I went in and needed service. Purchased a phone with my service and was told it was going to be $300 off but would take a couple payments before it reflected to my account. Very upset to see that after 5 months it still has not been completed. Now i have to waste my time calling to argue about it when it should have been taken care of since it was in my agreement. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone as they dont ensure things are correctUPDATE: If I could remove the one star I would. I reached out to them, per their request and was told I would hear back within 48 hours. Never heard back. I will never do business with this company again.
Elena was SO helpful in helping us pick phones and change plans. She wrote out an entire plan detailed based on my current plan, and then reworked an entirely different plan when my husband decided to leave his carrier and get on a plan with me. She was so nice and professional about it. Extremely patient, answered all of our questions, and just made it a seamless process. I could not be more grateful for her help.

Went in to add a phone to an existing policy. Great, easy.. this type of thing happens every day. Unfortunately the service and follow up with manager has been horrible, or non-existent to be more specific.My card was ran in the store for $205.. machine said decline, which was not a card issue. I asked if I needed to run the card again and the manager said yes go for it. Immediately after running the card for the second time it processed and said approved. I thereafter checked my online account to see 2 pending charges for $205 each. Manager gave me her number to contact if one of the pending charges didnt fall off. Ive called the store 3 times over the course of 12 days. Each time an associate says Ill make sure the manager calls you back. She called me back after the second time and around 7:45pm. Said shed contact their billing department and let me know what they say.. Ive called back since but still a week after the that latest call and no progress towards resolving my refund issue..not a call to tell what the status is... Furthermore, the case I ordered has yet to show up and I never received an email as she said I would with the tracking number. Heading back to the store after work today because I obviously wont get a call back from the manager. I realize it can take time for a credit to post to an account, but considering the lack of communication and assurance that my refund process has been initiated is very disappointing and I do not have confidence that they are working to resolve my issue or making the slightest attempt to keep me informed on the status. Especially since I offered to come to the store from the beginning to clearly show the duplicate charge.

Hours in stores and on the phone.Until finally the patience of Elena M. at this location to correct the issue. She went every obstacle and idea she or anyone could think of until finally getting the phone up and running.Thank you so much, my daughter appreciates it more than I.

0 Stars if I could!! Horrible experience. Ordered 2 Ipads that were on back order. One arrived early, went to pick it up and they refused. Said all items had to be received. If they new that was the process.. why did they not make multiple orders. Then to top it off I discovered they charge additional fees. They quoted me $95 and I went to another location and it was $50 less. What a bunch of crooks. Go to Go Wireless or any other Verizon location.
Went into store to upgrade 2 iphones & add 2 tablets onto my plan. When phones came in we were charged $60 in additional charges by Victra PER PHONE making the upgrade cost over $150 per phone. After visiting another Verizon store we learned these fees should have never been applied to our account. Then received a shipping notification for one of our tablets that delivered monday & after waiting 45 minutes to speak to someone, was told they refused to give me the tablet until the second tablet was in stock. Have spent all day trying to cancel my order with no such luck, rude customer service, and absolute hell to work with anyone at the store.DO NOT use this location!

I got to Verizon in the mall with about 15 mins till closing and needed a new phone and upgrade. I felt bad but was in serious need of the phone then😬 anyway Neatherly, the awesome employee helping me was not the least bit frustrated with me. She was quick to make sure she was getting the best service for me all the way around! She was amazing help and I can see why Verizon would want to keep her around!!!! Service is extremely slow. I understand that restrictions slow the process but I waited outside the store for nearly an hour waiting for 2 workers to help 2 customers.
EDIT: just received my new bill and its $250 more than my old bill. We were told out bill would only be $10 more a month. Apparently Elena forgot to tell us a few things so she could get a good review. DONT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU.My girlfriend needed a new phone and Elena was great!! Took time to find a phone she liked and the price she wanted. 2 days later my phone broke and needed replaced. Back to Elena for more great customer service. Got a new phone and the traded in my old phone. She took the time to find a great trade in deal and I got a bunch of stuff for free. Great customer service from all the people working at this Verizon store.
The Verizon store in the Northtown Mall was effective in delivering excellent customer service, to include Covid-19 protocol and guidelines. Specifically, the Verizon representative (Neatherly) was professional, welcoming, and provided us with detailed technically information regarding specific smartphones and smartphone accessories. Neatherly was polite and patiently answered all of our questions while also identifying a smartphone that matched our needs. We would recommend this location to anyone seeking Verizon or smartphone guidance.

Today I went into the northtown Verizon wanting to switch phone providers. After being with AT&T and having a terrible experience it was extremely refreshing to receive awesome customer service. Tony was fantastic and very helpful. He was straight forward with prices and extremely helpful in making the switching process so easy. Glad to be back with Verizon.

