I was so impressed when Kaylee approached me with pen and paper in hand to take notes and asked me what my hair goals were today. It told me that she was really interested in what I wanted and not just her perception of what I would find acceptable. I am incredibly pleased with the experience and she has earned herself a new customer!!

Taylor was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I am nothing except satisfied with my hair. Taylor May and Ari also worked on my hair and I cannot wait to see where they go in the future. They will for sure be a success wherever they end up. Please head my warning...I went to Salon Halo..the experience and professionalism was top notch, and I was happy with my service, but it was extremely expensive. I tried the Red Room salon hoping to save some money and had a traumatizing horrific experience for about $50 dollars less... Lesson, you get what you pay for. I will be returning to Salon Halo, not as often as Id like like or should $$$, but definitely worth the money when I can. Kudos, a top notch salon with focused and high standards for customer service, welcoming and friendly with exceptionally skilled stylists. Spend the mulah...you wont regret it.

Kaylee was terrific, both with the haircut she gave me; but working with me for a hair shampoo and rinse and blow-dry! She displayed excellent customer service credentials; and, she was a distinct pleasure to converse with!I look forward to my next visit as I will definitely become one of Kaylees regular clientele!

I brought my 14 year old daughter in for a haircut and style before starting her first year in high school and my daughter left feeling great about herself. We both adored Kaylee! She talked with us the whole time and explained everything to my daughter and showed her how to style her new bangs. She was wonderful and did great with my daughters curly hair! We will definitely be back to see her again!

As a Paul Mitchell stylist myself and Vidal Sassoon apprentice, I would rank this salon high for cleanliness and professionalism. The staff is friendly and unpretentious. Why you ask if I am a stylist do I have another stylist cut my son’s hair? We maintain a better relationship if I don’t lol. Neither of us have much patience for one another during haircuts and both disagree what the outcome should be. 5 star experience, Thank you!

Using the points from my hundreds of dollar purchases, I chose to use my points to get a curly blow out.She indeed blew my hair dry, but that’s about it.I told her some of the wants I had with getting the blowout, and unfortunately she did not fulfill my expectations.I walked out of the salon with my hair partially curled, then 5 seconds later every single curl fell out and straightened out. I have never had this happen before.I will not go back here again. Not just because of this experience, but because I have spent HIGH DOLLAR to get services done, and then situations like this happen.Very unfortunate.

Excellent experience! They took me in last minute to repair and correct a bad boxed hair dye situation. They took their time, worked together, listened to me and really used their talent to customize a solution and color treatment to fix my hair and still turn out looking amazing and how I wanted. Highly reccomend!

Natasha sums up what every hair style experience should be! She was so considerate! She listened to my hair history and took everything into account. She was sweet, charismatic, and welcoming. It was my first time at Halo and I had gotten a pretty significant cut. She really took advantage of the inspiration photo and exceeded my expectations with the final result. During our time together she helped me with future styling tips and suggested products for me. Truly she was so nice and she has made another client on her roster! I came in to see Mandie for a color correction. Mandie takes her time to explain different options, focuses on keeping the hair healthy while still achieving the client’s goal. Does not rush when it comes to cut/style, she truly takes pride in her work. Rating is way off, she deserves a 10. So happy with my results.

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated immediately. I was wanting to have something different but was nervous. I had some ideas so Natasha could let me know her thoughts as a professional. I was not disappointed. She talked with me as to what would work best for me and I just love my new haircut and color. She takes time talk and never makes you feel rushed. I cant say enough good things about my first visit and already book my next appointment for a balayage. Can’t wait!!

Leighan is amazing!! She gave me the best haircut I have ever had! She was very sweet and kind and made me feel so at ease. She made sure to get as much information as possible before she started cutting to make sure I got exactly the style I wanted. Her attention to the little details that make a haircut perfect were so appreciated. Already scheduled my next visit! The salon is excellent as well. Everyone was pleasant and wearing masks and it is very clean. Pricing varies per stylist and Leighan was worth every bit of $45.

Taylor was fantastic! I went in with completely unruly natural fizz. She listened to what I wanted, made several recommendations and we ended up with a protein treatment and great hair cut. Finally my hair is healed! I made my next appointment which is something I’ve never done with other salons!

Very easy to schedule an appointment at the last minute. There was a very nice atmosphere in the salon. It was very clean and nice and I saw people cleaning and sanitizing the entire time I was there. Masks were required and were being worn properly by employees and customers. Leighan is amazing!!! She really took her time during the consultation and while cutting my hair. She asked a lot of detailed questions and was able to cut and style my hair exactly as I envisioned. She also suggested a few different treatments and products to help with some issues I’ve been having and was very knowledgeable about the products as well. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. I will definitely be back to see her!

Ive had two appointments at Halo, both were excellent. Natasha is the stylist did a fantastic job with my hair. I was undecided as to a hair style. Natasha worked with me at length, offering suggestions, showing me photos of various hair styles, and giving advice. There were a lot of options and Natasha helped me narrow them down to one look that I really love. I will, definitely, be going back.Halo has different levels of stylists available. I think the levels are based on the amount of training and experience they have. The cost per service increases as the level increases, but its up to you to chose whatever level youre comfortable with. They do sell the hair products that they use, along with Jane Iredale makeup. While the products are a little on the pricey side, everyone Ive tried has worked great.

They over charged my 16 year old daughter and dried her hair out from the color. My daughter had surgery and missed an appointment that wasn’t even necessary and they automatically took $77.00 out of her account without my permission because she is underage Do not go there!!! It’s all about the money to them. Unprofessional, she will not be going back!!

Right off jump street everyone, I had Natasha as my stylist, I haven’t been so happy about my hair in such a long time! She was very excited to take on the challenge of my hair as well! Couldn’t be happier with what it turned out to look like!!!! I don’t know about anyone else but it’s refreshing to have someone do my hair that clearly loves what they do! The staff is very friendly. However, I went from blonde to a dark color. My hair is sooo dry and falling out. I have never had this issue before and I’ve had my hair colored many times. My hair is falling out by balls of hair not strands. My hair feels dry and brittle. My hair is also stringy and it’s just awful. The color wasn’t even the color I asked for and two different colors at that. I paid almost 300$ for this hair color just to have serious damage to my hair. I will not be returning.Edit:Called to resolve the situation. Was told color does not not cause damage to hair, which is false. My step mother is a hair stylist has been for 25 year in Ohio. After looking at my hair she said it was badly damaged and very obviously two different colors. The color in my hair looks ridiculous and my hair is damaged. All they offered was a deep conditioning which my step mother brought for me and already did it but it’s not an over night fix. Save your money for over priced people who clearly do not know how to do people with a strong curl pattern. My hair has always been healthy been getting it done since I was 16 now I’m wishing I never let them touch my hair at all. I have never left a bad review in my life until nowTara

She was so nice, she made good conversation, and she gave me information about what was going on and tips for hair care. I would definitely come back and see Taylor to get my hair refreshed!
