and transfer over 5000 photos and did it for me too. She went above and beyond in customer service. God bless you Katy!!😇
We went in unsure of buying a new phone or not and Toni never pressured us into buying into anything. He answered all our questions and much more. I had previous bad experience with the old employees who are no longer there but once my husband and I walked in, everyone was so nice and friendly! The new employees are great. We will definitely be sticking with T-Mobile with another while longer thanks to how great we were treated by the employee a from This store, thank you guys for being patient with me & my husband!
Come into this store every month to pay my bill just to see the staff. They’re always so friendly and knowledgeable. Especially Kat and Lizzie.
Okie dokie. I have been sitting on this review for months, but today just kind of takes the cake, so I want to share my experience at the Northtown Mall location.I went in back in October, because I wanted to leave Sprint. I worked with an associate by the name of Kat. At first everything seemed great, she/her/they/them were friendly, thoughtful, and I thought knowledgeable. However, after leaving the store with my phone, I have had nothing but problems. And a lot of that had come directly from misinformation (and what I hope wasnt blatant lying) from the associate.I came in on a buy a line plan, where they would take the value of my phone and apply it to my bill and start up costs. Then Id get the difference between my phone value and the closing costs from sprint in the form of a digital giftcard. Easy enough. I said sure, and was told Id see the giftcard in 10-21 business days. Cool.Heres when things get weird. I went in and explicitly told the associate and the manager that I was getting harassing phone calls from my previous number, and I wanted to be able to change my number. At the time, they told me that Harassment was the ONE reason I could change my phone number without it interfering with the buyout of my phone. So with that information, I called and told an associate my situation and he assured me that there would be no problem.Cool.Now October rolls around into December and I still havent seen the giftcard which was supposed to pay the costs of switching phones. So I called customer service again. We went around in circles for about 20 minutes and the customer service agent couldnt figure out what was going on. So he calls the store where I got my phone and gets Kat on the line. The conversation proceeded with Kat telling me they had never said I could change my number and blamed me for the entire mix up. I told them pointedly that I do not recall their version of events. I did not try to fight with them. Simply stated that what they claimed was not how I recalled it happening. So an hour later, I am told that alright, you wont get your giftcard, but if you can WAIT until February youll get 200.00 in store credit to cover the lost cost. I agree and I get assured that this will get done. I hang up, ten minutes later I get a call from Customer Care to see if I was pleased with the resolution. I told the woman I was. Alls good.Ten minutes later I get a text, telling me that I will NOT be reimbursed. At this point Im livid, and dont even know what to do. So in January I went to T-Mobile in Yakima, Wa. I spoke to a wonderful man named Jose G. and told him what was going on. He called Customer Care told them exactly what I mentioned above. And Customer Care informed him that there was absolutely no problem in issuing me the giftcard and the man was absolutely perplexed by what was happening. He said that what happened was that at origination, when I got the phone, in October, that the amount was mistyped into the system! He said that the harassing phone calls and changing my number absolutely would NOT prohibit me from getting the gift card.Within 3 days from the time I visited Yakima, I had the giftcard on my account. 3 months later.Northtown location was absolutely unwilling to offer any reasonable accommodation, and instead of helping a customer, placed blame on them. Now what gets worse, is I was checking my phone, because when I purchased it, I was told that the iPhone 6s would cost me roughly 7.00 a month. Ive been being 16.67 a month. So i decided to check my contract and my phone. I was given a 7s at the store, and was not given a copy of my contract so I had no idea until examining my bill closer. So I did research, and the 6s was discontinued a year prior. So what I think happened was just a twist of the tongue situation. Easy peasey, except that it was an extra 10 dollars a month that I was not quoted. The phone I was not quoted. The mistyped information and the accusations from the associate. And Im honestly just so frustrated.
Our family has been with Verizon for over 20 years. After visiting with Lizzy, we are switching! She is so knowledgeable!
I currently had service and no real reason to change but my man Carlos with the help of Justin persuaded me into going with their service. Not in the pushy kind of way (even though he is kind of persistent with the damn lollipops haha) but in the knowledgeable way. I decided to switch because I knew from past experience that the service was good but more importantly I walked into a store and was greeted by very friendly and comedic employees, service which is quickly going away these days. It just goes to show that when you hire the right people you can introduce and maintain life long customers.
