I always enjoy my experience at Bath & Body Works! Yesterday I went in to pick up some fall and Halloween scents and morgan helped me pick some great scents based on what I like. She also helped me navigate the sales. I will definitely be returning to the store again soon!

Too much of the same stuff. Need some new scents. A great natural scent line would be awesome. Honestly there have only been 2 scents I truly liked and neither are available not is there anything even close to them. Coconut lime and the patchouli vanilla.

Bath & body works is not the same as it used to be years ago. The smells used to be very fragrant but now they put so much alcohol and they have changed the formula and you cannot smell anything in them. Recently I went in to look since there was a sale going on and again the quality has gone down a lot. It isnt worth it anymore. The customer service isnt that great either because we had people following us thinking we were going to steal something. They did not make us feel comfortable.It is a shame because I used to love this store and would go frequently because the smells were of higher quality but apparently that has changed and I will take my money elsewhere. I went to Kirklands right down the road and their smells were so fragrant and cheaper! I would recommend them before this store.

Just got to say that they have went above and beyond meeting all safety requirements! I felt very comfortable shopping here. Very easy to follow instructions and everything went very smooth. A big Congratulations to the store and all its employees!

I love the candles. I have to wait for them to go on sale but they are always worth the wait. The new location is great and the staff is always friendly.

Seriously disappointed with the quality of products. I dont know what they have done but all you can smell is alcohol in the scents. Im done.

Love this store!

So I went in our new bath and body to get a candle that I LOVE. There are only 2 other girls in the store shopping and 2 women working there. I go up and start ringing up and I asked about the free item that I have a coupon for so she told me I could pick something and I go back in the floor found a candle holder to get for free go back up into the line and the other 2 girls that was shopping are now in front of me to pay for there stuff. So instead of both of them women working to ring people up only one starts ringing people up ( taking her sweet time basically grift wrapping this women’s stuff ) and I look around the other women is just standing around in another part of the store. So I put my candle holder down and just leave because clearly they didn’t want to sale anything to me. Very upsetting!

Never made it in, the girl at the door with all the rules teaching us how to walk inside the store and follow the arrows was very rude, I know shes just doing her job, but she had the worst attitude.