We had a great experience working with the general manager at this Verizon location. Her name was Carly. She was extremely professional, kind, and considerate. She made customer service a top priority. That type of service is very much appreciated from customers.
I have been to this location before, and both times have been enjoyable and productive. I switched service from Sprint to Verizon today, mainly because of their customer service. Multiple current customers have recommended Verizon, but this store specifically. I did not feel taken advantage of or scammed in any way; no negative vibes from Karley or Demi. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I purchased 3 new phones, 3 tablets, ported in a new number from Tmobile, spent 600 plus upfront on Thanksgiving. I was promised a $400 gift card for porting in the number, and a $150 one-time service discount. Both to happen within 2 to 3 billing periods. Neither happened, I was told the person who took care of me was actually from a different store, and nothing they could do. My fault for not getting it in writing. I will be going back to Tmobile.

Eric and Cody were super helpful super friendly and went above and beyond there duties, went back later and the manager was rude and had a fake attitude along with unfriendly service. She kept stopping and getting involved in other conversations the other worker was working on. She charged us for a phone that we had merely a week that Eric gave us as a favor and had we known we would be charged we wouldn’t have taken it and Eric was going to wave a restocking fee she charged us for it. Eric was by far superior in his job and far more management material. Customer care is critical in customer service and because of her we will switch stores if not services.
I had to edit my review. They were very nice and helpful up to the point that they never ordered my phone. They had me waiting for something that was never going to arrive. They lied and were deceptive when it came to covering up their mess. This was an absolute joke. You are better off going down the street to the corporate store. I guess they didnt want my 2 grand.

This was the best experience I have ever had choosing a new phone. I went into the store with a cracked screen not sure what to do and Demi patiently took time to help me figure out my best options. She explained different options and eventually ended up saving me money and I walked away with a new phone. I had my 2 year old granddaughter with me and the staff, (Tony, Scott, Karley and Elena) were so patient with her while Demi was helping me. This Verizon Store is an example of customer service that I wish others would show. Thank You guys for the great experience. We will be back.

Gone in there three times now to try to pay my bill. The only helpful one is there manager, when she is actually in the store. All the other ones and incapable of doing their jobs without it taking over an hour to accomplish and that’s if they even help you out. This last time couldn’t even take my payment cause they couldn’t give me $12 in change back because “they didn’t have enough”. All have been beyond rude when you walk in. If it wasn’t for the fact I work in the mall I’d never EVER come in to pay my bill or have business with this location. I’ve had Verizon for over 15 years and this is by far some of the worst customer service. Ever.
Elena and the store manager went above and beyond helping us! They stayed well past closing while they got us all new phones and a great deal for our monthly bill. They made the long process more bearable and were extremely kind and treated us so well. Defently recomend going here!

Will never go to a Diamond Verizon again. Terrible. I bought an apple watch from Best Buy because it was the only place I could get it that day and not pre-order it. I went into this location to activate it and the girl there was super rude, I think her name was Megan or something. She had shoulder length brown hair.. She immediately seemed extremely bothered that she had to help me and told me they dont have an incentive to activate it for me since they didnt sell it. I used to work for a different retailer of Verizon so I know this to be incorrect. She told me they would do it for a $20 fee. It literally costs them nothing and counts as an activation for her Territory Manager so it was extremely obvious that she was just being lazy. I asked her if the corporate locations would activate it for free and her response was they arent really doing activations anymore. Um... What? Thats literally their whole business.I called into customer service and got the best service Ive ever had from Verizon. Stay away from this location. They are so lazy they will lie straight to your face in order to get an extra $20 from you. Worst service and Verizon experience Ive ever had.

I would give zero stars if it would let me. Check your receipts. Had a redux charge for 30 dollars?! When I said I didn’t want it they said it was nonRefundable. When I looked on Verizon website they had no idea what it was. Victra is a retailer that over charged me for everything. My phone was more expensive then the Verizon website. I had a $20 set up and go charge when Verizon website had none. 60$ for tempered glass?? The exact same product and packaging and warrenty is $15 on amazon. Victra you should be ashamed!
The guy that helped me was very nice and friendly but when I went in to switch my service from AT&T to Verizon I was flat out lied to about the monthly bill cost. He quoted me a number $20-30 less than what my bill says on the Verizon app.
I went in fully planning to buy a new Google Pixel 3 and all the accessories today around 5pm, but the employees ignored me for several minutes while chatting at the counter with people eating milkshakes. Super unprofessional. I left, someone else can have the commission.