People at this store are the worst with customer service, I had gotten a galaxy s4 and the speaker wasnt working so I paid the 175 deductible each time because they would keep sending me a refurbished phone after I had just gotten a brand new phone. So not only did I pay for a brand new phone the first time but then I was paying for phones that were sent back in because they had a problem so I was sick of it I went to the store 4750 N. division and they said that the galaxy s4 was known for that issue and that i just needed to buy a new phone so I bought the s5 but not knowing I had to pay the s4 off to have a new phone for something that wasnt even my fault but the company makes it seem that way. I got the s5 it was good until I had the same problem with the speaker as the s4 I called and talked to someone at this store and they called me a liar and said if I wanted my problem fixed then I would have to pay the 175 deductible for a refurbished phone but I just spent money on a brand new phone and I didnt think it was right. Well a couple days ago I went to take a picture for the first time and my camera lenses shattered and I called this store again and the guy accused me of dropping my phone until the lenses broke and that I was lying because it doesnt just shatter. but since i want a phone that works I have to pay another 175 to get a phone that they cant guarantee isnt refurbished its what ever the warehouse has. I honestly think that t mobile treats their customers like crap and nothing is their problem they just want peoples money for crappy service and crappy phones. This store is the worst of their business when I was having problems with the s4 the people that were working that night had an arguing match with my mother and me in the store. I work in retail and you never yell at a customer or tell them they are liars and then tell them that its all their fault when they didnt even do anything. I will never recommend some one to t mobile because they treat their customers like crap and its especially sad because my mother has been with this company for over 16 years and yet she gets this service from them in no means does she or I deserve this treatment because this company that is not personal and they just want your money and everything is the customers fault. T MOBILE IN THE NORTH TOWN MALL IS THE WORST AND THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!! in the retail business the customer is always right but in T MOBILES eyes the customer is just money bags to them.
I went to T Mobile last night with my husband and daughter and was completely awed by the fast super friendly and extroxinairily helpful staff. Katie and her manager assisted us with phones, activation, transferring Data and porting in our numbers. With their help my monthly bill of 260.00$ for service with three different companies, and four separate due dates, dropped down to only 140$ Pet month, one bill, one due date and 120$ a month back into my pocket. Thank You Katie and staff, I am a very happy Customer!!!
Super bummed, I was told when I got my phone that I had the Jump On Demand insurance.... some of my coworkers were talking about how you guys stopped doing this recently.. so I thought Id double check. Low and behold.. I dont have Jump On Demand. Just the regular Jump. I mean, if something as simple as this requires a lie to get around... what else have I been lied to about from you guys that I havent caught yet?.... might just switch, and hope the next carrier doesnt lie to me.
My bf and I came in the other day looking to go thru a new carrier. He was at Sprint & I was at AT&T. The crew here is so awesome! (Shoutout to Karissa & Chris) They are very easy going, yet know a lot about how to make the process go smoothly. My bf had no problems transferring his phone over, I however, have been in there at least 3 times already just because of account issues over at AT&T and them not giving me the right information (long story short I’ve been thru the ringer and back & there’s a reason I want to go to a new carrier!) I get that technology does what it wants sometimes & it can be hard to troubleshoot but the crew here at T-Mobile go above and beyond to get the job done & to get it done right. Glad to be switching over.
Best T-Mobile in Spokane! Kat was so helpful and knew what she was talking about. I look forward to working with her next time.
Lizzy and her crew where great! HOWEVER...the plan that was pitched to us and got us to cut over from Verizon is $80 more than they said it would be. There was no mention of only two lines being covered for the Veteran plan. Additionally, the service is not good. I can no longer receive calls at my work with this network as I was able to do with Verizon. T Mobile false advertising is unacceptable. When talking to the lady about the promotions on TV...they don’t match up....and either they are not training their personnel on everything or are teaching them...to hold out information. I either want the service at the cost that was promised to me...or my old phones with service back to Verizon and any fines or charges paid. Ridiculous.
Store personnel were quite nice and helpful, HOWEVER, beware of their coverage map. The map means nothing. If you live in Cheney, Washington, beware. We signed up only to discover that we could not get coverage. What a disaster!! Took our three phones back to return them and cancel the contract 10 days later. That was two months ago. Now T-mobile is trying to send me to collections saying one of the 3 phones wasnt returned!! What BS!! Even though I have return documents. Just be careful with T-mobile....
Very helpful. I looked kinda sketchy because I was wearing a hoodie and had my school bag with me but they treated me like every other customer and answered my questions. Positive experience from my end.
Lizzie is AMAZING! The rest of the crew at the northtown store are equally awesome, but Lizzie is why we keep coming back.
Went in there tonight with my wife and let them talk me into a couple V30s on the buy one get one free deal. Was gonna talk it over with my wife being they were open until 9. Made it back as they were just closing up early against mall policy at 8:30. Mentioned they were suppose to be open until 9 and they told me to come back tomorrow... Forget that... Wasted my time and gas driving up there after they told me they would be open until 9... Wont be back due to poor customer service.
Bad bad bad I dont recommend it. People there will tell you what you need to hear but the truth is its all lies I have to call every month to argue with them about my bill because they charge more than what they supposed to charge like they promise they say no hidden fees but there are hidden fees so what would have to give them 0 star. Watch out people .
I went to enquire about getting a new device. The next day someone from the store called said his manager gave him my number said I was interested in getting a phone I told him maybe I will be in after 3. I didnt want to go and the guy called back from his personal cell phone asking if I was still coming. Why such high pressure sales for a phone?
Good store friendly people. I would recommend it.
Kat went above and beyond my expectation would highly recommended this location!! Thankyou so much!
I own my own business and they are very unprofessional. If I was to talk to my customers the way they talk to theirs I would be fired. A phone is a phone but customer service goes a long ways.
We walked into the store and had 3 guys swarm us and we politely told them we were just passing through and when we got to the other end of the store a rude lady piped up and said thanks for bringing down there sales quota while there were 2 people in line hearing all of this. I told her to please refrain from giving us an attitude and she continued to harass us while walking out while doing this in front of her customers. I could not believe what we just went through and YES WE WILL NOT BE BUYING SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!
THEY LIE PLAIN AND SIMPLE DO NOT TRUST T MOBILE THEY PROMISE FREE TABLETS PNONES THEN THEY GIVE YOU BS AS TO WHY CREDITS DONT ROLL OFF. I AM JUST PAYING WHAT I OWE DOING MY TIME THEN GONE.
This third party retail is completely fraud. I’ve worked there before and they don’t ”lie” but fail to do there job by mentioning specific detail. I’ve been in 2 year long processing with them to try sort out a issue to do with the transfering of service carriers because by failing to mention I needed to go to through a processing of simply send a last bill to t mobile. (Which anyone in there right mind would do IF they were provided with those instructions) I now owe Verizon 474$ on a phone I don’t have and that I already paid off monthly to this third party company. I even spoke to the District manager (Dane) who told me there was nothing he could except credit my current account which he did not do also. MY RECCOMENDATION WOULD BE NOT TO OPEN A ACCOUNT IN STORE AT ONE OF THESES THIRD PARTY STORE, instead taking the time to open the account over the phone with corporate. This goes for every store in Spokane. AND DUE NOTE THAT I WORKED FOR THIS THIRD PARTY COMPANY, so this is not out of spite but purely out knowledge of how the third party company handles things like this. Conviently enough the Rep (who was a manager) who fail to mention theses things doesn’t work there anymore but I actually know him personally and he continues to apologize for the mishap and assured me that the third party will most likely do nothing about it. The least they could do is have a district manager get in touch with a corporate and tell them that it was their fault and to honor the promotion of paying off up to $650 to my closed Verizon account. And again this isn’t out of bitterness though it may sound like it, this is all knowledge and no lies and I didn’t fail to mention anything unlike the people who helped me. 👎 btw this happen at the store in the valley mall that they later closed due to actual fraud that was done by the same manager that helped me !
Poor customer service agents, liars and just downright rude. Ive been a 10+ year customer of T-Mobile and may be dropping service with them due to this store and its employees.
I am very happy with my t-mobile service. The staff there was not pushy and very knowledgeable.