I try to be understanding the situation salesman get in, but I think its totally ridiculous when there are only 2 customers with 1 salesman taking care of each of them and I had to wait nearly two hours for my turn! I think they should have at least told me it would be a long wait! Also I didnt realize until it was finally my turn that they arent actually a Verizon dealer they are a third party company, so there were extra fees for a Sim card and activation that I wouldnt have had to pay if I had gone to a different location.
TLDR: Tony was awesome, the GM how-ever has no personality and will lie for a sale.First off, I was very tired which makes me too calm, forgiving, non-debative and a lot easier to work with overall.Would be giving a 1 star review because the general manager is a one trick sales pony who speaking to is akin to having your teeth pulled out by a car-salesman. First I went in hoping to get some back end help with my fathers pre-paid phone which we couldnt access the accounts pin for. Got some minimal unenthusiastic help for a couple minutes until she realized that it would require contacting customer service, in which case she handed the phone back to me (which basically means she doesnt think its her problem.) Also you NEVER, EVER correct your customer on a topic by starting with Well, Im the general manager here so I know...She switched gears to up selling. Probably because I was there trying to get help with a Verizon prepaid phone (where the included app is no longer supported) that she could take advantage of my lack of knowledge. No, Im just tired.She tried to sell me a portable home phone box service which would require my elderly father to pack around an actual home phone paired to it. I questioned the practicality in which she argued that it would work anywhere as long it was in range. In my head I thought... okay, hes in town with the box left in the car, whats the range of a wireless 2.4ghz or 5ghz home phone, a bluetooth or even a wifi connection? Anywhere from 15 to 100ft.New topic, sell ME something. Im thinking about getting my wife a new phone and switching back to Verizon for the coverage. She jumps to trying to sell me a $1000 flagship Samsung thats on a bogo promotion. Ive owned 5 or 6 Samsungs in the past and I informed her that I wasnt interested, she brushed me off and continued stating specs of the device down the list. (The specs look good on paper, but they do not translate to real world use & longevity.) I told her that I have an unlocked Moto G7 that Im extremely happy with (its a mid-range phone with a faster processor and smaller battery than my old S7 edge and my wifes outgoing S7 edge but its battery lasts twice as long... of course Im tired of Samsung.)Here she goes again well that phone may not be compatible with our network. I ignored her, she checks and the system shows that its partly compatible which is another way of saying that its likely compatible with 99% of Verizons services. I dont care. She she starts a shpeel about how Motorola isnt as popular any more due to build quality and overheating issues. Uh, its a cellphone with a lot of technology sandwiched between a massive LCD/LED display and a battery. Any smart phone is going to get hot... actually now that I think about it, my Moto G7 doesnt get hot when I play games.So she goes back to trying to sell me a $1000 phone. Not interested. As a polite warning I informed her that Ive represented a major computer technology company and I understand up-selling, in other words lady, please cut it out and calm down because Im on the verge of walking out. She LITERALLY doubles down and tried to exclaim that she wasnt trying to up-sell me and that she didnt want me to go home with an inferior device. Some family or friends came in with a baby and the GM near instantly took the excuse to ditch the sale and go hold the kiddo. She didnt say bye, or pass me to an employee.... who trained her?With Tony to the rescue, he brought a Moto Z4 out from the back for me to check out and he actually knew how to read a client. We went straight to discussing plans and found something Id be willing to show my wife whos at work. I left, came back later and made the switch to Verizon and got her the Z4. Tony gets 100% of the credit for securing a one time sale, as much as I hate to think its going to add to the GMs numbers. While customer relationships can be superficial, I appreciated Tony for his empathy and attention to all of the customers. Hes got potential to go far professionally.

Went in back in February to upgrade my device. The process and customer service was good, which is what brought by review score to 3 from a 1. The reason for wanting to give a 1 is because ever since I used their service, Ive been getting dozens of spam/telemarketing calls per week even though my number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. I know that it is because of this place because before I went there I only got less than 5 calls per year.Very annoying that they dont tell you that theyre going to be using your information for promotional use. I shouldve just gone to the Verizon Direct store about a mile up to road on Division and Francis.Unless you like to deal with spam/telemarketing calls, dont use an authorized or premium retailer, especially this one.
Stay away from this company. I paid for a new phone online went to pick it up and it was broke wouldnt power on for the verizon employee, I never touched it.. verizon wouldnt refund my money or exchange it for a diffrent phone. I had to take the broke phone and deal with corporate myself. After 7 years as a customer this is how they do people....

But today I went to the northtown mall and a man named Cameron offered right away to just order it for me and go out of his way to just get it done so its one thing less... just that little bit of help going about to do his job made a huge difference in my day and now my is fixed as well.