I use to love T-Mobile, back when I could actually trust them. I guess they just arent what they use to. About 4 months ago I went into the Northtown Mall store to buy a new phone, when I found the phone I wanted and after hearing how great of a phone it was, they said that they had a new shipment of that same phone came in the day before. It turned out they didnt have any more. I was asked if I wanted one shipped to my house I said no thanks. Two days later they shipped that phone that I didnt want to be shipped to my house. Now its been a little over 4 months and this phone that they said was so great will restart by itself, turns on and off by itself, and if Im on an app or using the internet it will crash if I get a text message. Not only will it crash but it will take on average 15 minutes for it to let me open the phone.
Great service and real nice employees. Small selection for phone cases.
T-Mobile is a fine phone service. However, the store associates are the definition of apathetic and unfriendly. Getting an associate that actually pretends to care about the customer is hit hnd miss. I have had TMobile for around 15 years and I loathe having to go to one of the stores to deal with the associates. Recently I wanted to get a new phone . I looked online for a specific one and even called the Division and Ruby store tomorrow make sure they had it in stock. They assured me they had two. So after work I went to get it. The employees looked bored to tears. I told them I had called to get the phone. They looked at me and said yeah we dontd have that in stock. I was too tired to argue and asked who would. I was assured the Northtown Store did. I drove up and walked into the store. The associate who helped me was setting playing on their phone and barely acknowledged me. When I asked about the phone she said yeah we dont even display that anymore. The other store should have called first. When I asked if they could tell me who had it in stock she casually said you could check the Lincoln store it five mitminu up the street not on rush hour traffic its not. I asked if she could call and she seemed put out and tried. She hung up and told me they werentw answering because they were probably busy. I decided to call myself and asked them if they had the phone. They said they did and would hold one for meThe associate, Andy, was nice and finally apologized for the wild goose chase. Overall it was a long and frustrating experience. Had I been buying an iPhone maybe they would have been.more helpful. Today I went and inquired about my wifes phone which has some burned out lines on the screen. The Northtown associate looked at me.like like I was an idiot. I said I had the phone.for about sixonths and have insurance. Another stoned face associate said you can file a claim online and they will send you a new phone. Its like 75 bucks deductible. I had to leave before I snapped on them. So apparently insuanins isna waste since you still have to pay and the emplouess are useless. If you can avoid the stores do it and buy online at least there you might feel appreciated as a long-time plan holder.
Very happy with T-Mobile service. Looks like I will buy the new Samsung note later this week, well, actually pre-order it!!! The staff was very friendly and my wait was short. Guess I can recommend Mondays as the day to shop there!!!
This store is by far the worst. Went there to get a new phone and they didnt have the one I wanted so I asked if they could call around the area to see if another store had it, so the girl helping us (Amanda) called ONE store out of like 4. She told us noone had it and that she could order it. We passed on the offer and called around ourselves and found one at the same store she called! They even told us that they let her know they had one. The north town mall location is filled with a bunch of liars especially amanda.
In January I decided to get a T-Mobile phone, by May I switched to Verizon, the service is HORRIBLE! I had missed calls daily because the phone wouldnt ring, and customer service representatives are in India and cant understand anything they say, and EXTREMELY unhelpful! If youre looking for a phone service, look elsewhere!
Another Tmobile store that has horrible customer service and ghetto. Manager needs to clean up and get rid of his trashy beard, dress more professional. In addition clueless to whats going on with the Tmobile brand.
Excellent Customer Service. Fixed my problem in a few minutes.
Good store, EIP payment was easy and the staff had no problem processing it.
The staff is insanely helpful, super friendly!
I have been coming to this location since I arrived here in July of 14. Never had an issue and have never experienced better customer service as I have at this store.
This office is the worst. I went to buy a phone and said I want to pay for the whole phone and she put me on a jump plan, so she could get commission. That is fraud . I was lied to by Kayla. And the manager is always on the phone and wont help or talk to any customers. Worst customer service Ive ever seen.
Always courteous and eficient in their customer service
HORRIBLE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT GO THERE. THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOU.
Horrible service, I dont know her name but a girl who worked there with a full face of makeup and fake nails. Stood on her phone disrespectfully in front of me. When I asked her a question she said she didnt know. Why the hell are you working there then?
Wasnt good. The associate tried to withhold information on promotion that was available on the website.
🙀
So glad to be done with T-Mobile, especially after going into this store today. Your customer service has gone down the drain
Poor customer service
The only thing that was bad was the wait to get help!
I was lied too and hit with a bunch of lines I didnt need
Anyways knowledgeable
Very helpful
